AAA Moving Group

AAA Moving Group were the best ever. They were actually a pleasure to talk to when they came to get my items as well as the phone conversations that I had. Harold David and Mark were my favorite. Not only were they hard-working but they were also focused and hilarious. I laughed the entire time while they were moving my items. It really prompted me to go out of my way to recommend this company. Everything else went great but I just wanted to point out the things that made this company stand out from many others that I had come in contact with.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2600

I moved from NYC to Deerfield, FL. I signed a BINDING contact with AAA moving group, LLC over the phone and internet to move my furniture & other stuff. All documents were signed online. They told me they are family own business. I signed the contact on 07/20/2020 & they supposed to pick up on 07/22/20 (kept a reserved day on 07/23/20). But they didn’t arrived on those two days. They came on 07/24/20 while I was at work. The primary estimate was 351 cubic feet & total cost was $ 1700.81. The final estimate was 483 cubic feet (3381 lbs.), which costs $2490.01. Before final estimate, I gave them actual measurement of all my stuff & they converted it to cubic feet. Beginning of the contact, they told me the price wouldn’t go much higher than initial estimate. After final estimate, I took some items out. And it became 427 cubic feet, cost $ 1400. I call them & they told me that it isn’t a problem- their drivers will take care of it. When their drivers came during the day after reserved day my wife was at home. I had work at that day. They told me that it isn’t a problem- as long as an adult is at home, everything should be fine. But after picking up our stuff on their truck, they told my wife it is 640 cubic feet & total cost is $ 3546. We had no idea how initial 351 Cu Ft (& final 427 cu ft.) became 640 cubic feet. It is actually double than initial estimate. As per BINDING contact, the price shouldn’t be double. As we have a 3 years old kid, we wanted our stuff on August 02, 2020. We arrived in Florida on August 01. But they didn’t deliver our stuff until September 02. We slept on floor for month & half. They scheduled about 15times to deliver, but never showed up. The AAA group keep telling me that it is no long on their control. It is up to Moving Solutions Van Lines Inc. They subcontracted our stuff to Moving Solutions without our consent. Finally, Moving solution delivered our stuff on Sep 02, 2020. I asked both of them to adjust the price as it was overcharged. They told me they wouldn’t deliver it if I don’t pay full amount & I have to make another appointment to get it with additional $500. Really BAD experience. NOT RECOMMENDED!

My move with AAA Moving Group started great. The movers seemed knowledgeable and competent to get the job done in an efficient and professional manner. They handled all my belongings with the utmost care. The reason why I hired movers was that I had a lot of fragile and delicate items and I was very happy that all of them survived the move. My household belongings were taken care of and transported safely. Although my move was complicated they were very positive and polite. Without a doubt, I will be contacting them again for my next household move. Can’t wait to tell other people how amazing my experience with them was.

AAA Moving Group team was outstanding. They were more efficient than I even expected and completed everything in an efficient and professional manner.

Everything was quick and super easy with them.

My items were properly taken care of, nothing went wrong. Considering the workload, they charged me a fair and honest price. I also contacted other moving companies and requested several quotes, but only AAA Moving Group seemed appropriate for the job. And in fact, they were up to the task. I can say that they’ve deserved my trust and respect. Without a doubt, I will be contacting them again for my next household move.

We used AAA Moving Group on 1/21/21 and they were fantastic! The crew was quick and all furniture, wall, doors were very well protected. I even forgot the eggs in the fridge and not one egg was broken when they put the fridge in the new house! We are completely unpacked and not one thing is broken, scratched, or damaged. We will definitely use this company again. Thank you so much! This company is not like any of the other companies I researched when finding a mover.

DO NOT USE!! This company fails to tell you they are a broker. They hired a moving carrier for our move that had their license revoked before they picked up our goods. It’s been 105 days and still have not received my entire 3 bedroom household belongings. Channel 3 aired my story. Do not use - they won’t answer their phones/ the owner Kaitlyn says she will call back and doesn’t. AAA will not help us get this carrier they hired for our move to get us our things. 105 days still waiting and wondering where are things are. DO NOT HIRE!!!
