Professional and quick

Niel and Miran were extremely helpful and efficient in the moving process. They made a stressful move less stressful and were very kind. We had 2 sets of stairs and no real parking and they didn’t complain or make us feel like the job was too hard. Thank you so much would use them again

George & Andrew were very professional, on time and careful with my move.

From the outset they went through every detail of the removal and delivery of my belongings to make the day as easy as possible for me. These guys are so hard working and really know how to make the logistics of moving incredibly easy. It was a long day and ensured everything was attended to. Poor customer service and damage furniture

I highly recommend u to avoid this removalist, as they don't admit they destroyed my brand-new bunk bed, which has cost me 3000, and after I been waiting for long time, they sent me few photos before Dismantling not even relevant and inform me that matter closed. The pics even clearly proved no damage before the moving.

Unacceptable at all. I paid more than market price and get such a poor service. I did quote this company is most expensive and I choosed to trust them and espect a better service. However look what we got .

Do not choose them .clearly those damage are after installation. No excuses accept.

Wollongong to Blue Mountains move with AAA City Removalists

My move was supervised by Muhanad and Nouh in trucks 8 and 5. The six guys were very well organised and worked fast, efficiently and carefully….it was a big move with lots of heavy items but they had no difficulties and nothing was damaged. Always polite and professional, they constantly consulted and communicated with me. I am very happy with the service they provided….

Huge move from Sydney to Coffs Harbour

Initial stuff up with attending the right address got me worried.

The move took 7.5 hours and of course the initial quote did increase. The 3 men worked non stop and did a great job manoeuvring our art deco building.

Items were delivered as agreed and intact the following day.

They unloaded in 5 hours so did receive a refund of 2 hours paid.

I would use them again for sure and would recommend anybody looking at a move.

Fats, efficient and friendly

Rami and Ghzawan of truck 15 are the best! They did the job in a quick and efficient manner. There was no fuzz in the job. Both of Rami and Ghzawan are very friendly. I have been moving feom house to house with different movers for almost 10 years and by far, they have been the best. Fast and efficient! I have zero regrets taking up AAA as my mover. Overall a very wonderful and pleasant experience! Would certainly go with AAA with Rami and Ghzawan the next time we move. They are highly recommended. You won't regret choosing them as your movers!

Excellent Professional and Safe

Danny and Michael on Truck 57 were just fantastic! Careful on time great communication and transported our precious items across three NSW locations starting in Surry Hills. Parking is very difficult in the city and during rain but they handled it perfectly

Relocation of furniture

I have used AAA City Removals for the second time. I am very impressed with the guys who relocated my furniture to 2 different locations. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was wrapped properly and no piece was damaged. I will be using AAA again without doubt. Thank you again.

On time and friendly

Was not able to fit all my furniture into their largest truck and had to leave the furniture behind in a rental property that needed to be picked up and taken to tge tip at extra cost to me.

Worse move of my life

The 3 men with truck 2 showed up, one couldn’t speak English at all. They worked extremely slowly as they were chatting between themselves sometimes standing and using their hands to emphasise the conversation. They damaged walls and chopped the front door and told us to use nail polish to fix it. They charged extras without discussing with us first. $3000 wasted, could have got 2 men and a truck to do it for half and without damaging anything.

COULDNT BE HAPPIER

I now understand why they are called Triple A removalists as the Triple A stands for Triple "Awesome". I was so lucky to get two incredibly hard working and helpful removalists, it was quite a mammoth and stressful day but nothing was too much trouble and they helped me every step of the way and worked tirelessly for 9 hours without a single complaint. I was so overwhelmed and stressed and I would have been lost without their help. Thank you Neil and I'm sorry I don't know the name of your colleague but a big thank you to him also. I am truly grateful and have been singing your praises to everyone. I will be sure to only use AAA REMOVALISTS

Moving out

I recently used AAA removalist and couldnt be happier with their service ,they were professional, friendly and clearly experienced,they managed to get everything done In a timely manner , they handled everything with great attention , even though it was a hot day they remined positive and hard-working

The were also a diferent company moving in tennants and AAA stood out , they looked professional and the truck was well presented and they had all the equipment that was needed AAA also cominicated in English which was refreshing ..I would defenetly recommend To anyone who needs a reliable moving company.

Speedy and accurate

Amazingly smooth experience with these guys. It’s has been my fastest and most positive experience moving houses.

I was moving from 3 bedroom townhouse with 2 flights of stairs and outdoor area to a 2 bedroom unit. From 7am start we were done by 2pm with 2 people and one large truck in +30 degrees C weather. They took just a short 10 min lunch break and never stopped for chatting or smoking like most companies do. Wrapped delicate furniture before moving, carefully moved around corners. Would definitely use them again!

Efficient, Reliable, and Handled with Care

Efficient, reliable, and handled everything with care! The two removalists did an excellent job from start to finish and made what is usually a stressful experience feel easy and well-organized. They arrived right on time, came prepared, and immediately got to work with a clear plan, which made the whole process run smoothly.

Throughout the move, they were quick and efficient without ever being careless. All of my belongings were handled with genuine care and attention, including heavier and more awkward items, which they managed safely and without any issues. Nothing was damaged, and everything was placed exactly where I needed it.

What really stood out was their professionalism and positive attitude. They were friendly, respectful, and communicated clearly the entire time, which made me feel confident that everything was in good hands. They also stayed calm and focused, even during the more challenging parts of the move.

It’s clear they take pride in their work and aim to provide a high level of service. I truly appreciate the effort they put in to make the move as smooth as possible.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking, and careful removalists. Thanks again for such a great experience!

Friendly, caring and hardworking.

Thank you to the Fahid team of 3 super strong power men, who endured 10 hours of packing, shifting and heavyweight handling of my cluttered house move.

It was last minute booking, and I was in a rush and needed help. Fahid and his team were fabulous, at helping me pack ( 3/4) of my house, as I was so unprepared.

It was a hard job, but they powered on through professionally, and kept me informed along the way of their progress.

They were very careful with handling every item and positioned them were required .

One small wooden item cracked in the truck during transit, but nothing serious. They were open and honest about the situation, apologised , but I do not consider it to be fussed about. The item was cheap, so it’s no bother to me.

I have used AAA city removals at least 6 times over the years, and wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Moving house

Neil and Frans helped me move my house. I loved the communication system that they followed, a day before moving I was contacted by AAA followed by Neil confirming the pick up time and they called half hour before arriving and did a great job in safely packing and moving my furniture.

I would highly recommend AAA removalists.

Prompt and efficient moving

With Time place and moving locations agreed too. I can say that the move went very smoothly. The AAA team prepared the move by checking Google maps and plotted out the job for the lads to help with moving. They arrived on Time with a truck right for the job, the loading went smoothly, with the most important items wrapped and protected. Unloading was a breeze. So I have no complaints and can highly recommend AAA to my friends for there next Move! Well done lads thanks for making moving day less stressful!
