We had Bekins come to our house for an estimate and almost died when we saw it. We found a lot of people recommending Alliance so I figured let me call and get a quote. 3 thousand dollars cheaper. It was right in what we expected to pay and on top of it the staff was much nicer and we booked with them. Never had to do a thing. I oversaw the move when the showed up and they do the blanket wrapping the disassembling the whole 9. We got a great company at an amazing price. I’ll never even think to call one of those big name guys again. Honestly having moved with one of the bigger ones prior to this move this move was done better and that’s my word. Best I ever used.

It seems like we have moved a million times and had that many issues with every time we had to relocate for my husbands job. Finally we found a moving company who is honest and reliable. I can’t recommend Alliance Moving enough. They took the worry out of such a stressful time in ones life. The management was on point. They were there to help us every single step of the way, which we were not used to. The other companies who I will not name didn’t even answer a simple phone call! We felt important to Alliance and that is good business in my eyes. I will definitely be recommending and using in the future.

Alliance Movers was probably the highest rated company I found on the internet. I factored many things into saying that. Things like years in business, ratings and reviews as well as customer service and appreciation. The process they go through on every single job just to ensure the salesman didn’t make a mistake and I as the customer didn’t overlook any details was unprecedented. They wanted to make sure I was happy with the service and make sure I was not rushed and the inventory was right. On moving day it was perfect. I wasn’t charged a penny more because if thier formula they stick to. I could not afford more then we agreed on and I did not wanted a negative path of recourse. Really well done.

Alliance was amazing they treated us great and saved us aloy if extra money. Moving is very expen regardless of who you choose so you have to do your due diligence. They gave us the resources to look up all the other quotes we got to make an unbiased selection. Everybody was so helpful and never rushed us to do anything. Our neighborhood has many regulations and they followed them all perfectly and nobody complained. All we wanted was good service and simple sales talk and that’s what they are all about. Great job.

Alliance moving is the actual mover. They are not brokers and they tell you exactly how it is. They will take time to look over other companies quotes and they offer a price match policy. We were very limited to our pick up dates and they had the availability we needed. They worked with us on every aspect of our relocation. They broke up the payments for us and made it very affordable. They also mentioned that if at any point we felt uncomfortable To please speak up and they would put the owner on to make sure things went well. Just a little extra incentive to let us know that they cared about our move. Without a doubt in my mind I would refer them to anybody who needed a reliable and honest moving company. As we all know they are not as easy to find as you think these guys are great.

The first question we asked every single company that called was are you a broker. We were able to cross a few companies right off our list after that question. Actually a few companies even lie to us. We ended up working with alliance moving because they own their own trucks and do the moves with their own employees. They do full-service movers interstate. We went room by room throughout the home telling him each piece that was being moved and how we planned on packing them. They told us the best way to save money as well as the best way to verify the information we were being told. They are an honest company who truly has the customers best interest in mind and dad these days it’s hard to find. A+ movers.

We got tied up with a moving broker before setting up our move with Alliance. It was unfortunate to lose our deposit with the other company but when we think about what they could have potentially taken us for we probably saved thousands. Everybody there was so helpful and provided us with regulated sites to verify who was who including yourself. This company has a reputation of doing honest with and we saw it for ourself. For anybody who may be reading this don’t ever use a broker or third party mover. Call alliance they will take care of all your relocation needs.

If it wasn’t for companies like Alliance Moving the moving industry would be in terrible shape. They told us everything we needed to know and should know as consumers spending thousands of dollars. Gave us advice and plenty of reading material to protect ourself during a interstate move which no other company provided. Price wise they were the best and offered the most value. Great staff,very easy to work with and simple enough for everyday people to understand. Really at the end of the day that’s all we wanted. Great job.

We struggled early on trying to find the right mover. We had moving companies come to our home as well as putting a request for calls in on the internet. The first time we did we got calls from horrific companies. There was brokers and companies with terrible feedback from previous clients. We decided to put one last request in over the internet and that’s when Alliance called us. We knew instantly they were the company we needed and wanted to use. They were easy t work with they were patient and never pushed us to make a reservation deposit. Once we were ready we did and the move went wonderful. Everybody was always on time for pickup and the delivery came on schedule as well. They never rushed loading or unloading furniture and as a result nothing was damaged. Fair pricing and a great reputation all ended us with a final product we were pleased with.

It was a nice change for once not to have to worry about a movie company disappearing with our furniture or taking advantage of us when they came to pick it up. We had a situation like that about seven years ago and since then we are very careful as to who we choose and trust with our move. We decided to work with alliance moving. They’ve had the length of time and business we were looking for as well as countless reviews from past customers. Everybody we spoke to was very informative, and will I wanted what was best for us and work best for them. They were on time they worked very hard and getting the furniture to our new home happen faster than both of us anticipated. Needless to say we were very pleased with the service that we paid for. Nothing changed from the first day to the last day and that’s exactly how it should be. This is an honest review from an honest family for an honest compan.

This was an all around success. Everybody that works at alliance moving is an example of how a moving company should be run. The sales representative that was assigned to us had to have worked in this industry for over 20 years. He knew the inns and outs in the best way to protect her self and he saved us a lot of money. When I say a lot of money I mean over $1000. We got quotes from other movers but none of them put in the time and effort that these guys did. The movers called the day before to confirm our time When they showed up they instantly started to work wrapping furniture and taking apart anything that needed to be broken down. Delivery put together on the phone with the exact list I got loaded onto the truck therefore our price did not move a dollar. That was our biggest fear going into this. There was always somebody at the office that we were able to talk to you if we had questions and we are happy to refer them going forward.

We chose Alliance Moving for our major relocation. After a lot of research and talking to countless companies we picked them. They are a very easy company to work with and the price we agreed to was what we expected to pay going into this. I couldn’t believe some of the things the competition was trying to charge us for, Alliance made a good portion of those complimentary. We exchanged emails and phone calls until both sides felt we hadn’t missed anything. Since we wanted to do the packing of the boxes our self they referred us to the best places to get moving boxes as well as mattress covers. They were always punctual with time anytime I needed anything my representative was always there. The furniture was handled with care and watching them they really left me with no worries at all. I was confident and still I am that I made the best decision possible they were one of the best companies that I’ve ever worked with with anything. The main thing I was trying to avoid with the move was unnecessary stress and I can honestly say I didn’t stress one day during this whole time frame. It was a great job and they should be proud of them self because I am.

For all those that are confused or just don’t feel like talking to 10 companies Alliance Moving is spectacular. For us they the complete package. They are a well oiled machine that operate at a very high level. Working with them took a lot of pressure off of us. We were able to go piece by piece constructing a full proof inventory list. They were always professional and it never mattered what time it was there was always time to work further on our move. We made sure anything that needed packing or soecvisl care was accounted for. They were familiar with all furniture from our antique to the most modern pieces, they all got properly disassembled and reassembled. Great job in blanket wrapping and shrink wrapping boxes it was nice to seem a company that out in the effort they did. For a skeptic like myself I was shocked it went so well. Thanks to everybody involved we are all very happy with your company.

Thank you everybody at Alliance Moving. We were just about to give up before we spoke to you. We spoke to close to 8 companies and even had 2 come out to our home. We were at our wits end. There was something about the attitude and calming nature of the person that was assigned to our move. We told ourself we would give this one last shot and get one last estimate and in the end they got the job. It wasn’t all about the money and a lot was about respect. They went line by line going over the agreement that we signed. They made sure we were confident in the company they keep. After reading some of the scarier reviews from other companies we were borderline petrified it would happen to us. The key to all of this was accuracy. We discussed things you wouldn’t even think of to avoid charges on move date. We were promised our furniture would not change trucks or be sold to a third party and it was not. It felt like working with a family member who genuinely cared. We got what we expected and are extremely happy with the service. I’m sure summer months get busy so I’d give them a call for any upcoming move to save a date and save money. Not a single complaint and nothing but praise. Beautifully done guys.

We had a move out of our home as well as picking up all the office furniture at my husbands office. There were partitions, computer desks and tables, chairs and pictures I mean there was a lot. There is also a whole house full of furniture from 25 years of living there. It was literally impossible for us to rent a truck and handle this on our own so we left it to the professionals. Alliance moving took the job and knocked it out of the park. They wrap the furniture tightly nothing got scratched your damage And they dropped all the office furniture off at his new space he rented before coming to our new home. The movers were well trained dressed properly and very respectful. Everybody in the office knew how to do their job which made it easier on our end. It was a well oiled machine. The price that we were given was the price we paid and nothing change from start to finish and that’s all we were asking for.

We contracted with Alliance to move us from Seattle to Austin. Alliance failed to arrive on the designated date 9/21/18, and made a series of promises that they would arrive the following day, for each of the next 3 days, but they never showed up. Alliance became increasingly difficult to contact over the course of this time. As we were contractually obligated to vacate the premises due to the pending sale of the property, and because of the difficulty in obtaining a real commitment from Alliance, we decided to use a different moving company, and attempted to cancel the agreement with Alliance. At this point Alliance became completely unresponsive to communications. When we were able to speak to a representative of Alliance named “Justin” on Tuesday, 9/25, we were informed that it was entirely our fault that the move had to be canceled and that the deposit would not be refunded. The rule invoked by the Alliance representative was that we had one opportunity to cancel the move, at the very first moment Alliance informed them of the delay, and thereafter they were required to accept any delay that Alliance found necessary. The Alliance representative made it clear that he was the final decision maker on this, saying “I am making this decision” when a request to escalate was made. Subsequent to this conversation Alliance has not returned any calls or emails. We hired an attorney to try to talk with them but they did not even respond to him.

We got deep into this process. We may have set the record for moving companies spoken to in a week period. We got quotes from everyone everywhere. We even had people come to the house to do in person estimates. The company we went with it in the end was Alliance Moving. They have such a deep history and great reputation for doing hard work and pleasing customers. The system or formula they work off of was different then the others. Easy to talk to, estimates that were not complicated and just very down to earth employees. We know how busy things can be at times but Alliance Moving would make sure everything was always on the up and stressed if there was ever anything we needed or just wanted to talk about to just call. It was very welcoming. All of our household stuff was loaded nicely and we didn’t notice anything scratched or broken. I would be happy to use them again.

Never had to change a date or a time everyone did thier job and helped make this great. Alliance Moving was the only company that was willing to pick ya up on the date we wanted after hours been sinply had no choice the move had to be done at night and I kid you not, not one single other moving company we spoke to was willing to do it. Alliance was easy to work with and very friendly. We did receive other quotes from about 5 other companies and they were the best overall deal by far in terms of price and company credentials. They are a top of the line company that’s willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. We felt good every step of the move. Each department that was involved knew all the details so we never got the run around. We never felt like we were being swindled it set up for the price to be jacked up last minute. Clean work and a speedy delivery leaves us all pleasd with what we got.

Most of the companies we spoke to were way out of our budget not even in the ballpark. There were the only company that recommended the insurance and had a reputation that consisted of a lot of positive feedback. Moving can be very costly so we made sure we selected the company that best fit our needs, and it was them for sure.
