Move made easier - Truck 11 team

Ronnie and partner were early, and briefed on my move: majority of stuff to storage with rest going to the apartment of my fiancé. The guys did a great job and worked with me to fit everything into the storage space.Recommended plus at reasonable cost.

George & Andrew were very professional, on time and careful with my move.

From the outset they went through every detail of the removal and delivery of my belongings to make the day as easy as possible for me. These guys are so hard working and really know how to make the logistics of moving incredibly easy. It was a long day and ensured everything was attended to. I would recommend these two guys from AAA City Removalist they did a great job. Thanks, Joe

BE AWARE

Be very careful and read everything they send you. I got a quote originally for 4 hours 2 men at $1208.00. Detailed quote then added on extra steps if they park a certain distance ( their choice) any stairs you are charged per step, $748 EXTRA for Long Distance additional hours, Toll and fuel levy ( there was a fixed Travel cost as well which I assumed meant all travel costs are included). Total cost $2545.00. Extra hours were charged at a higher rate. Used lots of removalists but these costs were the worst. The actual guys doing the work could not be faulted. Pity about the management's greedy charges. Why give me the original quote when they knew it was long distance and then add all the extras???

Wonderful service. Great removalist!

I’m so happy with the move AAA City Removalist did for our family. The guys were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They disassembled a difficult bed and put it back together at the other end in no time at all. Very impressed with their professionalism and how seamless the entire experience was. Thought it would be a stressful day and it actually was fine thanks to them. Highly recommend this company.

Wollongong to Blue Mountains move with AAA City Removalists

My move was supervised by Muhanad and Nouh in trucks 8 and 5. The six guys were very well organised and worked fast, efficiently and carefully….it was a big move with lots of heavy items but they had no difficulties and nothing was damaged. Always polite and professional, they constantly consulted and communicated with me. I am very happy with the service they provided….

Huge move from Sydney to Coffs Harbour

Initial stuff up with attending the right address got me worried.

The move took 7.5 hours and of course the initial quote did increase. The 3 men worked non stop and did a great job manoeuvring our art deco building.

Items were delivered as agreed and intact the following day.

They unloaded in 5 hours so did receive a refund of 2 hours paid.

I would use them again for sure and would recommend anybody looking at a move.

Great service, excellent professional team of three with their complete set of tools including huge truck and all gear needed, we had absolute piece of mind, timely start and finish. Mohammad and his two young companions made this move a truly piece of cake experience for us! Thank you

Fats, efficient and friendly

Rami and Ghzawan of truck 15 are the best! They did the job in a quick and efficient manner. There was no fuzz in the job. Both of Rami and Ghzawan are very friendly. I have been moving feom house to house with different movers for almost 10 years and by far, they have been the best. Fast and efficient! I have zero regrets taking up AAA as my mover. Overall a very wonderful and pleasant experience! Would certainly go with AAA with Rami and Ghzawan the next time we move. They are highly recommended. You won't regret choosing them as your movers!

Interstate removal done on time and budget

I had a great experience with these guys, moving from Sydney to Brisbane. Done on time and on budget, all my furniture arrived in good state and the crew was really friendly. Would definitely recommend.
