Initial contact good. when I tried to recontact my salesperson, my email was rejected by receiver as blocked. I got nervous. Tried to call and phone disconnected. I booked with another company believing that I had been scammed. The Quality Assurance person for Alliance sent me a text 3 weeks before the scheduled move and I cancelled the move because I was already booked with another company. The day before my scheduled move, the scheduler sent a man to my home to do an inventory and tried to renegotiate a deal to undercut the mover I had scheduled after he told me that he was with the company I had actually booked for the move. At that point, I asked him to leave. The deception was incredulous. Be very weary. By the way, they kept my deposit, so I was scammed.

I moved a three bedroom family house from AZ to the main country and this company could't have been more helpful. The whole service from start to finish was excellent, and 1 happily made last minute changes and I thought went the extra mile to make the move work for us. Alliance Moving & Storage packed the whole house for us and they did it very efficiently and with no breakages, can't ask for more than that! Wonderful service and I would recommend to anyone.

I was supposed to move on 7/5/20. The driver was supposed to come around 1 pm. He called and said he is running late and will be there by 4:30pm. I kept waiting and waiting. Finally he comes at 7:30 pm. He came by himself without any helpers. It was one bedroom apartment furniture. He looked at it and said he won't do it. It will cost me another extra $1500 cash to him. Also he doesn't have space in his truck. THEN HE TOLD ME THAT THE COMPANY IS JUST A BROKER. THEY DONT DO ANY MOVING . THEY SUB CONTRACT WITH OTHER DRIVERS. I was never told about it. Then he told me to cancel the contract with the company and pay him $5000 cash so he can come back on Tuesday and do the moving. I REFUSED SO HE LEFT. Next day I called the company and left massage but no answer.

I called 3 days in a row to talk to the owner of the company. I sent an email. No body ever called me.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER I HAVE MOVED IN 30 YEARS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY WILL TALK VERY SWEET BEFORE YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT. AFTER WARDS YOU CANT EVEN TALK THE SAME AGENT. I GUESS HE GOT HIS COMMISSION AND LEFT.

I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THE REFUND FOR FEW MONTHS NOW BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. THEY HAVE NOT PERFORMED THE SERVICE SO THEY SHOULD REFUND MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

I wish I can give them 0 stars.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT A MOVING COMPANY. THEY ARE ONLY THE MIDDLE MEN.

This has to be the worst moving experience I have ever had. To begin with, the total cost came out to $4100, after being quoted $2900. My stuff was picked up on August 21st with an ETA between Aug 25th and Aug 31st.

It is now September 9, and after 6 phone calls asking where my stuff is, I still have not received a response. The only thing anyone tells me is that they'll call me back, and no one ever does. This is because they ARE NOT THE MOVING COMPANY. If they can't get in touch with the actual moving truck, they have ZERO ability to get any updates for you.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO WITH AN ACTUAL MOVING SERVICE WITH THEIR OWN TRUCKS.

I called this company about 2 1/2 weeks before we moved, they offered great service until I gave my $1,155 deposit. I was advised that we had a 2 day window & would be called 24-48 hours w/ our move time. I advised the sales rep. That we had to be out of our home by 10/01/20 since we were going to settlement early in the morning, and the buyers had their walk through at 6:00 pm. I started calling the company the Monday before my move which was a Thursday, I was assured that I would receive a call as to my move window. I never received a call, I started calling, emailing and texting 2 days before my move, still no one would give me a time frame! Long story short our movers NEVER came, he called me at 9:45 pm 10/01/20 and said he was in New Jersey and had just received the information about my move 20 minutes before calling me! He said that it was late and did I want him to come, I was very upset and nervous that this was a scam to rob us as we were initially advised by our sales person that the movers will not move in the dark! This mover told me I had to have cash when he arrived ! Keep in mind we were supposed to be out of our house by 5 pm that day and he didn’t even call till 4 hours and 45 minutes later! We had to incur rent back fees, our settlement was in jeopardy of being delayed! Once you give this company you are not able to get anyone on the phone, they play games with your move, in the hopes you will cancel and go with another company, then they lie and say the movers came to your location and you refused the move, this is what they said to Me! I want my refund of $1,155! Vicki and Holly both say they are managers , they refuse to hear what you have to say, I have requested to speak with the owner of the company & get no reply’s. They have blocked our phone numbers and accused us of harassing them because we call to speak with someone in charge and to get our refund! I will be filing suit for my refund along with the emotional distress this has caused our family! This companies reps will lie and tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to give a deposit, DONT DO IT!! This is not even a moving company which I was not aware of!,, they coordinate moves with other moving companies! Please do your research, look up this company and the owner!! Also in their cancellation request, it states that you can’t post bad reviews, or file a complaint ?? Or it will delay your refund!! They obviously must have a lot of complaints to note that! They refused my refund and are lying saying the movers showed up! If they did show up why would I have had to hire a new company that my Agent had to line up so I could go to settlement!
