Very impressive service. From the initial estimation, through the very clear and detailed quotes to the actual move we were pleased with the efficiency and enthusiastic attitude of all the staff. We were moving into temporary accommodation so some of our furniture and contents needed to go into the temporary house and the rest into storage - all of which made the process just that bit more challenging logistics wise. The team were professional and polite and the packing was excellent (nothing damaged or broken). We had some tricky bits of furniture to move into a small space but they dealt with it all for a smooth and pain free experience for us! We will be using them again for the return move.

As we all know, moving is VERY stressful and there are MANY details to attend to. Thanks to Best Rate I didn't have to worry about dis-assembling things, packing, lifting, and re-assembling on the other side; they were terrific. Day 1 - packers showed up exactly on time, were courteous and respectful of me and my belongings, and left NO mess. Day 2 - packers and movers arrived on time and began packing the balance of the items and loading the trucks. Once the apartment was empty I met them at the new place where they began unloading. They were VERY patient with me as I did not know where ALL the items would fit - I downsized from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom - they even helped me relocate a few larger items after I changed my mind on their location! All in all I would say these guys were really terrific. I had 4 quotes on the job (full packing and moving) and while comparable in price to two of the others, Best Rate had better customer feedback. I would definitely use them again if relocating.

I was confused with the choice of company when the time to move apartments came. After hearing from a few friends that have had prior experiences with moving, they recommended Best Rate Removals. In the end, I decided to take up their word and I couldn't have made a better choice. The staff were very helpful and patient as I was uncertain how the move itself is supposed to go. The workers were careful with my stuff and came over beforehand to ensure the contracted price was right. Everything went by the book. Now know who to call if I have a need to move. Highly recommended to anyone in need of reliable service and affordable pricing.

We recently used Best Rate to help us with moving flats. They were very professional and helpful from the beginning. They came in to see our previous flat to assess the scope of the job. We used the service whereby they provide the packing materials and this was delivered on time. On the day, the team were quick, polite and our belongings well looked after. Our beds, etc were re-assembled and they also agreed to an additional job on the day of removing certain furniture that had been left by the previous owners at an additional cost.

Best Rate were very competitive rate wise, they were very professional when it came to planning, budgeting, organizing and helping which made a stressful operation that much easier. The 2no crews were trustworthy, honest and easy to get along with. I would not hesitate to use their services again, and probably will in a month's time, as move was to temporary accommodation. Crew had spare boxes and were happy to loan them to us. The instructions an recommendations were clear and worked exactly to plan!
