Incredible service!

Excellent service from the office team and the movers. After another company Let me down, best rate removals were quick to save me! They gave me a very reasonable price and they sent me two vans and six extremely hard-working guys. I would highly recommend this company to anyone moving house. Customer service was brilliant on the phone and the guys moving my house. Good work, fellas.

House move.

Very good service. The guys arrived bang on time and although I was there with a friend they were more than willing to do all the heavy lifting, furthermore they were very careful with our belongings which needed to be collected from several locations. Overall we were happy with the service provided and also the cost. I would definitely use them again and would have no problems recommending them to others.

Generally happy!

A very efficient move within London. The guys were on time, in fact early. We took 30 mins longer than the quote which was a bit of a shame but it never felt as though they were stalling. We obviously just underestimated how long it would take. Only shame was that they spoke very little english, so communication was really difficult. Storage unit was not packed as I would have hoped as I couldn't direct them on what to put where!

Long distance move & storage.

Best Rate recently packed and moved our stuff from London to South West Wales. They turned up when they said they would and had the entire contents of my 3 bedroom house packed up securely and safely within a few hours, including dismantling two beds, two wardrobes and a dining table! They came back the next day and four people again worked quickly to carefully load up two vans with my stuff. We felt very reassured that everything was well wrapped and that the more expensive items were well protected. We expected to move into our new house 3 weeks later, and Best Rate offered to store our items free of charge which was great. Due to building works delays we had to extend this by a further 2 weeks - but it was very easy to change the delivery date over the phone with no fuss at all. On the day of delivery everything was again handled with care and the movers took the time to ask where every item of furniture and box should go to which minimised the amount of hassle when unpacking the boxes later! They put everything back together that they had dismantled. The only small issue I had was that I paid extra for protection to be put down on our new carpets and this wasn't done - leading to muddy footprints all over the place that I needed to scrub off later. However considering that the quote from Best Rate was half the amount of most other companies (over £2,000 cheaper than the most expensive quote) we are very satisfied with the overall service.

Best rate-was really the best rate.

We moved our home with the best rate removals company at the end of March. We weren't moving far, but with two children and a dog it would be impossible to move quickly. The team packed and signed (I wish they were more descriptive on the boxes) on a day before the move. The team leader-a fantastic guy, very helpful and always finding solutions to occurring problems. Punctual, hassle free, reliable. I would recommend strongly if still thinking of which company to choose.

Clearing our reception room for decorating and returning everything.

I was very impressed with how well your men packed and moved our furniture, china, glassware and other belongings from our reception room into a small store room and then returned the items to the correct places after our lounge had been redecorated and a new carpet laid, 10 days later. My wife and I were pleased with their efficiency and would like to thank your company. We will be happy to recommend you to any of our friends needing a removal service.

We recently moved the contents from a 4 bed house into a 2 bed apartment and storage .. a daunting task at the best of times!
I shopped around for a company to help us and choose Best Rate Removals because their approach was professional and prompt.
The whole process from walking round the house with the estimator, to receiving the proposal to actually getting the job done (packing and moving spread over two days) was easy and made as smooth and pain free as possible.
It's made me realise that there is an art to moving and it's best left to the professionals!

I was extremely pleased with the service from the company. I also needed to use them for storage which I found was reasonably priced. The delivery men were helpful and polite. They were efficent and hardworking. Assembly was also included and that was a life saver. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable removal company that are great value for money.
