I never ever rite these things, but I found it absoluteley necessary to share with the people on the line about the way Alex and the helpful, considerate, and reliable employees at agility van lines handled my cross country move. Alex took the time to give my wife and I all the information, actually he gave us the truth, which we were able to verify on numerous websites. On the day of the move the driver and his 2 crew members were able to save us money by loading the truck from wall to wall. (it did actually look like tetris the way they loaded the truck). The whole move went smooth and I am so impressed with the professionalism. When all was said and done I spoke with Tinka about the final bill and she was so pleasant and so patient with my wife and I. Thank you times a million to Alex, Austin, the crew, and of course Tinka. I highly recommend Agility Van Lines to everyone.

Moving has been the most stressful time for me and my family. I was scammed by another moving company and then after a family friend referred me to Agility I was extremely skeptical but glad Danny was able to help us out and be very patient with me while quoting me. I had extra boxes from my original quote I was not expecting to have and they charged me a little extra for those at pick up time which I was expecting. But overall I am very much satisfied with the service.

If I could offer this company a 0 I would! They are horrible and a big group of liars. I gave them a deposit was the promise of being able to receive a FULL refund on that deposit if I called by the next day due to the short and last minute nature of my move. I just needed to figure out a few more things before completely committing to the move. Danny assured me that I would be able to receive a FULL refund as long as a cancelled by the next day, which I did. I have now been going back and forth with the company through BBB.com for close to a month now with no resolution. Everyone I hope you do better research on a company before trusting them with your worldly possessions, unfortunately I did not and I am left in debt and still disputing it.

From California to Florida – not a short distance. Agility van lines made my day happy with amazing move. I feel very proud to be a continuous customer of this company. I hired them for an interstate move to my new place. I knew their price was always competitive. They never hide any secret. Everything is done in planned way. Never found discrepancies in packing or unloading service. Delivery is on time as usual with no missing or damaged stuffs. Movers are always in great manner. I really love the company and will be with them any time. It is the most reputed company so far I guess. If you call in try to get Danny, he gave me a great deal. Don't waste your time call them up!!

These guys are awesome. I've moved a few times in my life this was by far the best experience. We were picked up and delivered within just a few days, no damage and the movers were super professional. It was obvious these guys were trained. Jean the driver was absolutely a gentlemen from start to finish.
The representative I dealt with over the phone was Michael. Very knowledgable and patient with me. I would reccomend this company to anyone, in fact I've already recommended them to a friend. Thanks Agility!

I scheduled these guys for my move from Virginia to Florida to start a new job.Pick up on Dec.4th. First they arrived 3 hours late from the time the driver told me he was coming. Took them 4 hours to load the truck, they took breaks and from past moving experiences..pack the truck sloppily. Schedule 1st delivery date was Dec. 11th. Since I would be in training in a different city, asked them to deliver on the 23rd. Driver said no problem. Called on the 18th of Dec. to confirm delivery date. Was told by the driver it was still a go and that my items would be delivered early that morning because he might have another job to do that day. On the 23rd at 11:30, still had not heard from the movers. Call to the driver who told me that he was off and that I would need to call the company who was scheduled to deliver my items. He texted me the number. I called and was told, 'now that I am ready to have my items delivered, it would be 3 days,' to which I told them no it's not a 'now that I am ready'. I was ready and now you are giving me the run around. Was placed on hold and finally told that the driver who was scheduled to deliver my items was running late on another job. Still would be 3 days.Agility not helpful in this either, said there is nothing they can do. Calls to office on 28th- same run around..on hold 5 different times, left 3 messages no call back. Finally spoke to Jenny who told me it would be another 3 days. Requested a credit and how I was not happy with the service. Was told they have 21 days to deliver my items and they are still within the delivery window. That since I am not willing to listen she would note the account my displeasure. Call received from Agility CS from Oyinka who said my items would be delivered on Jan 1st at 1pm. It is 6:36pm on Jan. 1st..I still do not have my furniture! Calls to office go unanswered. I am really upset with them and in order to get any type of credit I have to file a claim- AFTER I get my items. Ripoff company! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Living in a house with no furniture!

I just moved from IL to FL. Prior to chosing a company I received multiple quotes and most companies hounded ne for days. I ended up chosing agility because a reasonable price and they didn't push me for my business. Im so happy of my decision. They moved my 3 bedroom house without one scratch. Im very pleased with all aspects of the service. From the drivers to the helpers everyone was super professional. Michael the sales person was instrumental in putting everything together. I would highly reccomend this organization.

Recommend to all considering using this company for moving your household furniture, have them first and foremost get them to inspect what is to be moved, and get a FIRM quote for that amount.
We were asked as a homeowner the number of rooms in our current household, the estimated number of boxes we expected, specifics such as how many beds, dressers, etc.
We were quoted a price, movers show up commence loading after 4 hours, team leader advises me that they do not have enough capacity in the truck to take all our furniture, that they will have to come back at a future date to pick up the balance.
Truck leaves on Friday to deliver its partial load on Tuesday at our new home. Monday I receive a call from the company to advise me that they delivered our goods to a storage building on Sunday located approximately 50 miles from the designated delivery point,(response was they needed the truck) and if I wanted to know its exact location, I was to send them a wire for an additional $2700 after they received the wire they would advise me of the location of our furniture and mail me the key to the storage facility. P.S. the balance of the furniture left at our other location was never picked up nor was I contacted by the company to arrange for the pick up.

The sales rep Michael was very informative and answered all of the questions I had (trust me I had a lot of questions). The customer service department helped tremendously when I had to change the pick up date and time.The price was very similar to other companies I contacted and most important of all my items were kept safe and fortunately I didn't find any damaged goods. I will definitely recommend their service to any relative or friend.

From the very first email I received I felt like this company was going to be different than the rest. Then there was the first phone call I had with the most helpful and honest person I've ever dealt with in the moving industry. I have moved 12 times in 8 years and Alex gave me time and truth, something that I'm not used to getting from a moving company. I was stressed out as usual but the entire team made me feel like family and seemed to make the pain disappear. On move day the movers were so so so friendly, helpful, and HARDWORKING. These guys busted their humps to get me moved in a short amount of time due to the demands of a new job. I ended up having more stuff than I planned on (thanks to my wife not willing to consolidate). When it came time to go over the final bill the dispatch manager Tinka was so polite, caring, helpful and went above and beyond to assist me to get the move discounted. Thank you to the entire team, you all were great and I highly recommend Agility Van Lines to everyone!!

I am so satisfied with how my move went. I moved from south carolina to florida last week, any I didn't have any problems. I could not believe the other reviews I read from people who said they had a bad experience, because mine was great! Hiring a company to move all of your belongings is a big decision, so I really did my research. I read reviews before going with agility, and of course there were a few negative ones, but for this company, the good outweighed the bad, and I know people rarely write anything if they had a good experience. When I hired them, I called them almost everyday with questions, and someone was always there to help me. I'm sure they probably got tired of me calling. :) I worked with Alex the most. He called me several times just to update me on how everything was going! Two days before my move, he told me the movers would be there between 2-5pm. They got there around 3, which almost never happens. Any the cable company comes to fix my cable they are ALWAYS late! And they delivered all of my stuff (in perfect condition) a few days later around the same time, which is when Alex told me they would be there. Initially, I was going to just rent a u-hual because all the moving companies' prices were too much for me. But I'm so glad I kept looking and found these guys, because I could actually afford their price, and they included everything! A+ guys! Thank you all so much!

I hired Agilty Van Lines for my move from Parkland. FL. to New Milford, NJ. on May 15, 2016
Due to the nature of my job I have to relocate around every 4 years. Moving has always been a stress full, frustrating and disappointing experience.
Not so this time, Agility Van Lines actually kept every promise they made to my wife and I.
My furniture was picked up punctually on May 15. The guys that showed up were cordial, knowledgeable and well presented.. Their good attitude actually brought our guard down and made us relax.
We were given a 9 day delivery date but they actually delivered one day earlier on May 23. Everything was delivered in perfect condition albeit (as my wife sadly said "the guys weren't as good looking" as the ones who picked it up in Fl), the new guys took extra time to place everything where my wife wanted it.
Thanks Agility Van Lines for making our transaction a smooth one.. First time in many years that I can without a doubt recommend a moving company.

I used Agility Van Lines Recently to move furniture from a one-bedroom apartment in Washington, DC to a loft in Denver, CO. I really appreciated the professionalism, precision and customer attention of the company. From understanding my needs, to planning the move, organizing the pick-up in a temporary storage, transporting the household and unloading them in Denver, all was organized and executed with the utmost diligence. The company delivered fully on its timetable while keeping cost affordable. The quotes, invoicing and payment processing were also executed over the phone and electronically, so that I had minimum interaction. I really had a pleasant experience with Agility and will recommend it to anyone organizing an intersate move.

At first I was contacted by a few companies and the first one that not only seemed genuine, but had the evidence and website to follow suit. I work with computers for a living and finally got my dream job in Atlanta. When I compared facts and webpages the one that stood out from the rest was Agility Van Line. Alex worked with all my obsessive needs and was very patient. I also dealt with John who too was very polite. The 3 men that moved us were amazing. No stress or hidden fees were added by Agility. I hadn't moved in 15 years and this was a major move for me. Agility Van Lines did a fantastic job beginning to end. All of my items (which I had approx. 180 items - mostly boxes) was inventoried and accounted for. The furniture was well wrapped with blankets. All of my items made it safe & sound and not 1 was damaged or marked. Very impressed. I also was pleased with the timeframe for delivery, faster service then other offers. Also, the teamwork and conscientious care from Alfred & Ken was great. Very thorough! I am very happy with my move and this company. From the beginning conversation with John, I was hooked on his great customer service and Somers terrific communication and follow up. I always felt I was in great hands.

By far the best movers I've ever hired, the price was right and the movers were all very nice and took care of my things with a lot of care. I will for sure hire them again 10/10 best movers I've ever hired. More than satisfied! My aunt is also moving and she will be using agility van lines. John the sales representative was more than Beyond helpful answering our questions and concerns. I know moving is stressful and they made it easy, if you pack right things will be nice and safe, as john the sales representative told me it's a team work from our side and their side.
