Used the service in January 2015. Very professional and efficient. The guys came well before the scheduled time allowing to sort out parking and ready to start moving our stuff on time. They never stopped for a drink till all our belonging was safely moved to our new flat. The communication between myself and the Best Rate office was very straight forward and the rate I was getting from them really lived up to their name.Overall good experience in the extremely stressful time of moving house. I would recommend anytime.

Excellent company.

I chose Best Rate Removal company among different moving companies because the service they promised was perfect and also because the cost was very good compared to other companies. They hard worked and moved all my furniture and things (including delicate frames, mirrors and plants) in a very professional way. They were also very friendly and careful with everything. I strongly recommend this company.

Good and friendly service.

We picked Best Rate after reading good reviews on the internet. 
They arrived slightly late but this was only due to the heavy traffic in north London. Upon arrival Ivan was very polite helpful and accommodating to all our needs. 
One of our wardrobes needed to be disassembled, and the team did it as quickly and efficiently as possible in the conditions.
I would recommend this removal company. .

Outstanding.

The service I received was outstanding.  They did a full packing service and delivery serviceThey arrived early the day before to pack.  The removal day they arrived at 7 in the morning and worked extremely hard to ensure the move was as simple and easy as possible .  They were very proffisonal in their servcie and very helful  I can highly recommend this company.

Name of company says all.

U have used them twice and both times the service offered was excellent. No stress at all. My move was made so easy. Always arrive on time and not even a small item is damaged or broken. I recommend and will always use company for my future moves. Guys are very professional and friendly and follow your instructions in very polite and professional manner. Reviews pay off!

First time we have ever had to do a full move in London so the search for removal companies began. We got 4quotes in total plus a hilarious one over phone. I had Best Rate removals under close observation during their visit as I had read the other reviews and wanted to know what UK removals were all about. Simon made a really good impression from the start and made a competitive offer. We did get a lower quote but the reviews here made us opt for BR. Wise decision! All went really smooth, boxes were delivered more or less at the agreed date (we were renting them and I was impressed by their strength and good state), 3 men on the day really nice guys and very polite taking care not to damage anything. An observation is that we spent more time taking stuff out of the first property than putting them into the second. The movers would ask where everything was supposed to go but it felt a bit rushed especially in comparison to the loading. Overall a very good experience and would recommend. Thanks guys!

Best rate removals-services.

The salesman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. He took his time to understand exactly what we needed.We were given a great rate for their services which included a promotional offer that was to our satisfaction. The pick up van was on time and great care was taken when they handled our goods for removal. Our goods were dropped off to the right location and help was given to unload and carry them into the building.

Removal of items from home to storage.

Best Rate Removals performed an excellent service when moving items from our flat into storage last Saturday. The service was brisk and efficient, with the van arriving comfortably on time, and with both removal men working effectively to get the job done. The work was completed within the time we had allocated, allowing us to get on with other things that day. I have no that we will use the services of Best Rate Removals again when we need such work doing in the future. .

Removal Items from Flat to Flat.

I was moving quite often, and used a lot of removing companies, but Best Rate Removals is The best company that I have used.The price that they are offering is very reasonable.They have arrived on time and manage to done the job really fast. It seems that this guys are good professionals, because  I was really concerned about how I will move my furniture, but the guys from the company suggested me a solution for it. They have very good attitude and strong willing to solve customers problems. The communication with them were very good.

Reliable, efficient and professional service.

Great service. Efficient. Methodical. Called to say they were 10minslate due to traffic - showing courtesy on anormaly stressful day!  Treated furniture and possessions like their own.  Covered mattress in special protective packaging and used cardboard wardrobes for our clothes.  Efficient, methodical, well prepared and made the whole thing very relaxed for us!  Would recommend to anyone. We had tony and his team. .
