We understand much more more then we did coming in. We couldn’t tell you the difference between a carrier and a moving broker but I promise you we do now. We Wanted a company that if we had an issue we would only make one call. Alliance moving everybody was in the same location. The drivers, sales people, managers dispatch, drivers, etc. I just makes things a lot easier when you need to make changes or last-minute adjustments. Everybody was very involved in her mood I wanted to make sure that we got exactly what we paid for because moving can be a bit expensive. Looking back now it was easy but while we were going through it it can be stressful at times therefore it’s important to pick a company you trust. We trust alliance moving and I hope this feedback help somebody else.

Gotta say the work provided by Alliance Moving was professional and on the money. We didn’t want anything but honesty and our things moved safely. They were able to do that and do that much quicker then we thought. Other companies we talked to couldn’t pick us up on our dates or deliver us on time or were flat out too expensive. Alliance Moving was exactly what we wanted when we needed it most. Even took extra time boxing televisions for free. We owe you a huge thanks for the time and hard work you guys put in and everyone should know what kind of company you run.

We started our search online looking for a mover that could take us from Arkansas to Texas. We are every day people who are not made of money so we were on a very strict budget. Alliance moving gave us all the tips we needed so we can save a little bit of money here in a little bit of money there whereas most other movers would’ve charged us on the day of the move. We had no idea this was the busiest time of year but we made due. There are many departments within the organization that checks the previous one to prevent mistakes. When the movers showed up and loaded there was no talks of extra money to be paid. We fell In love with your company point blank. Great job.

Alliance Moving was one of the first companies that returned our request. They were the company we spent the most time on the phone with which in turn made us feel like they really wanted our business and didn’t want a mistake to be made. They asked about things we had completely forgotten about. I’m sure other companies would have charged us for. They gave us complimentary mattress covers and boxes our TVs. I know now why they are rated so high they are all about helping the next person.

The company that ended up winning the movers competition for us was Alliance Moving. There was no debating the credibility of this company. We spent over an hour the first time we spoke and never felt rushed at any point. We had to make sure our items were in the right hands because we could not afford to spend more then we had for our relocation. On top of it they were able to move our vehicles for us which was another obstacle we had. The cars were picked up the same day in unison. I credit the success to communication and listening to a customers needs. No complaints and highly recommend.

Not a broker not a scam company!! We owe all the thanks to a company called Alliance Moving. Years and years of experience and trained employees that have stayed for years really saw first hand come moving time. We considered truck rentals it was just too much work and pretty much the same price so we have the job to them. They are fantastic. We’ve moved plenty of times before and never saw a mover be so efficient and care about a customer as much as they do. Good people make for good moves. They stayed in our budget and even discounted it on top. One of the few companies that was able to deliver us within 8 days which was another key point. They were not pushy and never all about deposits. All about customer satisfaction like it shoukd be. You saved us thousands of dollars and plenty of time and be looking for new customers because we will be sending everyone we know. Thank you all.

We were very nervous in the beginning. We had friends move that were charged much more money then they were told so it took us 3 weeks before deciding on Alliance Moving. They are the mover. They don’t take your business and resell it to another company they have relations with the move goes directly on thier calendar. They are detailed and very patient. Outside of Moving we still had a lot to do so we did not need any other stress. Thankful we used them for more then the money they saved us. They have a very good feel to their company and it became almost fun to work with them. They did everything we didn’t have time to do or energy. Fantastic company give them a call. We are real people on real budgets and this was fantastic.

This company is unlike any company we spoke to or used in the past. Alliance Moving was the first company to call us after we put our information in online. We spent an hour on the phone going room by room by room and drawer by drawer to get everything that we were moving documented. We needed a few pieces specially packed and even something crated. They were able to accommodate all we asked if them and we are very satisfied with the service provided. We never wanted to deal with anyone that would say one thing and do another. Alliance Moving is an honest do as they say Type company. 5 stars.

It’s not an easy process to select a long distance moving company. We went online to find out a few tips on where to start. Once we talked to Alliance Moving we had a little bit of information. Alliance went a step further and gave us a few websites and government sites just so we can verify who was who. We made our deposit with them after a week of back and forth and were able to save money by reserving a move 2 months in advance. This is an incredibly busy time of year and we wanted to make sure we would get our furniture fast and in the same condition it left in. They are the company to keep. Happy we worked with them and even happier to pass the name along. Great work.

Alliance moving was the highest rated company on the Internet. We researched well over 30 companies and nobody had their credentials that alliance has. They have been doing quality work for many many years. Every company that we spoke to outside of them rushed us through the process and just asked for a deposit. The word deposit wasn’t even mentioned until maybe the third or fourth call between us which says a lot because they’re more concerned with quality then rushing into making a sale. They showed up with an Excellent foreman and I highly trained crew that we were able to point to each piece and tell them how we want it handled. We met our deadline and stayed within our budget we could not be happier.

I can’t tell you how happy we are with this moving company. In our past experiences we have had some interesting people help in our numerous moves. Hopefully this is our last move. If every other move we had, had been this easy it would’ve saved us a lot of headaches and stress on top of broken things and scuffed furniture. We made sure to tell them that we just purchased all new furniture for our new home and let me tell you they were extra careful. Of course out of curiosity we called just to see how long it was going to be until we received our furniture. We got it the exact date they told us And there was nothing wrong with anything. Definite Five star rating in my book.

We hired Alliance Movers after speaking with various other moving companies across the states. We felt comfort explaining our situation with them and listing off all the items we planned on bringing. We found that they were willing to work with us on price and make sure we had the dates we needed by all means. We found everyone within the company to be helpful and very clear going through the contract. The movers showed up early and began working and had the entire household on the truck on just a few hours. We got called as the truck moved through it’s route and it arrived right in the window planned. It was easy on all of us involved and budget friendly. We would use them again if we decided to relocate.

Horrible the worst mistake I have ever made.moved from texas to ohio. Never got the courtesy of communication or timeliness of where and when our furniture would arrive. After several calls finally got a date for delivery. Lots of damaged boxes and furniture. They took $8000. And said our claim was only worth $407.00. But they would only pay out $231.00 Unbelievable. Run run run from these master con artist. Never again will I trust them. Made God repay you for your dirty deed.

We were referred to Alliance Moving after a close friend of ours hired them a while back. She had nothing but the highest praise for them and now we know why. They don’t give you any run around and they tell you how to save the most money possible and have your furniture exactly when you need it. They were all very nice on the phone and nicer in person. They have a great system and left our house in the same condition it was. No garbage left behind no scratches. Everything wrapped right and packed right. This is a top tier mover. Thank you.

Wonderful! We chose Alliance Movers because of what we heard on the phone and saw online. We wanted to use a moving company that wasn’t going to sell our move off because they were so busy in the summer months. Over time we built a great relationship with our sales person and customer service department. They never left us to worry and got us any and all the information we needed. We couldn’t do this move ourself and we only had so much money to work with. They came on the date we needed them to and I watched them carefully load each piece. They are experienced and down to earth. They are the reason we can breath easy and we would be happy to use them again.

Well Moving was not the easiest thing we had to do this early spring and we learned that very quickly. The overwhelming amount of calls, the similar sales pitches, and the constant “oh you definitely don’t want to use that company”. The one company that never once did that was Alliance Moving. Never once put out any bad energy was only concerned that we would get what we asked for. They made sure if we packed all the mattress had covers and televisions were off the walls I mean they really took it up a knotch to make sure no additional money was collected on the move date and at the end of the day it wasn’t. No problems with scheduling all pickups and deliveries were on time and the had it down to a science. Really well run company and they are the first call for us goin forward.

After carefully breaking down multiple moving companies moving estimates we moved with Alliance Moving. Looking Bach now I can say that most of the credit is due to our moving agent that worked with us. Very detailed and clearly has been on this industry for many years. Showed us things that other companies did not, made sure we understood how the move was being priced, and made us aware that we would only be charged for the space we used. We intentionally allocated extra space knowing that once the furniture was loaded and adjusted the final balance would be less then we were quoted. Once the movers can’t thafs exactly what happened. We have ourself a very high worse case scenario as well as having the option to take a few more items last minute if arose. Protected by extra insurance and treated with a high level of respect. Pleasure doing business with your company.

Do not use this company! If you do, don't bother expediting your shipment, all they do is take your money and hopefully deliver at around the original estimated time, which they never do. Once they take hold of your furniture, they relay it to a warehouse facility for however long they want before shipping it to your destination. The entire process took 17 business days when I was originally told it would only take 3-5. Very poor customer service. Overall, terrible company.

It makes such a difference when you know the moving company you are using has years of credibility under its belt. That’s what it was like working with alliance moving. We took our time we went room by room and we made a list that was air tight. Over the weeks leading up to the move the quality assurance department called us and we reviewed it again. Doing things this way prevented us from any up charges or changes in price on the actual day of the move. Alliance moving is great with communication and are all very hard workers. They are by far the best movers we’ve ever used.

Alliance is a powerhouse is the moving industry. Everywhere we turned we kept seeing the name. It was one of the first signs to us that this was the company to use. Years of experience, sakes people that really know the business and an obvious caring natural to save the customer money really sealed the deal for us. Once we made our reservation we were able to call and update our list as we got close. We put this move right where we needed it to be within our budget. The delivery came in about 10 days and we don’t have one bad word to say about the company. True professionals that are about more then money. Highly recommend them and would consider them again. .

Working with a company like that just assures you in a sense that it’s going to be all about good business. Alliance Moving was the first company we spoke to and the company we ended up working with. It was an easy and even fun time using a company like this and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I was very scared going into this. I’ve never used a moving company in my life. I couldn’t tell you the first thing about them. So I went online and I entered my information and the call started to come in. I spoke with a nice company called Alliance moving. They were very helpful and walked me through the entire process. I was able to provide dimensions and some pictures as well. Me and my wife are elderly and could not have done this ourself. They loaded the furniture carefully and packed the boxes and labeled them. Once they delivered they place all the boxes and furniture exactly where we wanted it. Thank you for all the help.
