This company cost me more in missing and damaged items than the actual price of the move. Even the people who eventually delivered my belongings were surprised at how badly things were packed.

I moved from Florida to Colorado. The movers were scheduled to come in the morning, but they didn’t arrive until 6 PM and left around midnight. They chose to leave a lot of my things behind on purpose without notifying me, and I was told later that they didn’t have room in the truck for all of it. My irreplaceable antique lamp was completely broken and missing pieces when it arrived, because they didn’t wrap the glass. They delivered my large antique urn, but left it’s base behind. My linens became moldy waiting in their warehouse for over a month before my things were delivered, and somehow my new mattress was delivered soaking wet as well as moldy, wrapped in torn plastic. Because the boxes were not labeled I have no idea how much more is missing, ruined, or broken. My phone calls were never returned and the customer service representatives were of no help - one hung up on me and nobody I spoke to had anything to say about that, so it must be normal company culture. No quality control or accountability whatsoever. Not even the suggestion of concern or an apology, no response or follow up, no protocol for helping unsatisfied customers - these people don’t care at all, and deny all responsibility when things go wrong. They shuffle you from one representative to another until you give up.

All these 5-star reviews are either paid or bots. I would give 0 stars if I could. After being scammed into paying another $1,400 (over $4,500 total), I waited over 3 weeks for my delivery after being told *up to* 10 days. ZERO communication in those 3 weeks. Once it arrived, there was a severe amount of damage. Absolutely ridiculous unacceptable condition. These people DO NOT care about your belongings. They damaged my headboard, nightstand, TV stand, broke the legs off my dresser, smashed every glass I own, broke dozens of dishes. They smashed EVERYTHING I own on a dolly down 2 flights of stairs because they were too lazy to walk down the hall to the elevator. What should have been a red flag is they don't even offer the option to purchase full coverage insurance so you get PENNIES on the dollar (which essentially means your belongings are guaranteed to arrive damaged). Seriously, book with ANYONE else. This has been an absolute nightmare. If you're looking for the shadiest scam of a company, you've found it!

PLEASE BE AWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! I could go on and on about this scam of a company. First and foremost they have horrible customer service. I’ve moved a total of 4 times and I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service. Let’s start with the driver yelling at me and hanging up on me and refusing to deliver my items due to me saying I wasn’t paying an additional fee that was NEVER discussed to me. I had to get my boyfriend to step in just to get my belongings. As the driver arrived he then threatened me again to not deliver my things off the truck due to there being another charge that wasn’t discussed which I caught him lying and he realized I wasn’t as stupid as he thought. I had police on stand by (they work in my apartment building). MULTIPLE items were damaged. I have a total of 32 pictures of all my damaged items as well as MISSING items. I have a $1200 all glass dresser that was in perfect condition, I received it completely shattered at the bottom with the legs missing to the bottom. My moms 2 fur coats are missing and so many more items damaged or missing worth thousands of dollars. The driver AGAIN yelled at me in front of one of the movers small child (yes he brought his son to work and asked could he sit in my place while they moved my belongings). The driver was yelling so loud and rudely at me that he had to ask his son to go in the other room. VERBAL ABUSE! one of the movers was smoking weed at the second stop totally unprofessional I mean I could just go on and on. To top all of this off after being quoted about $3700 and ended up paying $7400 due to lies I also received verbal abuse. I was threatened more than once. And of all the items broken or damaged including my grandmas jewelry stand from the 80’s that can’t be replaced they have the nerve to give me a refund for $75! I’m completely flabbergasted and I’m unsure how this company is still in business. I just found out about my refund a few seconds before this review. Now my next actions is to get an attorney and take things further. There is no way they will get away with this scam. I have so many videos and pictures of all my proof. Please beware of this company run as fast away as you can. I’ll attach one picture for reference which is my damaged glass dresser that was in perfect condition along with the legs of the dresser missing. $75 can’t even replace the TV stand That they completely damaged to the point it can’t be fixed or used. What an insult to think I would only get $75 for all of this pain and suffering.

Never again. They are the most dishonest moving company I have ever dealt with. They made a list of the boxes they took to deliver. While at their warehouse they went thru my things and took what they wanted and delivered the rest 3 days late. They refused to unload until I paid them again. Some boxes had holes in them. Some were crushed. They stole 15 boxes and a large rug. We booked this company back on March 30th to help us move to Florida. I was told on the phone it would be $5,872 based on the quick inventory I supplied over the phone. I then sent them a full inventory list 2 and half weeks prior to the move and got no response. I was told originally on the phone that they packed everything for us. April 25th was the first time, again 2.5 weeks prior to move, that I was told we had to pack boxes. That was 1 week prior to us having our baby. So we get to the day before the move with no communication. I get a call at 8pm telling me they finally added in the inventory and it would change to $12,000! We had to be out the next day as we were selling our home. While on the phone, I gave the guy an earfull about how I had asked multiple times about the increase (a few calls to them as well) and they decide to bring this up when I have no other choice. He proceeded to tell me that he would keep the original price and let the individual that comes to pick up the materials give the final price. The next morning at 10am they show up. He took a quick look and said it would in fact $12,000. I told them there was no way I was paying that since I looked into a Uhaul and it was $2,500 to do it myself. I did book Uhaul just in case and have that as well. The booking company told me verbally on the phone it would be $10,000. I agreed verbally to that number and they started loading my stuff. After the truck was loaded at about 5pm, I was directed to sign their contract. It was now $11,000. The person was in a rush and I had no time to read the contract and had no choice but to sign since they had all my stuff. In the hand signed contract I was under the impression to add in the closing date for our move date. I was never informed that there was a "30 day window" to get our stuff. When they dropped our stuff off finally, we had many large items broken. Even by their standards at .60/pound it was over $300 worth. I got an email today they would cover $94 with no explanation. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Other customers are 100% correct to identify this company as a scam. They have a contract of pick up and delivery date- but they do NOT DELIVER YOUR HOME PERSONAL ITEMS. They give excuse, after excuse. I am going to the BBB after this and then yelp and then the Florida Attorney General and then to any and all news stations that will listen to this SCAM and unprofessional business management from A-Z. Their customer services lies and says they don't know where the truck is- then they say the driver had an emergent other customer issue, then they say the truck broke down- LIES! Your belongings are held hostage! I had back and neck surgery 3 years ago and CANNOT tolerate a blow up mattress. I am in pain and will land in the hospital and when I do, I will pursue further action against this company. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY- YOU WILL BE SO SORRY.

Beware they have a BLANKET 30-day delivery window to their moving contract. I talked to them before I signed the contract about it and they said it was standard, but not an issue if you give them notice. I gave 6 weeks’ notice for delivery. I schedule the delivery date on December 28, 2022, for a delivery date on February 15, 2023. They said it was fine and they would call the day before to confirm the time. I called and emailed the day before and the day of and they no showed and said I didn't give them enough time. They call me a at almost 10 pm a few days later drunk and said I need to understand that all their employees keep quitting and they have a blanket 30 days to delivery my property. I huge up since the guy was laughing on the phone. He thought my frustration was funny. This is the most unprofessional copy I have every worked with. I sent several emails asking for a delivery date and no response. Now I am filing a claim and demanding arbitration just to get my property back. They are keeping my stuff hostage because I will not engage I late night drunken phone calls. After speaking the to the manager on the phone for 5 minutes I can see why everyone keeps quitting. Now they said they can show up at any time in the next 30 days without notice. I can’t leave because they might show up, so I had to buy enough stuff to stay in my empty apartment. If you want to use this company beware they do not answer the phone, they do not respond to emails and they do not give delivery dates, plus they will hold your property hostage if you don’t want to engage I late night drunken phone calls.

It has been two weeks since my delivery date and still not response from the company. They either have no employees and can't delivery my stuff or they are intentionally refusing to delivery my property because I asked for a moving date in writing... Beware if you use this company be prepare to file a claim and wait months for your property.

This company is a complete nightmare. On 12/28/22, I called to schedule delivery for 2/15/2023. On the phone they said it was fine . They said they would contact me a few days before the move to confirm the delivery. I emailed on 2/3 and 2/14 to confirm the time and I was completely ignored. Zero Response. No one showed up on 2/15 and then a drunk guy called me 2/16 at almost 10 pm to say everyone quit they have no employees to make the delivery and they can hold my property hostage for 30 business days (6 weeks) . He was laughing because he thought my frustration was funny. He basically called just to harass and bully me. It has been 4 week and still no delivery date and idea when I am going to get my stuff. They are completely ignoring me in retaliation for not wanted to let talk to the drunk guy on the phone at 10pm. He was so intoxicated he was asking me for my birth zip code and what part of California I was from North or South. He didn't seem to understand it was one state. Beware this company will treat you like crap and laugh about it.

I'm writing this review, not because I used their services but because I paid for the services to help a friend.

The move was of furniture and household items from a storage space in Raleigh, NC to Louisville, Ky.

The initial price quote was $3,376.00. When the movers showed up to pick up the items they said there were more items than they had been told. They were given a list of items but told that it wasn't complete but were given the size of the storage area. The added cost was almost double the original quote (plus 5% for using a credit card).

When the items were delivered they wanted $150 extra because "there were stairs". The total charges were $6,442.14 (not including the $150) Typical bait and switch operation. They also refused to move a couch into the apartment claiming it was too big to fit through the door.

Funny how it fit through the door every other place it was moved to. Bottom line: they way overcharged and didn't even complete the job. This company should have their business license revoked!

The worst company I have ever worked with. They broke more items than they delivered safely. They don’t care about your belongings. They definitely change their price from what they quoted. They almost doubled the price the day they are supposed to move you so you have no other choice but to pay the difference. They are a scam. Hire at your on risk. Read all paper work carefully because they don’t hold themselves accountable for anything. That’s why your belongings arrive broke or demaged. Would not recommend. Do yourself a favor and hire u-haul people to load your stuff and drive it yourself.

Worst purchase of my entire life...! I was initially quoted a "flat rate" price to move me from Michigan to Florida in exchange for agreeing to book the service immediately, and "because I was a veteran", and the owner of the company (who was also supposedly a veteran) had a soft spot for fellow veterans.

After about 72 hours I was contacted by Cameron, the "quality manager" who called, reviewed the inventory of my household (which I had already done during the initial call), and essentially accused me being deceptive during the initial quote, offered me a new quote approximately 30% higher, along with a copy of their cancelation policy outlining that after 48 hours I would sacrifice my full $660 deposit if I were to cancel the booking. Due to my time constraints, I reluctantly agreed to the price increase, and received a new copy of my inventory where Cameron removed my mattress from the list. A detail I missed given that I was training a new employee at the time of the call, and I simply missed it. Mind you, my new quote went up, not down, so I was not given a reduced quote due to removing items, so it didn't occur to me to look for that (my fault).

When the movers showed up, he immediately pointed out to me my mattress was not on the inventory list, and you guessed it, the price would be raised again (approximately another 25%) if I needed that "added". I had no choice but to agree. As the movers were leaving, I asked what the average timeline was for them to deliver my furniture to my new address. He replied it averaged 5 to 7 days. I wasn't looking to hold anyone to this, but now I had a rough idea.

Once arriving in Florida, there were literally zero communications from the moving company. After 2 weeks, I began calling once a week because I was getting tired of sleeping on a hardwood floor. Every time I called; the only update offered was that I will be contacted when a driver is assigned but was told that their contract allows them 30 business days from the initial date you tell them that you can take delivery. I finally received my household items just short of 1 1/2 months after they picked up my household.

The cherry on top of this entire event was the condition of my stuff. Every box (which I bought brand new a couple of weeks before the move) all looked as though they were kicked off the back of the truck. My dining room set, which was only 3 1/2 months old, is severely damaged. To be fair, they told me I have some type of insurance, but I would rather deal with the damaged furniture, than spend another minute dealing with this company for any reason.
