Top handling by the team at the office, and the guy who assessed the volume of stuff we had.

The quote was good, the options clear, and we were pleased to take some of them up.

On the day, the removers arrived on time, communicated well, got on with the job, and were faster than expected. They wrapped fragile stuff in blankets, strapped tight items to the lorry sides, and were very efficient. They arrived at the destination in good time and put everything where it was meant to go.

Couldn't have been happier.

Overall an efficient experience, but had some trouble at the start with suitable parking.

Despite making it clear I would be willing to pay any fines incurred the staff were unwilling to park close to my flat, and put me on the phone to their manager, as they seemed unwilling to discuss it with me.

Once we got going they were efficient and careful, and I cannot fault the move itself.

I think it would benefit future customers if the parking policy could be make clearer to staff and customers - in most cases the parking situation is beyond the customer's control.

Overall they were fast and reasonable value, but the communication from the staff was inadequate in my opinion.

We recently moved in West Hampstead and used Best Rate removals. They were very efficient, great at communicating and very accommodating as our completion date changed many times Miro the hero (team leader) and JP and the rest of the team were fantastic, very hard working and extremely efficient.
We had a lot of wardrobe boxes which they allowed us to keep for a few day and collected when we were ready.
Overall we were extremely pleased with service/hard work (especially with large furniture) and would highly recommend them as a removal company.

I needed to empty a storage unit and so needed a removal company to help. Best Rate were excellent, when booking them they listened carefully to my requirement and on the day they were on time, very helpful and efficient. The team took great care of the items, wrapping and methodically packing and unpacking them. They took less time than originally anticipated and so I was charged the actual time rather than that which had been allocated. I would definitely recommend then and use them again myself.

After quite a few quotes, and a comprehensive call with Robin, we chose Best Rate Removals for moving from our 2 bed flat in Tottenham to a 3 bed house in Coulsdon.

The removal team were a bit late getting to us due to traffic and sat nav issues (not uncommon for the development our building was in), but when they arrived things moved along very speedily and smoothly. This included dismantling and reassembling 2 double bed frames which they did without a hitch.

All items were delivered in perfect condition, would happily recommend this company, thanks!

I was absolutely overjoyed by how lovely and helpful Best Rate removal service was. The initial quote and information was sent promptly, and I was met with a friendly voice over the telephone and not an automated service. There were no hidden fees, everything was clearly put to me in document form and any queries I raised were answered quickly. The two chaps they sent out to us were really obliging, super speedy, and took real care with our belongings. They packed super well and were really patient and sweet about putting it all out in the house we moved into. Even went the extra mile by removing the legs to my desk to get it up our very awkward stairs, and really tried (3 times!) to get another of my pieces of furniture up as well.
