All In One Moving and Storage

All In One was GREAT while they were pitching me and taking my money BUT once my belongings were on the truck, the story changed COMPLETELY!! Let's be clear: The crew that picked up my belongings was PHENOMENAL!! They deserve so much credit for hauling 116 items down 5 flights of stairs in NYC BUT the customer service once my things were in transport SUCKED and the delivery crew cared less about doing a great job. The WORST PART is AIO has LOST 20 boxes/bins which include many irreplaceable items. They also delivered 2 personalized children's items to me and told me to find other kids to give these items to. I have to believe that is the same response the drivers/company told the customers who received MY items. To make matters EVEN WORSE, Steve doesn't answer or return my calls (he had no problem calling me before the move) AND Kelly responds to my calls like I'm BOTHERING her as she's the primary customer service rep. This company had ONE JOB and they fouled it up royally!!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3000

Negative 100000 stars !!!! Stay away from this company! Not reliable! Sell packages with dates which they don’t honor and then ruin your move! Horror # 1 was: I had a scheduled move on a Thursday get a call Wednesday after 12 in the afternoon to be told they can’t pick up my move due to not having a truck to pick me up! When I ask for another date they tell me I would have to wait till Saturday and they could not confirm! I had to fight and beg for a confirmation for the next available date! They then confirm that! Horror #2: they pick up my stuff 7/31 ask me to chose my delivery date, which I did 8/8, they no show no call, I call and ask when my stuff will be delivered they tell me they have 15-21 days to deliver my stuff and I didn’t have to worry they put it in storage! I never asked for storage (boxes where infested but giant ants) disgusting!!! I was told by Steve there disgusting lying sales person that they had weekly deliveries to Florida which was another lie. Called weekly and my stuff was never put on a truck to come to me till I threatened to report them to the better business and get a lawyer. Horror # 3: They tell me it will be on the truck and I call a week later to why I have not gotten a call they tell me it never got on the truck, Adriana then tells me it never got on truck and I didn’t call weekly so she didn’t need to tell me it didn’t go out…. At this point I have lost my mind and ask for a manager because yet again another lying disgusting employee does nothing to help me! The manager Christine is even worse she tells me she will look into things and never calls back or emails me (3 times) Horror # 4: I had to beg for my stuff to be put on the truck because now I have slept on the floor for 30 days with a heart conditions and lupus! My stuff shows up 31 days later with 3 broken items and missing screws boxes crushed. They never offered any discounts or apologies… DO NOT USE THEM! I still plan on reporting this company to consumer affairs and the better business bureau!!!! They lie and hold your stuff hostage!! Oh and then I’m told by the gentleman that delivered my stuff why am I filling out the money order from the Postal Service that the company requires because they are the ones that are moving it and not the company so basically I felt like I was also being hustled and stolen from by the two gentleman that delivered my items! They should be closed down!!!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1700

I contacted this company for my move from Connecticut to Michigan, the move was scheduled on 8/20/2021. I spoke to customer care rep Alan and I wanted my stuff to be delivered as soon as possible which was next week. He said that is possible, that was the whole reason I went with them otherwise was moving through uhaul pods. He assured me that my belongings would arrive that coming week ( week of 8/23 - 8/27) I confirmed with him many times! When the moving company arrived I told them that I am expecting next week so he asked me to put in ASAP in the date and he said it will arrive by 8/23 or 8/24. I waited almost 2 weeks and called them in first week of September, they said my stuff is loaded in the truck and it will start in few days, I stressed them to give me an ETA and the representative refused rudely. I waited for a week or 10 days and called them again the rep told me that the truck has already left and the driver will call me 24-48 hrs prior to delivery. I was waiting for the delivery. By the 9 out of 10 times no one picks the call, and Alan once picked the call and immediately hung up and after that my number is blocked, he is the biggest fraud. I waited again for a week to 10 days, called them .. at that time one super rude rep (forgot her name) said he would call the driver and put me on hold., the call was on hold for 20+ Mins and she didn’t put me back.. I then understood something is very wrong, all this while I was being positive. So I hung up and called them again, this time demanding them to give me real reason. This time Adriana put me on hold to check and told me that there has been some confusion and my stuff never made it to the truck.. now it will take another 2-3 weeks to get! I got so frustrated and waited. I called them 3 days back again and she told me my stuff is on the truck and I will get it in 3-4 days and she would email me.. it is 9/26 today and I don’t have any information about my stuff or any email or anything at all. I have very important things in my package, I never expected this kind of service from any company and I never had this horrible experience till now. This company is big fraud, please don’t trust them and don’t do business with them.

Move size: Studio Service cost: $1800

I got the quote for $875 from Adam for moving just 1.7 miles from old house. When the movers came they started asking for $2400 for the same. This was very ridiculous. The mover boys were very cooperative but the Chris ..trying to act smart. All good ratings are fake and everyone has same expirience.   They initially estimated 7 hours and guys started telling me about 12 hours ..that is at 3 PM and they were done at 10 PM. the boys were tired ..who can work for 12 hours after 3PM .. These guys are rip off.
