DO NOT BOOK YOUR MOVE ONLINE

Please be sure to get a local mover who comes to your home and gives you an estimate. These people are brokers in Florida. I live in Washington. Such a nice experience oh the 1.5 hr initial phone call. Agree on a price. Pay deposit of over $1000. Move gets farmed out to local company. They keep asking for more money. Supposed to be “full pack” move. They left the entire kitchen utensil drawer, left bathroom half done. You pay for wardrobe boxes but they don’t hang your clothes in them. Overall cost me nearly $4000 over my estimate.

I must say every individual worker was very pleasant.

SCAM ARTISTS

I Scheduled my move, gave me a quote in writing and it was agreed that if I had anymore in the storage that needed to loaded, I would pay extra. Two days before my scheduled move, I received a call and they wanted to know what the size of my storage unit was. They tried upping the price by $4000.00 for air space. They wanted to change my contract and charge for me for things that were already included in the price. I told them that what they were doing was fraudulent, I was canceling the service, then they came down $2000.00 and told me if i were to cancel that I would not get a refund. I already had the quote in writing and I called my bank and reported the fraud and was able to get my deposit back. However this little scam they did, did cost me time from work to scramble around for an alternative solution. This was over 400 miles of driving time. I will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone!

Never Use This Company

This moving company is as bad as they come. If you plan to move, find someone else because these folks, when you have a problem, will antagonize you, demean you, and try to throw their contract in your face versus actually trying to help. Unfortunately the information I could have would fill a book, but I don't have the space for that. For your sanity and preservation of your precious things, RUN! Don't take my word for it, look at the complaints here at the BBB and look on Google Reviews.

These people gave me a 2 day window and they used the second day, but as the day progressed, I called them only to find out nobody was coming. The driver said he would be there the next day and when he told me the size of the trailer, I warned him about my street and told him the specific way to get there. This was in a text that he summarily ignored and when he texted me the next time, he told me it would cost me more money to get a smaller trailer. In the end, I called the company that hired this 3rd party mover and spoke with many people. They all treated me like dirt, but they want to make it about them and try to be the victim.

I finally cancelled the move with them and they actually wanted me to sign a document stating I wouldn't dispute the monies they wanted to keep, nor would I disparage them. I told them I wouldn't sign that and I had already disputed the charge. I found another company locally that was half the price, didn't try to nickel and dime me, antagonize me, or try to act like the victim. The new company was on-time, did what was asked, took care of my belongings, and were very easy to work with.

On a side note of what happened, one guy actually threatened my wife and children because I used the "F" word with him. Another guy wanted me to give him the respect he claimed to give me. These folks don't seem to understand that we're the customer, not them. They need to treat people with respect and not harass.

Like I said, run from this group!!!

Do not use!

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

There is so much that went wrong, the driver was 4 hours late did not call or anything. I tried to cancel the supervisor I spoke to was extremely rude and refused to let me cancel. Let's not forget the price went up 3 times AFTER I sent pictures of everything I first spoke with Jonathan who gave me the first initial quote and I was fine with that quote, then I spoke to Eric who then advised me the quote would go up by 3k, then I spoke to someone else and they advised the price would go up another 2k so it from the initial 3600 to over 10 k to move. When I tried to cancel I wouldn't get my deposit back even after the driver was late. The customer service sucks, and pricing just keeps going up.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AND WILL JUST GO UP ON PRICE AFTER SIGNING A CONTRACT.
