I promised the guys I would leave review if all went well. So this was for my mother in-law. So she's not the easiest to deal with let alone make happy. The move went off just like Jacob said. The only thing I heard from her was thank you. So in turn I really really thank the boys at American Standard. Last thing I needed was any headaches from the in-laws. These guys give great prices and great customer service. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and sensitive to our needs. Thanks again! Karl.

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $11382

Jason Frazier lied repeatedly in our phone conversation regarding a planned move from VA to CT. He assured us that 4 movers would assist us with packing (only 2 showed up), and he assured us that the move would go from our place directly to the destination without bundling (not true) with other customers. And that the move would be completed in 2 days. When I pointed out that these things were not present in the contract , he assured me that he could not lie as he was on a recorded line. EVERYTHING HE SAID WAS A LIE— including that. When the 2 guys showed up and told me how the move was really going to happen, I had to cancel that move, rent a truck, hire some guys to help load and pack, drive the truck to CT, and unload it so that my son could start his new job on time. To add insult to injury, ASM would not refund the 1/3rd down payment. At this point it is probably worth the $700 never to have deal with American Standard Movers and Jason Frazier again.

They helped me and my husband settle in nice and secure our belongings for the large haul we had. They literally moved our whole home.

It started at 9am in the morning, The movers shows up in uniforms and introduced themself. They walked in and did in inspection of the items and I did have to tell them which items were not coming since I was only moving partial items.

They were professional and started disassembling the furniture while the other guys started loading the boxes. Within 4-6 hours they had everything disassembled and packed and all the boxes labeled and loaded. They walked me through all the paper work for the insurance and I signed off and they were on their way.

Their customer service was amazing and communicated pick up and drop off times diligently as well.

When they arrived I paid them and they started to unload the truck. I was hesitant at having to pay before uploading but I did anyways and they started to work. They put each box in each room and unpacked and reassembled all of my furniture which took a whole load of work off my my hands and I appreciated it. Thank you American standard!!. I highly recommend using them!

Excellent, professional service. We made a last minute booking the day before the move and everyone was more than accommodating. By the following afternoon all our stuff was moved. Bed was wrapped in plastic at no extra charge, staff were all very polite and friendly. And even shuffled furniture around for us at the new place to get it exactly where we wanted it. Wonderful service, we will definitely be using this company for all our moves. And price was definitely reasonable for saving us all the trouble and effort. We’ve used American Standard Moving twice now and will always use them for future moves! We’ve gotten a three man team each time and they are very skilled at what they do. Both times they were great!

The movers are polite, efficient, and careful with packing and unpacking your belongings. They don’t have waste time and work very hard.

Booking with the company is very easy and they’re always on time and ready as planned.

We so appreciate having a good moving service that also provide you with an exclusive box truck and drives it themselves within the timeframe that they promise so it’s one less thing for us to worry about when we are in a rush or have a set time to be in our new house!

I chose American standard Moving simply because I had heard about them for years. After asking for information via their website one of the estimators called me and we reviewed the inventory that I created. He was very professional and easy to deal with. Later, when I needed to change my move date the staff was accommodating and rescheduled me quickly with zero hassle. Finally, when the day came, the two men who arrived were courteous, professional, and worked quickly (very conscientious that I was being charged by the hour). They are the main reason I am giving 5 stars and will certainly use them again if I need to.

From start to finish we were absolutely taken care of! In our case American standard Moving showed up with Eight Men and Three Trucks, and the result was spot-on. We decided to go with this moving company because of their reputation for caring more and being more careful than "the other guys." Well, we've used "the other guys" in the past, so we have a reference point, and it turns out that the good reputation is well-deserved.

Among other things, our family-heirloom piano was given a meticulous and gentle "all-hands-on-deck" move up some pretty difficult stairs. Not a scratch, and barely even a bump! Our move was a two-parter since the carpet wasn't installed at the time we needed to make the first big move, so we had the guys come back out and do an "internal" house move to get a lot of things where they belonged after the carpet was in. That went just as smoothly as the first move. These men are clearly trained to be careful, respectful and efficient.

The estimate was accurate. The communication through the whole process never lagged. The crew showed up on time (which, based on past experience, is actually an amazing feat in this industry!). The work they did was right on the money. So much stress was pulled off of us because of the way they interacted with us and our stuff!

I spent a few weeks looking for a moving company and found this one. It appears that movers get tons of complaints which is very confusing when trying to select the right company. Even the largest movers have a lot of bad reviews. I chose American Standard Moving and Storage because they were referred by 2 consumer watchdog websites that claimed they are one of the best. My relocation was from NC to NY for a 4 bedroom house and car. American Standard Moving managed the job well and recommend where to go for the car which was great!. They sent a crew of 5 guys to pack, load and deliver. I had my own truck and delivery time of about 3 days. I am very pleased with their service. I would use American Standard Moving over most movers!
