I’m so happy with the move AAA City Removalist did for our family. The guys were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They disassembled a difficult bed and put it back together at the other end in no time at all. Very impressed with their professionalism and how seamless the entire experience was. Thought it would be a stressful day and it actually was fine thanks to them. Highly recommend this company.

Wollongong to Blue Mountains move with AAA City Removalists

My move was supervised by Muhanad and Nouh in trucks 8 and 5. The six guys were very well organised and worked fast, efficiently and carefully….it was a big move with lots of heavy items but they had no difficulties and nothing was damaged. Always polite and professional, they constantly consulted and communicated with me. I am very happy with the service they provided….

Moving house

Neil and Frans helped me move my house. I loved the communication system that they followed, a day before moving I was contacted by AAA followed by Neil confirming the pick up time and they called half hour before arriving and did a great job in safely packing and moving my furniture.

I would highly recommend AAA removalists.

Very happy with professional service end to end

From initial quote through to the actual move we found Triple A to be very professional and service focused. We moved from Sydney to Nelson Bay with no problems whatsoever. Big shout out to Neil (truck 71) and team!!

Prompt and efficient moving

Office move

The two guys were punctual, extremely helpful and did an excellent job overall. If I have any concerns it’s about the quoting - it’s hard to estimate how long a job will take when items need to be wrapped etc so always allow an extra hour or two in your budget. My job took 5 hours not the quoted 3. But it went super well and I would recommend AAA.

Worse move of my life

The 3 men with truck 2 showed up, one couldn’t speak English at all. They worked extremely slowly as they were chatting between themselves sometimes standing and using their hands to emphasise the conversation. They damaged walls and chopped the front door and told us to use nail polish to fix it. They charged extras without discussing with us first. $3000 wasted, could have got 2 men and a truck to do it for half and without damaging anything.

Difficult move made easy

The team was well prepared to move from a difficult high level apartment , stairs , balconies , hazards they took in their stride and in the end we got everything to the new place in perfect order and all in a day. It was such a relief have such professionals handling everything .
