This move was a huge sigh of relief when it was all said and done. It was a short notice that I would be relocating before the holidays for a new position at work. I was worried that since it was a quick decision that my stuff my get treated the same. Well Alliance made sure that, that did not happen.

They were prompt and worked very quickly to make sure my stuff was packed up neatly and fragile was on the right items. The furniture was broken down and wrapped up and loaded what seemed to take them only a few hours and I thought it would take a day or two.

Delivery went great and there was nothing damaged. When it came time to pay the bill it was a couple hundred less than what I was quoted, which was amazing, especially at this time of year. Thank you Alliance. You all are phenomenal.

This move was really great. From the first time that I spoke with Rose I knew just what to expect and just how great the move was going to go. She explained it all to us.

The day of the packing came and there was no damage. Then the day of moving came because we had 2 locations to pick up from. They handled it with class and very professional.

Delivery was so smooth and just as easy. The move was a great experience for my family and I and I highly recommend using Alliance Movers. They are worth it and very fair with pricing.

I have moved numerous times in my life being in the Navy for over 3 decades. This time it was completely different. I got to do the research on the moving companies around and find the one that would suit all of our needs.

I found Alliance Movers and they were able to make me understand just what to expect when it came to move day. Even though I have moved before I still needed to know certain things.

This move was nothing short of absolute perfection. I came across Alliance and was thrilled from the very first phone conversation to the last piece of furniture that was delivered.

Moving has come second nature to me and my wife since she is a traveling nurse. I was never really involved in the process but this tine I got to sort through all the companies that move families long distances.

I amd very happy that I went with Alliance and this was a very successful move from the start to the finish.

I must say that this time that we had to move because of my wife’s new job I was very worried that I was being left in charge of finding a moving company. I spoke with numerous people from numerous companies and everyone seems to just want my money. When I spoke to Chris here at alliance he did not beg for my money he wanted to make sure that I knew exactly what was going to happen on the day of the move. When the movers arrive there on move day they made sure that we were completely packed up all the furniture was wrapped up and loaded into the truck with no issues. The delivery day came and they reset everything back up in our new home and there was no damages and again no issues. The price was very fair and I will always recommend alliance to anyone that is moving across country like we just did. Thank you very much for everything.

Tremendous job Alliance Movers. You guys were the first company to call after I went online. We spent a couple days making sure we had the best list possible. I learned a lot from my sales representative and also learned that some of the other companies I spoke to were not being completely honest. Everyone at Alliamce was honest and never pressured me into making my deposit. They gave me time to do my research and decide what company was best for me. The main selling point for me was using Alliance meant no third parties they did the entire move themself. When I needed someone to speak to I dialed the same number and somebody always took my call. The delivery was fast and no damage. At the end of the day I saved money and it was all business. 5 stars in my book.

Absolute WORST experience I have EVER had with a service. These movers have been MIA with all of my belongings for over a month now. They have lied again and again regarding the status of the move and the whereabouts of my items, only for me to find out that they have been bouncing my belongings around from warehouse to warehouse across the United States. For the record, I was NEVER informed that my belongings would leave the truck they were loaded into when they were picked up OVER A MONTH AGO. This company is inadequate and pathetic. Please, please, please do not let them feed you the lies and promises of fast and smooth delivery at an affordable price. I regret not listening to the person that told me so before I went with them and truly hope no one makes the same mistake I did, because this is a living nightmare. I wish I could say I was the outlier here but I'm pretty confident I'm not. Good luck with your move, please don't go with this company.

This has been the worst experience I have had with ANY company I have ever dealt with. They originally quoted us $6100 to move our stuff from NC to MI and now are demanding over $14,000 to be paid in cash upon delivery. Which we are still waiting on delivery after requesting a month ago for our items to be delivered on 1-2-19 and it is now 1-18-19. We have been lied to by several people and are completely treated with disrespect. They have even threatened to keep our stuff. We have moved 5 times in the last 12 year and have never paid this much for a move. We even boxed up everything ourselves and moved about 1/3 of our items ourselves. This place is a scam and besides a few good individuals we have been treated like dirt by most everyone we have talked to. If they would have been honest up front we would have just bought all new furniture and sold what they are bringing and would have turned out saving a ton of money. This place is JUNK!!

Great job Alliance. Our move came up so fast and we didn’t have time to make a lot of calls. Alliance Moving caught us st just the right time. We were able to talk and put together a room by room list of the items being moved. We exchanged phone calls and texts and even pictures through emails. They are very detailed and always put the customer first. Quality Assurance, Customer Service and dispatch all played a role in making the move go perfect. Thank you all for the hard work and time put in. Appreciate all of you.

Best price I got and they made moving easy. I searched many companies online but when I looked deeper I always found some things that turned me off. Alliance was the opposite. The more I looked the more I saw that drew me closesr. Everyone I spoke to was so willing to help me and make sure I was confident before moving forward. I had expectations going in but they blew them all away. Friends of mine warned me about companies that aren’t honest and only want money so I’m here writing about my experience to help somebody in need. They are honest and very friendly and will work with you and your budget.

Last week during midnight I got a call from my head office that I have to join a new location the next week. At first I got much tensed because moving all your stuff in such a short notice was next to impossible. I consulted many friends but I could not find any positive response. I contacted Alliance and explained my problem. I was shocked to see that they agreed to transport all my stuff overnight and without even charging an outrageous price. They packed all the items with so much care and speed. It was clearly visible that they had an expertise in this area. Not a single person in their team was unprofessional. They were very polite and calm. The same night they loaded the cargo and left for the new place. Next morning they helped me in unpacking and setting all the items in place. Alliance really helped me shift with ease. I am really happy with their service and recommend them strongly.

This was by far the easiest move at my wife and I have ever accomplished. After spending 20 years in the Air Force I have Move numerous times. Not once I repeat not once have I ever come across a moving company that was this professional this fair on price and absolutely caring about the customer and their satisfaction I will highly recommend alliance movers to anyone and everyone that I know you all move just in didn't damage a single item we are settled into our house before the holiday is and there's nothing absolutely nothing that I have to complain about. Overall this was by far the most stress-free relocation that we have ever gone through. My wife's job causes us to move every few years and we have to search and search for a moving company and we always have a bad experience. This was the very first time that the price was there the customer service was there and nothing was damaged or lost. I cannot thank you all enough for everything that you did to make sure that my family and I were taking care of from the very beginning to the very end. I will make sure that I recommend you all to anyone that I know and next time that my wife's company makes us move you will be the very first phone call I promise thank you again and I hope you all have a wonderful holiday.

Please do not use this company. The Account Salesman, Lee Jacobs, was contacting me daily via phone, text, and email in order to get the sale. Once I paid my deposit, I never heard from him until I continued to call and text. He gave me a price and stated that I would be in a binding contract which would not allow my price to go up..unless I added additional items. On the day of the move, the movers failed to contact me. They did not contact me until they were outside of my home. They were rude and they told me that all of my items were bigger than they imagined. They told me that I would need to pay an additional $600 for more space. I knew that something was up once one of the movers went and sat in the truck before even discussing the additional costs. They felt no remorse for my situation. This company has been suspended from the Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, my items have not been moved and they are trying to tell that I can’t get a refund. They have taken $745 dollars from me.

BBB needs to know about the amazing job that you all did for my family and I. There was not an issue what so ever the entire way through. I thought they may be "human" and damage something on pure accident but that didn't even happen. I will write the Better Business Bureau and let them know just how amazing they treat their customers and their family (even my neighbors were impressed) that was hard to do, but they are that good. It was remarkable to watch this move take form over a short period of time. Starting with the early phone call from Alliance Moving of a simple list of items over time turned into a detailed full proof price. They covered every angle of the move. We talked about packaging of certain glass and electronic pieces as well as all of our art work. Everything was moved carefully so nothing broke or was damaged. We did speak to other companies but none of them could offer us the same deal we got with Alliance. They move fast , work hard and get the job done correctly. Excellent communication from all departments. We really feel happy with the quality of work we received from them and appreciate not having to pay more then originally told.

We got what we wanted and more. It was a great compsny to work with and we had no doubt they would get the job find right and they definitely did. Of course every other company we spoke to had something negative to say but what matters most is what is actual fact and what can be verified. Alliance Moving is the actual mover and they do great work. They do not overcharge thier customers and were always available when I needed to doesn’t sigh them. They were able to have this move done start to finish in 8 days. Still unpacking and organizing as I write this but just wanted to let you know how thankful we all are for the work you’ve done.

This is the busiest time of year for all the moving companies. The rate changes went into effect April 1st my sales guy told me the best thing I could do is make my reservation deposit now And not the week of the move because I would be wasting money and spending hundreds possibly thousands more. It was nice do you work with a company with that type of honesty. Alliance moving could’ve easily avoided that and took me for extra money but they didn’t. That was a big factor into me choosing them from my relocation. On top of that there are countless positive reviews, great ratings and I saw firsthand why they had the reputation they do. I would use them again especially because they are the actual mover and not a moving broker. Thank you for all the money you’ve saved us and saving us time from getting caught up with a scam type company. You are the best.

It’s that time a year again and I’m glad I booked my move in advance. Unfortunately we are one of those families that move around way too much and no more than we should about the moving industry. We know if this is the most expensive time of the year so we book our move two months in advance. We save thousands of dollars every time we do this. This is the third time now we moved with alliance moving. Every time they’re the same way. They are courteous and respectful and no the business inside and out. They are always willing to help and save their clients money but most importantly get them there safely. We never have a complain about their company they are top notch, the best move or you can possibly have to move your goods. Don’t believe us, called them get a quote for yourself.

When it comes to moving Alliance is the only company I ever use. You guys moved me twice now and my parents once and everytynt it’s the same great service. I personally love the way you guys construct your itemized lists. I always liked having the personal number of my sales person in case I needed him after hours. Alliance always takes such great care of me. I get the vip treatment and you always give me a discount for using you more then once and I never ask. The moving men move carefully through my home I never find any damages when they leave or whenever I inspect the furniture. Top of the class group of men and woman. When it comes to picking a moving company I really don’t know much at all but I do know 2 things and that’s don't use a broker company and pick someone that’s established. That’s why I chose Alliance Moving. They had the credentials and we felt comfortable talking with them. They asked all the right questions and told us what we should be looking for and how to verify it on government sites. The pricing was well within our budget and when they showed up they did exactly what they said. We didn’t have any margin for error. This was money we saved up for a long time to make this possible and they understood that. I’d be happy to use them again and to refer them.

Thanks to this website along with a few other reference sites I made my reservation with Alliance Moving. I saw account after account of previous customers that used the company that were very pleased with the services they provided. I was able to secure my move dates as well as my price by making my reservation over one month prior to moving. Having said that I was still able to communicate back and forth with them to update my information and adjust my inventory list. I was able to reach my sales rep any time of the day every day. I had time to go through my home and decide if certain items were worth shipping to me knowing that at the end of the day I already booked a reliable mover and I had my ceiling estimate price. Once the move actually occurred and the items were placed on the truck my final price actually was less then I was quoted!! It was really professionally done and it was done in a timely fashion. It pays to read up on the company you choose because if so many people are pleased with the service you have a good idea what to expect. They are exactly what you read. A+.
