Could not ask for better.

I used best rate for my move from London to the Midlands. I was very satisfied with this service from start to finish. The quote was cheaper while still very competitive.
On the day of my move, the guys arrived on time but my packing was still a long way from being finished. The guys not only helped me finish packing but I was also allowed to be in the van for the 2 hour trip to my new home.
1st rate service, competitively priced, friendly & competent removal men. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Excellent service.

I cannot recommend Bestrate enough. The packing team arrived promptly and it was amazing to watch them pack up all our . h took special care with all the delicate items - I knew our worldly goods were in good hands.
The same team arrived to deal with our removal as well and I felt immediately at ease. They were friendly and incredibly professional. The dealt very well with some difficult pieces of furniture and had everything loaded with time to spare.
Bestrate was very helpful when our new property got delayed - they sorted out storage for us and made the whole process just that much bearable.
I would recommend Ivan and his team to anyone.

Short notice removal.

I needed collection and delivery at short notice and found this company excellent. Some of the goods were v heavy and there were no complaints at all. Very helpful and friendly - and reliable. I will definitely use again and will recommend to others. I was interested to read that they will undertake both smaller removals and large scale house moves. I only wish I had used them for my last house move and it all might have been less stressful!

Gratitude!

I would not hesitate a second to recommend the guys from Best Rate Removals. I would say that my move house turned out to be a day of joy, smiles and happiness, thanks to Bobi’s patience, tolerance and good spirit! My friend and I had to move house, me from North West to South East London. It was a whole day experience which led us from NW to IKEA, a stroll at Central London to pick up some flowers and then finally some more picking ups of my friends baggage. I must say those guys knows patience and good work! Felt very safe and in good hands! Would definitely ask for their help again and it would be the right choice! Big Thank you guys! I highly recommend anyone that is moving to use Best Rate Removals. They are very reliable and efficient in what they do. Best Rate took great care with the packaging of my household goods and handled fragile items impressively. Moving home can be very stressful however, Best Rate were very reassuring and helpful when answering any questions that I had. I felt there was a great balance of friendliness and professionalism throughout the whole process. .

Professionals and excellent service.

I would definitely use again and recommend Best Rate. Their surveyor was great and I paid the exact amount he quoted me. The team leader Tod and his crew were professionals and worked hard to make the move smooth and stress fee. They packed all my belongings and transported them safely to my new apartment. Excellent service with a smile, all that and it was a second-floor walk up too. Thank you!

Great Job!

I moved one bedroom apartment from Ealing to Chelsea and could not been happier with Best Rate Removals and Storage.
The booking was easy and smooth, the removal guys were on time. All furniture was wrapped in protective covers.They worked non stop with a positive attitude. They are not the cheapest out there,bit I am very happy that I chose them. Will recommend them to others.

Excellent Value & Service.

We have moved 3 times in the last few years and have always used this company after a recommendation from one of our friends, who had used them twice before. We find them excellent, very professional and excellent value. They arrived early and completed early and all at a very good price. Next time we move, we will sure to use them again and would highly recommend them to anybody else that is considering a move.

Excellent job.

There are so many negative reviews and rumors about removal companies, that's why I was nervous about my move. Luckily I found Best Rate Removals here, I am glad this website exist. The crew arrived on time. The guys were professional, they definitely knew what they were doing. The loading was quick and later they reassembled everything back together for me and made sure that everything is where I wanted it. I was really happy with the end results and I will most definitely recommend to my friends.
