Removal from Northwood to Uxbridge.

The team was perfectly timely for packing on the day before and for the removal.
They worked quickly for furniture dismantling and the packing for a 3 room apartment.
The removal itself took 4 hours and they perform a clean work for removal and settling as the floor was carpet covered
No damage occurred on furniture, even to those who had been dismantled/rebuild.
The case pick-up was made the week after. The person was two hours late.

Good experience.

Moving is very stressful as everyone knows so it's a great relief when some things go right. That was the case with Best Rate Removals. The two man team arrived on time and were polite. More importantly they completed the job ahead of schedule. The cost was exactly as per estimate. Moreover they obviously knew what they were doing. I certainly plan to use them again. Highly recommended.

Professional service.

Very pleasant company to deal with. We made the short move between 2 flats. The initial quote was one of the most competitive and they were happy to make amendments as we realised we were overly optimistic with what we could move ourselves. The service over the phone was always helpful and there was good email communication. On the day the service was excellent. They were punctual, polite and efficient. They even took their shoes off out our new flat as we just had carpet laid. There was minimal damage and we received our full deposit back from the rented property we had left as there was no damage caused to that property. Overall a very good company and would happily use again.

Very Understanding, Good Price, Issues on Delivery.

Best Rates were very understanding when we had to move the date a few times and they did their best to accommodate us.

The movers turned up on time and put in a good days work, this included a second drop off at a very chilly storage unit.

I would like to say that everything went well and in the most part it did, unfortunately some items were damaged, in one case a suitcase is now no longer usable.

London Move.

We received an excellent moving service from start to finish. Two guys came in to pack the day before the move and four guys handled the move the following day. Furniture was disassembled and reassembled at the other end, all boxes were clearly labelled and nothing was damaged. The guys were efficient and friendly and the customer service was also fantastic (thanks Radko!). Best Rate were recommended to us by a work colleague and we in turn would highly recommend them.

Excellent Service.

Best Rate Removals proved to be efficient and meticulous. They arrived on time, we discussed everything and decided on what they needed to wrap separately and they collected and loaded everything in an orderly and tidy manner. Delivering everything to a storage unit, they then unloaded and packed everything neatly into the space. The men were pleasant and professional and used their iniative. I highly recommended this company.

White goods removal.

I would highly recommend Best Rate Removals. They have done a few jobs for our company and each time they have provided a great service. The office staff are really helpful and polite. Their charge is very reasonable especially for the area and they are able to travel. Their dates for the jobs are very flexible and they are always able to fit us in even at short notice. They call us to confirm that the jobs have all been successfully completed which is useful if you aren't actually at the property, as in our case. We can always rely upon them to reply to provide a quality service and to be courteous to our customers.

Home removal.

We were very pleased with the service we received. The customer service from the start of our interaction with Best Rate removals through to the end was excellent. I had obviously looked around at other companies but it was the customer service (Robin) and the price that sealed the deal for us. The movers were friendly, very careful and professional. Overall I would highly recommend the team, having seen a few horror stories on morning TV about removal companies, I was very apprehensive but my experience has been a good one.

Best rate.

Excellent service was amazed that they were able to do it all so quickly and get it all in the van and storage unit. The guys worked hard and were very careful with everything. The were great at taking large furniture apart and also wrapping up fragile pictures, mirrors and glassware. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving. We had 3 guys at an hourly rate which was a good option.
