Excellent service.

I can highly recommend Best Rate Removals. The customer service is excellent and the movers were extremely polite, hard working, fast and friendly. They moved me out of a top floor 2 bed flat and in to my new property with absolutely no hassle at all and best of all, no breakages. Everything was packed and protected professionally. Will definitely use again for the next step up the ladder.

Fast, efficient and friendly.

Best rate turned up on time, moved my flat quickly and efficiently and were polite and helpful. I haven't finished unpacking yet, but I have unpacked the glassware and crockery and nothing was broken. They took apart the beds and put them back together again speedily and moved a very heavy sofa without banging it against any walls. The three guys were polite and did a good job- I would recommend them and use them again!

Transport of two sofas by Best Rate.

The team, which consisted of two guys were prompt, efficient, quick, courteous and careful with the sofas. They had to get the sofas out of one house where the owners were happy with the service and bring them to my house. They made the transfer from one house to another very straight forward. Gave a good price. Good communication prior to the move. I would definitely recommend them.

House moving.

The service is very good and the price is competitive even during holidays period as I moved my house on 31,Dec.The staff members were punctual and polite. They even helped me to dismantle the wall mounted TV and packing glass table. I would recommend there service to my friends and family. Company staff was supportive and regular. Follow up. Was done.My all household items was a safely received without any damage.

Fantastic.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much. They were punctual and went beyond the call of duty to get my huge wardrobes out of my flat.

The price was very competitive and they worked very quickly but were careful at all times.

My mother has also used Best Rate Removal and Storage in the past, and was also very happy with the service and recommended them to me.

Flat removal.

I went with Best Rate based on the previous reviews and I'm glad I did. The team arrived on time and had moved everything effiecently in just a hour and a half. I had already done all of the packing .Unloading only took just over an hour. The team were great they just got on with the job. The team were polite and considerate.I would certainly use again and recommend to anyone. They made the whole process stress free.

Excellent.

The team was everything we wanted in a removals firm. They arrived on time, were swift, courteous and diligent. The whole process went very smoothly, and took all of the hassle out of the moving process. Full payment was only taken once everything had been delivered and reassembled.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Best Rate Removals to others, or using them again. Keep up the good work!

Moving House in London.

Excellent team. Did most of the packing the night before the move. On time and no problems with the move at all. Not a single thing has been broken or chipped and the guys checked in with us with each item packed that it was damaged, chipped etc. before they packed it.
Only one issue was not bringing enough boxes to pack on the night before the move which meant some packing on the morning of the move but didn't cause too much of a problem. All boxes were labelled and put in the right rooms for us on arrival.

Review for Best Rate Removals Ltd.

Daniel & the team arrived on time and are very professional.
They helped me move from Harrow to a Storage place and moved all the furniture and kitchen appliances safely with no damage. Everything went very smoothly and stress free.
I would personally like to 'Thank' the team for moving everything to the storage room, as this situated on Floor 3 so a few trips up the lift but the team ever complained.
Will definitely use again when I move into my new home and highly recommend.
