On time - early in fact, but waited in truck till 5 minutes before scheduled move start time - and stress free move. Full packing service requested. No damage and everyuthing was packed satisfactorily. Furniture disammbled and re-assembled with no issues. Whole process was a lot quicker than expected, even with cross town London traffic worse than expected. Quote including packing materials as free, and size of truck and number of men (2) were appropriate for the move.

I would definitely recommend Best Rate Removals for anything that you need moved. We recently moved house from London to Wakefield and hired them to move all our boxes and furniture. They were really friendly and helpful and did a really good job of moving our boxes in the correct rooms. I also hired the moving out cleaning service and it was so easy to arrange and they did a great job. It was also easy to deal with customer support when booking and confirming the services, there was always someone around who replied to me.

Best Rate were simply superb. I have never seen six more hard-working people. They packed up our house with care and then moved us without fuss. They were all polite and I think if you search around for removals firms, you'll find that they are pretty reasonable too. I would not hesitate to recommend Best Rate to anyone thinking of moving. And they've been very nice since the move, picking up all the packing boxes so they can be recycled. A very impressive company!

I would recommend Best Rate Removals as I recently had a small local move and I got very good communication from the outset, with a clear understanding of my need and I was quoted a very competitive rate from the outset. I explained that I needed some sofas taking apart and putting together. This turned out to he a bit more technical than I thought,but the guys were knowledgeable and worked hard to get us moved. I overran the 2 hours quoted by 30 mins and was charged a small reasonable bit extra to cover this. The whole team made me feel confident that I would get a quality service and I did. Many thanks.

Tihomir and his removal team were excellent throughout.
Tihomir was in touch a couple of times before the move date to confirm details, take deposit and check all was OK. A two man team arrived promptly on the day and were fantastic throughout. They were strong enough to manage even the extra heavy items (e.g. full size spinning bike), disassembled and re-assembled
furniture, packed everything carefully such that nothing was broken and were done within 4 hours. Tihomir calls after the job to confirm you are happy before the guys go. All at a very competitive price. Would thoroughly recommend.

After contacting a few removal companies I decided to use Best Rate as their rates were quite simply the best.
Their customer team were helpful, quick to the point and provided full details and information to help me with my home move (South London to North London). Contents were mainly personal items and and couple of furniture pieces. Move was efficient, they took care of my belongings and furniture and ensured I was happy with everything before requesting final payment, which was completed over a quick phone call from their head office team before the van left. Overall, I’d say great efficient service for a quick and stressfree home move!

Recently I had to move furniture from my mother's apartment and a few friends recommended Best Rate Removals. I decided that I would take up their word and gave them a call. The process of making the deal and the movement itself was quicker than I thought that it would be. The movers came in and inspected the furniture as to know how much time it would take and the cost. Everything went smooth as my belongings arrived in pristine condition and on time. I certainly got my money's worth. If you have troubles with moving, don't hesitate to approach them. Wish I knew of them sooner. Highly recommend them to anyone.
