No Responsibility for Lots of Damage

The price went from 8,000 to 15,000 after the van was mostly loaded. When signing paperwork, I noticed that the delivery company title wasn't AIO, nor did their DOT #s match. A short-tempered worker at the other end of the phone could not duly account for the discrepancies, but assured me "All in One" would deliver. After writing all over the paperwork that "All in One" was the only company authorized to deliver, a company named, "ACIRFA" delivered. ACIRFA showed up in an unmarked truck, 7 1/2 hours later than they had scheduled themselves on the day of delivery. The delivery foreman seemed angry or torqued up on substances and refused to take furniture up the two steps inside. His assistant seemed fearful, hurried needlessly and ended up dumping 5 bins over the ramp's edge. There were lots of broken glass and valuables. We begged ACIRFA to bring in one thing, which was a mistake. The foreman violently slammed our hutch into the wall and floor, causing damage to all three, and knocked the hutch so badly out of alignment that the door won't open. All in One's "Insurance Co." refused to pay for the repairs, even for receipts that were submitted. This pathetic company won't take responsibility for anything.

Never Again.

I have used All In One Moving twice. First time: 2 hours late, charges for stairs and being a new customer weren't included in the over the phone quote. The second time: dropped my piano 3 times dinging up a hard wood floor and breaking a wheel. We had them move 2 nightstands that weren't included in the original quote. They put them on the truck without questioning and when they arrived they charged $50 extra for about 5 minutes worth of work. When I questioned the charge the supervisor was very rude and said because I wouldn't settle for the damages to the piano right then and there they were charging for the night stands. I said I would pay the charge but was going to write reviews on the internet and call the Better Business Bureau. The supervisor then became very argumentative and threatening saying he was going to write information about me on the internet and that I wasn't being a good customer. I thought the business was supposed to be good to the customers. I will never use them again.

Resolution.

I had written a previous review on this company, that was much less than desireable. To my surprise, a Customer Service representative named Lizzy reached out to me and wanted to try to fix the experience that I had with this company. She assured me that my experience was not common and she was unsure of why nothing was done to reimburse me at the time of delivery. She was very professional, very understanding, and very apologetic. This experience with Lizzy has really turned around my opinion of All in On Moving. She took the time to understand exactly what had gone wrong with my delivery so that in the future this would not happen to myself or any other customer. It was a huge relief to know that human beings do work in this office! She assured me that the driver for my delivery was brand new, but still should not have handled things the way he did, especially regarding my furniture in pieces. She kept in contstant contact with me to make sure that I was compensated fairly for my horrible experience. She liased between myself and her manager to make sure that I ended up happy.

The best thing about All in One moving was that even though I packed everything myself to save the material charge- nothing was broken at all. This means they really do care about the packages they transport. The team that picked up the boxes in New Jersey was helpful as well. They wee fast and diligent. The only thing that went wrong was the delivery which was probably just a series of unfortunate events.

If you use All in One Moving, please make sure to contact Lizzy if you have any issues as she was very helpful. If I had spoken with her in the first place I am sure none of this would have happened the way that it did.

Thanks Lizzy! :).

LOST QUEEN BED AND PIANO for starters.

All in One Moving and Storage lost $2443.86 worth of our household belongings on a move from SUnnyside, Quuens NY to Grand Forks, ND. Bulleted list of complaints:
- My salesman, Alan, told me that they were a door-to-door, A-to-Z moving service and that they did not subcontract. That was a lie. They contracted out my move.

- Alan gave me a specific date they would arrive. The small print actually gives them a 7-14 day window of the requested date. It turns out this is standard in the industry, but Alan verbally guaranteed me a date. That was a lie.

- Somewhere between taking my belongings from NY and contracting my belongings to another company, they lost:
*Custom designed Queen Mattress & Box spring with an $80 waterproof cover.
*Yamaha P-80 Electrong Piano (Touring), Road case and custom-built stand, with several accessories.
*Two, 4-ft tables
*Chair
*Rubbermaid folding step ladder
*Wooden Corner Desk
*Other random items
*All items lost total $2443.86 in value.

- The driver of the arriving moving truck, Salamon Ben Amor, invited me onto the movign truck to see if I could spot our bed and piano. When I got on, I found pearls, other jewelry of my deceased mother, and books of ours outside of the boxes on the ground of the moving truck. I also saw cigarette butts on the ground of the moving truck.

- The contracted movers unloaded other people's belongings into our home in ND. When I told him they did not belong to us, he shrugged his shoulders and asked if I wished to keep them. I told him of course I didn't. This is a pretty big hint as to what may have happened to our belongings.

-Alan promised me my quote included assembly of my furniture at the destination. That did not happen. That was a lie.
- Several of the boxes that did make it to our destination in ND were completely trashed, and not handled with care.

-I was repeatedly brushed off by customer service.

I went through all legal options available to me per the contract and jumped through their hoops with MovingClaims.net (who handles all of their "customer service"). In the end, I was offered around $300, which was the total of the $0.60/lb coverage int he contract. I've consulted with 4 different attorneys on this matter, and all of them say it is not worth the time and money that would go into this matter in small claims court. Every one of them suggested my best route is to post what happened in reviews on websites where ALL IN ONE MOVING & STORAGE, INC. solicit. So here I am. My only recourse.

It's worth noting that Owen, the manager of ALL IN ONE MOVING & STORAGE, INC. admitted fault to all of this to me on the phone, and to his insurance company (who I spoke with). AIO does not deny any of these claims. They just deny that they should have to pay to replace my lost items because of the coverage I chose when signing my contract. Unfortunately, under the law, they are correct. Morally speaking, and in terms of a business model, they are dead wrong.

Bottom line: DO NOT USE ALL IN ONE MOVING & STORAGE, INC. They don't care about your belongings, and they will not help you resolve any issues they caused.

Total Fraud.

STAY AWAY PLEASE. Save yourselves the money and the headache.  They will give you an amazingly low estimate (too good to be true? IT IS) They are not professional and came late.  Then wandered off while en route to new apartment for two hours meanwhile the way is only 25 minutes away (with traffic 45 minutes ,,) When they arrived they decide to charge me those two extra hours plus additional fees that were never mentioned to me (fee for tape!!) I am disturbed by such business.  When I spoke to the "boss" at the company he was just as rude and unprofessional.  I tried to explain my complaints but his only reply was are you going to pay or not, it is not your choice.   What a disgrace.. they take advantage of people who are in the moving process..do not use these people. MY FINAL PRICE WAS DOUBLE THE ESTIMATE! BEWARE PLEASE. .

Worst Experience.

My sister in law got this company few months ago.  She and I were in the apartment together, driver called said he was going to be there at 8 and of course didn't show up until 9:15 the day of pick up.  The company gave  her such a low estimate, that is the reason why she went with this company.  However, final price was double the estimate!  Now we know to go online and read reviews because when we questioned all the added expenses the owner was very rude.  They do not know how to do business.  I will be writing reviews about them in the local paper where I live.  People should not be fooled by such company.  For every little wrapping they do they charge which of course was not mentioned to her when she got them.  They made it seem like wrapping items was part of the deal.  The workers they hire wrap every little thing but throw things around (what's the point?) Her furniture was scratched up and on top of it she was treated poorly. They were rude and inconsiderate.  Do not even consider this company.

Don't Even Bother to Use This Company!!

I spoke with a salesperson name Allan, he promised me to deliver my stuff in maximum 6 days, I got the stuff in 20 days, every time I'm calling him, he says he doesn't know when they 'll deliver, they have all boxes in warehouse sitting there and I had to rent a hotel because I have 3 child, when the trailer arrived, all boxes were upside down even with the sign says "This side up",fragile boxes were on the bottom, ripped off boxes, dusty and smashed. In general [EDIT] move. What this company does is they get your stuff put it in a warehouse and wait till they find a trailer going your direction and squeeze your boxes. When the trailer arrived they opened the door most of the boxes and container either mine or other people were broken. The driver ask you for the rest of the money first b4 they unload, and cash only or money order, that you can't fight back with a credit card. Just do not use them.

Terrible Experience.

I am in shock that this moving company is still in business. They are were so nice prior to hiring them, promised me great service and gave me an incredibly low estimate. However, once the moving day actually arrived.. it became apparent that they are scams and con artists. The movers were supposed to arrive at 8 a.m. They didn't show up until 9:30 a.m.  When I called the company to ask where their movers were I was told you know there is so much traffic and you have to wait. I was shocked by such treatment. I am in NJ and the moving company is only 20 minutes from where I lived which is why I was surprised they were so late. Once they arrived, they had me sign all these papers indicating additional fees for every little thing including tape and wrapping paper (meanwhile on the phone I was told that comes with the moving process). I had to agree to such ridiculous price since that was the last day to move and I had already paid a deposit fee for this company. The movers treated my furniture with no care what so ever. I had to monitor and tell them to please be careful. They left to the destination where the furniture was to arrive at in which they were 3 and half hours late!! THEN THEY DECIDED TO CHARGE ME FOR THOSE 3 and half hours. I called the company to ask them about the situation, they were rude and disregarded anything I had to say. I traveled at the same time to get to destination as movers and only took me 45 minutes. They came 3 and half hours late because its a scam. They had shirts changed and McDonald cups with them.. I told them to be honest next time. My estimate was 450. And final price was 990$. Which was only dinning table, living room and one bed. Total thieves.. Please stay away!

Horrible experience.

All in one moving started out with great customer service. But once they had my furniture and belongings I realized I should have rented a haul and done this myself. The delivery was scheduled for Friday Saturday OR Sunday in Miami. They called me on Wednesday night and told me it was being delivered tomorrow. I was 4 hours away in Orlando on a work night. When I called the office they told me to work it out with the driver. I asked if the driver even knew that we needed a shuttle and I was assured that, yes, everything was taken care of. I called the (outsourced) driver and he had no clue we needed a shuttle since our new apt did not have room for an 18 wheeler. The driver asked me (while I was still in Orlando) if I could rent a Uhaul myself!! When I said absolutely not- as that was what I was paying you 2k for- he finally decided to coordinate it himself. The delivery was 3 hours late and they did not reassemble any of my furniture which wAs included in my contract. NOTHING. I came home to a dining room table, tv stand, and bed in a thousand pieces. They said there was nothing they could do to reimburse any of the 2,200 I had spent. All in one moving is not worth a penny of your money.

Smoothest move ever.

I have actually never written a review online before, but I had such a good experience with All in One yesterday that I had to.  I was moving apartments - actually combining two apartments into one, and I couldn't have been happier.  Hector was the crew head of the three man team, and they arrived EXACTLY at the first minute of the arrival window that I was given.  The crew was speedy, profession, and incredibly respectful.  Everything arrived in perfect condition, and the guys were very careful about not only my stuff, but the walls and other common areas that they were passing through to get into my apartment.  I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing to do a local move.  Their quote was right in the middle of the ranges that I got - low enough to be what I was hoping for, but higher than one that was so low as to sound sketchy.  Worth every penny.

The Worst -- Liars!!

Pickup on time but movers were fast and sloppy with the packing.  Their paperwork was outdated and wrong as we had added a second drop off point.  To stay organied, we agreed to mark which boxes were going to each of 2 different delivery sites (they had been prepared in two groups).  They marked NOTHING except putting their inventory tags on.  I had no way to know which boxes were going where -- plus everything got jumbled together (see delivery).  Final price was nearly DOUBLE their estimate AND they charged us for a parking ticket they got because of parking illegally.  I knew we were dealing with shady people but it was too late. When I called a week later to check delivery, they had no idea we had 2 stops, but insisted the truck would arrive next day (Saturday).  IT DIDN'T.  I called their numbers repeatedly all day and got no answer.  This screwed everything up as I had arranged to have people come and help me, but it was impossible to organize.  I lost time from work and had severe aggravation. Finally next day a dispatcher answered.  The truck had broken down, etc., etc.  Over the next several days I called repeatedly and got different delviery dates and times.  When I finally reached Adamat HQ, he insisted I must have been dialing the wrong tel # as they"always had their cell phones with them on weekends."  A TOTAL LIE.  He was rude and totally defensive.  Sure I was mad, who wouldn't be? DELIVERY--The truck finally arrived and all my boxes were mixed up instead of being organized according to the 2 drop off sites.  I had to crawl around the truck and figure out which was which (really impossible).  I did my best.  The driver and his assistant were very nice and apologized, but it was not their fault.  All in One is a TERRIBLE COMPANY AND DO NOT USE THEM!

Moving Company SCAM!

This is the company's 3rd attempt to maintain a moving company. The other 2 "companies" were shut-down due to numerous violations and stolen goods. The current company, All in One Moving and Storage of Brandon, is managed by "Nathan Parker", but his real name is Nathan Parkhurst. Once you google his real name, you will find that he has a long criminal record, including theft, armed robbery and kidnapping. This guy is dangerous. We contracted with him because we originally received "great" reviews from the employees at our storage unit, Budget. We had no idea of Nathan's previous history due to him providing an alias.
Only half our stuff arrived to us, the other half was stolen and sold off at garage sales. The items we did receive were damaged. There were several boxes that had imprints of shoes because they had purposefully stomped on the boxes. Nathan arrived one day late to pick up our items, and then held our stuff hostage for 7 days. When we finally filed a police report that is when he showed up with 50% of our stuff. They claim to have movers insurance, but that is a lie (or at least they will not provide the information in order for us to make a claim against them). BEWARE! We will be happy to provide pictures of the damaged items at your request. We also have a police report case number we can provide.

Everything.

They were so nice to me from the moment I started my quote. The move was twice as much as we thought it would be and we even measured everything out. They told us to have all picture frames packed but didn't tell us how. It ended up adding on a lot of money and space for them to re-pack them.
I didn't have an address so I told them I would call, Jay said give me two weeks notice. He said that multiple times.
I called the day we signed our contract. I even called to double check two days later. Nine days after that I called to check in, they gave me some run-around with no answer.
I finally got ahold of customer service and found out that my order was put in the day I called to check in. Well, it's been two weeks since then and our stuff is still in their wharehouse.
I will never trust a mover again and would not recommend AIO to anyone.

Long-distance move from New York to California

My worst fears came true.

So I came to this site to find a cross country moving company and after a few calls I thought I would go with AiO as they gave me the storage I needed plus the move at an affordable price.   At first I spoke with Allan, the guy was professional and gave me a quote of $1,320.00 for one bedroom and some stuff here and there. I booked the date and all. After that I called back after a few days to change the date and they were great about it.   Allan gave me a few tips which I followed and was very clear with everything. Now the for the movers arrive and here where it starts Pat and Miguel start to check everything and decided that they should put extra layers of tape just in case, sure I thought and I knew from what I read that I would be charged for it. Now after they start to tape the stuff and even though I put bright red stickers on some boxes with the word fragile in English and Spanish Miguel goes and flips each and every box disregarding every box. Fine I say to myself I padded everything. Then they decided to put some of my items and smaller boxes in a wardrobe box to "keep them together", then comes the matters which I put it in two heave duty mattress bag, vacuumed and a heavy duty shrink wrap but they decided they want to wrapped it which I told them no, but decide I need to put some blankets on them.   Ok now they moved everything on time and come to the bill they decide that the inside of the building is big and the walk inside the building to the garage is a "long distance" and I get charged $150 for the long walk?!? It was just a few feet walk INSIDE the building with NO stairs. After all that Pat keeps talking and repeating about "the tip" again and again, of course he is saying it is not required but I wanted my stuff to be handled well so I gave them more than a generous tip. Mind you I was not asked for the materials they just kept bringing more I had to stop them.   Now come the delivery time, the driver comes on time was very friendly guy, but because of my experience in Brooklyn I didn't want to be slapped with $150 again. So I had him just unload the stuff in the yard and lo and behold each and every box was miss handled I swear it was like they played football with them even some of the boxes that they double taped gotten loose, good thing I had all my stuff in heavy duty plastic bags and locked. I also had used the Action Packer to store some of my more fragile stuff and the box was deformed and had some locks on it but somehow from all the mishandling it popped out of place. None of my stuff got damaged but the problem was the 18 items were missing. Not 1 or 2 but 18. How, you may ask? All of the stuff, the boxes and pieces for the bed that Pat and Miguel decided needed to be in one place ended up being lost. Because somehow, they decided to empty my stuff from the wardrobe box that they charged me $25 for it. Which they did not catalog any of them. I put labels on each and every box with numbers indicating each item but no they lost them. I of course filed a claim but seeing how they function thus far, I have little hope that my stuff will be recovered. So in short: -I was quoted $1320.00 but end cost was $1,522.43 all are materials not including tips. -Boxes and containers were all ruffed up even though they had fragile stickers. -18 items where lost of most where part for the bed plus a few electronics and foldable chairs. -People over the phone and delivery guy were nice. I would NOT recommend.  .

They simply rocked!!

I was under a very tight budget and I had to get this job done in no time. So, finding a reliable company within the budget was quite a task for me. Thanks to my friend who told me about All in one moving & storage. I called there for a quote and talked with Alan about the move. He was very quick to setup an appointment and arranged the entire move flawlessly and most importantly they accommodated my requirements within my tight budget. Everything went really smoothly and quickly and the job was done just before the deadline. After going through the inventory I was happy like anything. It was a race against time and they won the race hands down.

Avoid.

I would give this company 0 stars. First of all, they are liars, they contract the work out to someone else.

PLEASE keep searching for a new company. They will quote you low and you will be in a time crunch but I promise the loss of 1 hour will save you a lot of money, and a ton of stress.
This company has been nothing but a hassle to me since they picked up our belongings.
After quoting me at $1,100 I ended up paying over $1,500. The money was nowhere near as big of a problem as the stress this company caused.
I moved out of state and needed my belongings in VA (from NY) on the 10th, when I would sign my lease and pick up the keys. Guess when these guys decided to deliver, after I SPECIFICALLY ASKED to have my things be brought on the 10th-- the 9th! They call me on the 8th at 3:00 PM telling me this. The dispatcher and the office are different so I call the office to see what can be done since I am in NY. Michael, or Mike as he later referred to himself, WAS RUDE, AND POMPOUS, . So I have to throw all of the rest of my things into a car, pack up my dogs, and run to VA. (Which we were charged an early move in fee and had no hot water or anything because of the early move in.) When we get there we get a call-- truck broke down, they won't be delivering until the next day at 9:00 AM. So then after rushing and driving on no sleep, I get to sleep on the floor of my new apartment.
9:15 AM rolls around, another call.. their truck driver was declined entry to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge because his truck is too big.. really? You guys didn't map this out? You didn't know your trucks were too large? Seriously? So then I replay my day, he says he'll be here at 4. What happens at 4? he says he'll be there at 6. Luckily at 6 he really did come, but before even considering taking my belongings off of the truck, he tells me I owe him stair fees, which I was originally quoted for and had paid, so I call.. what do I get? I rude woman on the phone who won't help me. Okay, well now you're holding my items hostage so there's another $150. When the man was assembling my bed he made sure to tell me it was not his job-- weird because on your website it says it is and your representatives made sure to tell me assembly and disassembly were included so..

Please, just stay away from this company and their headache.

Horrible Company.

This company is the absolute worst. Jay, the in-take rep will listen and talk to you like a kind old Uncle, then under-sell you by half to get your business and provide a false sense of security. We moved twice with them within a span of 4 months. The first move, other than costing twice as much as the estimate, went fairly smoothly, but the second move 3 months later was a disaster. The quote the second time should have been more realistic - I can only assume they do nothing in good faith. 3/4 of the stuff we moved the first time was still packed in boxes or disassembled. The entire move should have cost less and taken less time. The three-man crew didn't have to take anything apart other than a dining table and a desk. They three guys were disorganized and unprepared. They brought a truck with a broken lift-gate so everything took longer and was hoisted on and off the truck causing scrapes and chips and tears. They had fewer things to move as my wife and I took a 17 foot truck load of boxes and odds and ends over to the new house ourselves, yet they claim everything couldn't fit on their truck and needed two trips. The first move took 6 hours and this one took nearly 11. They LOST my daughter's saxophone (which we didn't realize for two weeks), and we had to rent her a new one. They damaged furniture and scraped up a newly panted wall along the stairs. They refused to follow my wife on the 10 mile drive to the new house and took 45 minutes (we think they went off to get something to eat). By the time they got the last thing into the new house, they refused to reassemble the modular desk because it was now after 7:30pm and the lead mover said he, "didn't have another hour to waste" putting the desk back together. There was no time to review everything for damage or if it was lost before they took off. It ended up costing almost twice the estimate (again). I filed a claim with photos and exhibits with their 3rd party claim company and all they offered me in compensation for this clusterf**k of a colossal waste of time and money was a paltry $72. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND CHEATS!!

Horrible Movers.

We had the worst experience with this company. Their estimate was totally off and we ended up paying thousands extra. The delivery to our destination in Florida was scheduled but arrived days later. Had argument with movers when they finally got there, they were mostly young guys, some kids, with attitudes. Many items were damaged and missing and we received practically nothing back because we failed to take the premium insurance. Be careful and shop around BEFORE you settle with this company.

Fantastic pick-up crew but that's where it ended..

I contacted Jay at All in One Moving for an estimate for my apprxoimately 1200 mile move from New Jersey to Louisiana. I was intially impressed with his knowledge and experience in the moving business.  All in One's BBB membership as well as their "A" rating also helped.  I felt confident in them to handle my move and I was told that I would be kept informed during the process.   Moving day, the three members of the crew- Salvador, Angel, and James were fantastic.  They were professional and got the job done efficiently.  Sal communicated with me through the entire process that day.  I couldn't be happier with these guys.  They were the best and I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.   Once my belongings headed off on the moving truck, that's where the professionalism ended.  I wasn't kept informed either by phone or by e-mail of when my things would arrive at my new home.  I did receive a call from the shipping manager who reminded me of my balance owed (which I had discussed with Sal prior to him and his team leaving).  I was given an estimated arrival of Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.  When I hadn't received any further information about my delivery, I e-mailed Jay, who told me it would be delivered on Sunday (which was Mother's Day).  This, of course, completely ruined my previously scheduled holiday plans.  Then, two days later I received a call from the driver who told me my delivery would be on Saturday instead of Sunday.  Frustrated, I sent an e-mail to Jay about this.  Eleven days later, I still haven't gotten response.  The delivery crew (two guys this time) and a tractor trailer full of my belongings could barely handle my delivery.  In fact, if I had not moved approximately 80 boxes myself, my delivery would have taken all day instead of all morning. I literally could not understand a word the driver spoke, so this made communication extremely difficult.  A few glass items were broken, but nothing irreplaceable.  The one item that sustained major damage was one of my bookcases that the crew had wrapped in a moving blanket.  The back side of it was completely destroyed, having been "ripped" apart in the middle during transport.  If this how an "A" rated moving company operates, I would hate to work with one without this rating.  All in One Moving's tag line is "Exceeding Your Expectations." All in One Moving didn't even come close to meeting mine.  .

Move in NJ.

This move was pretty good.  James and his crew were excellent, worked hard and got the job done.  It rained, yet all items were dry.  They did show up a bit later than I anticipated (scheduled at 8am and arrived at 10:45am) which put the drive from one home to the next during rush hour and it extended the move at least an hour.  There was one piece I was disappointed with, had nothing to do with the crew, was the price of packing material.  When I described the amount I needed to move, I was told about $300 for packing material, turned out to be $1000.  A bit more than anticipated.  It wasn't like the crew was wasteful, they weren't, they were excellent, it was just more than estimated. During the unload, while loading stuff into my garage, one of the guys dropped a wooded chair.  Unbeknownst to me, it broke when it hit the ground.  I found it the next day.  Other than that, the move was very good. A big thank you to James, Igor, Justin and Miguel.  They were professional and did a good job.  I highly recommend James and his crew.      .

Move.

I found All In One in Saddle Brook, NJ by chance while surfing the internet. The move went perfectly.  Pat, the foreman, was awesome and extremely concientious.  His assistants, as well. When Pat saw that they would have to navigate quite a slippery slope to bring stuff into my walk-out basement, as it was rainy and there a considerable incline, he just went with the flow. I would recommend AIO, as I've heard horror stories and they were professional and provided excellent service.

Long-distance move from New York to California

I'm one happy customer!!

Very accomidating!! The crew was very helpful, funny & very polite. They explained everything very clearly and precise. The time they said that they would be here was exactly what we wanted. Not only was the price as quoted, but I was quite impressed by the office, forman & drivers. I always thought moving compaines were a scam, but not this company. I will absolutely recommend them to my friends, family and will definitely use them in the future. Thank you All in One Moving. Well Done!!

Long-distance move from New York to Illinois

Crooks.

I hired All in One (AIO) Moving for our move from halfway across the country and I had a good experience with the sales guy Jay. From there, it became a disaster. They charged for moving pads which were supposed to be included, arrived 3 hours late, original quote did not include tolls, so the total was was different than original quote, then the large men pressured us to give them 25% tip "or else". Then he made me fill out a customer satisfaction survey and what to write as he stood over me, I couldn't be honest on it! During delivery I had pre-paid for an extra flight of stairs $75 (one flight free) and when they showed up they said $150 extra for stairs and the first flight free included the 2 stairs going into the home. Said they would not open or unload the truck until we paid. I paid then called the manager Warren or Owen (heavy accent) and he said he'd send me a check, which I have NOT received. It's been 2 weeks. Finally, we were missing a box which happened to have about $400 worth of change. I guess we shouldn't have packed it, but we were running out of time. But still, these guys are crooks and I'd like everyone to be warned.
