I must say that this time that we had to move because of my wife’s new job I was very worried that I was being left in charge of finding a moving company. I spoke with numerous people from numerous companies and everyone seems to just want my money. When I spoke to Chris here at alliance he did not beg for my money he wanted to make sure that I knew exactly what was going to happen on the day of the move. When the movers arrive there on move day they made sure that we were completely packed up all the furniture was wrapped up and loaded into the truck with no issues. The delivery day came and they reset everything back up in our new home and there was no damages and again no issues. The price was very fair and I will always recommend alliance to anyone that is moving across country like we just did. Thank you very much for everything.

Tremendous job Alliance Movers. You guys were the first company to call after I went online. We spent a couple days making sure we had the best list possible. I learned a lot from my sales representative and also learned that some of the other companies I spoke to were not being completely honest. Everyone at Alliamce was honest and never pressured me into making my deposit. They gave me time to do my research and decide what company was best for me. The main selling point for me was using Alliance meant no third parties they did the entire move themself. When I needed someone to speak to I dialed the same number and somebody always took my call. The delivery was fast and no damage. At the end of the day I saved money and it was all business. 5 stars in my book.

Absolute WORST experience I have EVER had with a service. These movers have been MIA with all of my belongings for over a month now. They have lied again and again regarding the status of the move and the whereabouts of my items, only for me to find out that they have been bouncing my belongings around from warehouse to warehouse across the United States. For the record, I was NEVER informed that my belongings would leave the truck they were loaded into when they were picked up OVER A MONTH AGO. This company is inadequate and pathetic. Please, please, please do not let them feed you the lies and promises of fast and smooth delivery at an affordable price. I regret not listening to the person that told me so before I went with them and truly hope no one makes the same mistake I did, because this is a living nightmare. I wish I could say I was the outlier here but I'm pretty confident I'm not. Good luck with your move, please don't go with this company.

This has been the worst experience I have had with ANY company I have ever dealt with. They originally quoted us $6100 to move our stuff from NC to MI and now are demanding over $14,000 to be paid in cash upon delivery. Which we are still waiting on delivery after requesting a month ago for our items to be delivered on 1-2-19 and it is now 1-18-19. We have been lied to by several people and are completely treated with disrespect. They have even threatened to keep our stuff. We have moved 5 times in the last 12 year and have never paid this much for a move. We even boxed up everything ourselves and moved about 1/3 of our items ourselves. This place is a scam and besides a few good individuals we have been treated like dirt by most everyone we have talked to. If they would have been honest up front we would have just bought all new furniture and sold what they are bringing and would have turned out saving a ton of money. This place is JUNK!!

Great job Alliance. Our move came up so fast and we didn’t have time to make a lot of calls. Alliance Moving caught us st just the right time. We were able to talk and put together a room by room list of the items being moved. We exchanged phone calls and texts and even pictures through emails. They are very detailed and always put the customer first. Quality Assurance, Customer Service and dispatch all played a role in making the move go perfect. Best price I got and they made moving easy. I searched many companies online but when I looked deeper I always found some things that turned me off. Alliance was the opposite. The more I looked the more I saw that drew me closesr. Everyone I spoke to was so willing to help me and make sure I was confident before moving forward. I had expectations going in but they blew them all away. Friends of mine warned me about companies that aren’t honest and only want money so I’m here writing about my experience to help somebody in need. They are honest and very friendly and will work with you and your budget.

Last week during midnight I got a call from my head office that I have to join a new location the next week. At first I got much tensed because moving all your stuff in such a short notice was next to impossible. I consulted many friends but I could not find any positive response. I contacted Alliance and explained my problem. I was shocked to see that they agreed to transport all my stuff overnight and without even charging an outrageous price. They packed all the items with so much care and speed. It was clearly visible that they had an expertise in this area. Not a single person in their team was unprofessional. They were very polite and calm. The same night they loaded the cargo and left for the new place. Next morning they helped me in unpacking and setting all the items in place. Alliance really helped me shift with ease. I am really happy with their service and recommend them strongly.

This was by far the easiest move at my wife and I have ever accomplished. After spending 20 years in the Air Force I have Move numerous times. Not once I repeat not once have I ever come across a moving company that was this professional this fair on price and absolutely caring about the customer and their satisfaction I will highly recommend alliance movers to anyone and everyone that I know you all move just in didn't damage a single item we are settled into our house before the holiday is and there's nothing absolutely nothing that I have to complain about. Overall this was by far the most stress-free relocation that we have ever gone through. My wife's job causes us to move every few years and we have to search and search for a moving company and we always have a bad experience. This was the very first time that the price was there the customer service was there and nothing was damaged or lost. I cannot thank you all enough for everything that you did to make sure that my family and I were taking care of from the very beginning to the very end. I will make sure that I recommend you all to anyone that I know and next time that my wife's company makes us move you will be the very first phone call I promise thank you again and I hope you all have a wonderful holiday.

Please do not use this company. The Account Salesman, Lee Jacobs, was contacting me daily via phone, text, and email in order to get the sale. Once I paid my deposit, I never heard from him until I continued to call and text. He gave me a price and stated that I would be in a binding contract which would not allow my price to go up..unless I added additional items. On the day of the move, the movers failed to contact me. They did not contact me until they were outside of my home. They were rude and they told me that all of my items were bigger than they imagined. They told me that I would need to pay an additional $600 for more space. I knew that something was up once one of the movers went and sat in the truck before even discussing the additional costs. They felt no remorse for my situation. This company has been suspended from the Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, my items have not been moved and they are trying to tell that I can’t get a refund. They have taken $745 dollars from me.

Its easy to say all the right things over the phone but it’s a different story to show up and actually do them. We were promised the world by half of these companies you only company that told us the real list stick truth was alliance moving they were down earth and professional and more than willing to help us. We didn’t know where to begin or where to end but they took time with us and showed us the best way we can do this and Our self money. All we really wanted was her furniture to be picked up and delivered on time in the Saint Pius that it left then and that’s what we got. They offered us discounts and we got our delivery fast and then the end we don’t have a single complaint about the company great work guys.

It took us a little bit but we finally found the company we were Looking for. We chose alliance moving because they were the real mover. They are not a broker and they are not a middleman and now was our biggest factor in making that decision. The salesman there was assigned to us was very friendly and knew a lot about the business. He showed his ways to save money and to go about it in a practical way. He made it somewhat fun at a stressful time. Moving is a lot to handle especially if it’s something you’ve never done before. We did our best to be accurate and he did his best to make it cost efficient and within our budget. Huge thank you to Alliance Moving.

It was a little scary in the beginning just making sure we didn’t miss anything but after we got it all on paper things really started to fly. We needed a full service move door to door. We had no time to pack or load anything and everybody in the company made this relocation go extremely well. We loved the fact you own trucks and worked with one person from start to finish. Moving made easy. Like it should be.

We are really glad we decided to spend our money the more efficient way instead of renting a few trucks and trying to haul this ourself. The price of a few trucks would’ve costed more than just letting alliance moving handle the move themselves. I mean, they are called moving specialist for a reason they do this on a daily basis. They were very flexible in terms of dates and times so we got ours at the right time. We also just missed peak season rates that would have had us paying about 50% more. We knew our things would have been treated appropriately that was evident by the way they handled themself. On the phone they were true gentleman and the moving crew were hard working grown men. We would do it again if we had to.

We talked to every moving company we could get to listen to us and that was too much. Most of them were all very nice and priced similar. Most had been in business for years with very good reputations but some we found out we’re brokers. That’s when I searched picked up fast. We selected Alliance Moving as the company we would trust with all our belongings. They were on time and quick to get us our delivery. All hours of the day or night phone calls and emails were returned. Perfect example of making sure you make the best choice. Nobody rushed because they were on the hour they got paid job to job and making mistakes would just set them back so they made to do so properly. Excellent.

This was a fantastic job done by Alliance Moving. We entered our information online and went took by room telling them each And every piece that we were moving. As we went through the list we discussed what needed to be specially wrapped or packed. These guys don’t miss a single thing. I appreciate them being so up front because any other mover would he charging extra on the day of. Respectful team of employees who all work together left us happy in our new home and we got it done well Within our projected budget and just lucky to have had a chance to work with them. Free mattress covers and a few boxes along with all the little things had us confident in going with them.

Working with Alliance Moving honestly made us forget all the troubles and chaos we had going on surrounding our relocation. They were excellent at managing putting together exactly what they needed from us around our very busy schedule. We had limited times to talk and small children to tend to so it want the easiest thing in the world. However they simplified it and we took one step at a time. We covered the house room at a time and talked about what we needed help packing. They are extremely detailed with the list which benefitted us greatly because we were not charged extra money when the moving van showed up. Good graces that we had a moving company that actually listened to us. We are very particular people and there was a certain way we needed this move to be completed. We asked for a pickup not far from our home and then all delivered to the same location. Alliance Moving was more then willing to do whatever we asked of them. They were kind and never in a hurry to get through a step if the process. They wanted things done correctly and in the end they were. Alliance was the moving company we were looking for we were just lucky enough to have found them and they had the availability to get our relocation done. Blessed in every way spending time with them.

Alliance was more then your everyday moving company. They were our personal resource into making the best choice possible for me and my family. On top of that we also needed a vehicle moved which was not a problem for them. They set it up so that car transport and the movers would show up on the same day at the same time. They made it easy and look even easier. Moving should be simple if you work with capable people and Alliance has a long history of being in time and putting the clients first. We would absolutely use them again if needed. .

Any time that you're looking to move you need to contact them. Everything that they tell you is very true. Same truck same crew they were amazing. They did not overcharge they kept it right at the estimate and I was very happy. My wife was thrilled as well and we're not having to come out a cochut for money likely have in the past. We loved how flexible this company was. We didn’t have time to sit on the phone with moving companies and walk our home over and over. Always Moving had alternative solutions. Almost all of our communication was done via email. They sent us a form which we were able to fill out on our own time. We sent them pictures and even dimensions. They always responded the same day and made our move very affordable. Contracts were clear and straight forward. Friendly sales people and professional movers. Thank you all.

Wow where do I begin. This company is just Phenomenal!! Everyone is very professional and caring. They explained the whole process and how it was going to happen, and that’s exactly how it happened. Every time I called I was greeted by my first name and they never sounded in a bad mood or annoyed (I did call a lot). The movers were friendly and professional and they arrived on time to both places.They did a Phenomenal job with my belongings.

More then half the time we spent looking for the mover we wanted was spent on research. So let me get right to our experience. We worked with Alliance Moving company because of the level of honesty and transparency. They took time to look at other estimates and point out not only items that were left out but other potential issues that would have lead to price changes. Alliance factored it all in. The stairs, elevator use, how close the truck could get I mean down to the smallest detail they had it all. So when delivery came not only was it on the mark but we paid less then the original quote. We learned a lot and I can say this company is real. This company wants what you want and they do whatever they can to make matters easy.
