Brilliant service.

The service was excellent from Best Rate Removals. The elevator was not working on the day of the move, but despite this they worked really quickly and very hard. Am grateful for their professionality and I would definitely book them again. I was originally nervous because the quote was so much cheaper than the rest, but I don't think they could have done a better job! All boxes and furniture arrived undamaged.

Excellent service.

Really top rate and professional service from Best Rate Removals. They managed to arrange my move at quite short notice, and gave me a clear quote and explanation of the process. On the day, the removal men were friendly and efficient throughout the removals process, taking care not to damage any of the items, and even helped me to assemble some furniture in the new address. Highly recommended.

Removal and storeage.

Great experience with best rate removal from the outset. Competitively priced, very polite and friendly to deal with, very accommodating as well - as we came to the time we wanted to have our stuff moved from the storage back to the house, we kept moving the delivery date so many times which was never a problem. Fast and efficient team on the ground as well, with care taken when moving all of our belongings in / out of the properties. Would definitely use again.

Best Rate Removals.

Best Rate were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. They were punctual, friendly, and hard-working. Several employees came the day before the move and packed up everything. The day of the move they worked extremely hard and were careful with all of our belongings. They reassembled furniture that had to be taken apart and put every box in its right place. A week later they even came to pick up all of the empty boxes to recycle, free of charge! Excellent company and employees. I highly recommend.

Great removals company.

Best Rate Removals were everything we wanted in a removals firm. They arrived on time, were swift and courteous . They did the packing on the first day, glassware was nicely packed and placed in boxes. The removal process on the next day, went very smoothly with no problems. Sofas, armchairs and tv’s were secured with special protective covers, furniture was wrapped nicely before moving, everything was done with a high dose of professionalism.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Best Rate Removals to others, or using them again.

Faultless Service.

This was our first time using a packing and removal service.

The entire process was faultless, from quotation to unpacking.
They came out to our home to quote (unlike other companies), which was reassuring as they knew exactly how much stuff we had to move, and what the access was like.

On moving day, they arrived on time, were friendly and professional. Everything was packed carefully and safely. No breakages or damage of any kind.

They disassembled and re-assembled some furniture.

We were delayed waiting for keys so had to pay another £70 while the guys were stuck waiting around, but even with that the price was still very competitive.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Best Rate again. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent price, fantastic service.

I can't speak highly enough about Best Rate Removals - the removal guys were friendly, handled all our stuff with care and got everything packed away surprisingly quickly. The team back at the head office are great as well; clear communication at every step of our move. Every member of the team was a genuine pleasure to deal with.

For the price, I don't think you'd find a better removal company. Highly recommended.

Faultless service..

Collection 5am London, quick efficient loading - 14 hours and 650 miles later they arrived (30 minutes ahead of schedule), smiling in the far North of Scotland. Equally prompt unloading, everything in perfect condition; refused offers of tea / coffee and the guys promptly turned around to drive 14 hours back to town..still with a smile!
Extraordinary service supported by good back office comms. What more could one want?

Very efficient service from quote to pick up.

We needed furniture removed from a clients house to speed up a refurbishment and the whole team from getting the quote to the guys on the van were very helpful and efficient.
Very good value for money - will definitely be using them again for other projects both for clients and for own moves/jobs.
Thank you to all the team for making the temporary clear out hassle free. I will be in touch when we have finished the refurb to bring it all back again!

Moving has always been a stressful time for me so finding a company that can ease my load is of great importance. Best Rate Removals's services have been of great quality when it comes to customer service, timing, care for items and more.
