Arthur on truck 22 excellent service.

I used Arthur and Martin on truck 22 for a complicated move involving many old and valuable pieces, and a subsequent site cleanup. Their work was outstanding, as was the care they took in loading, packing and unloading. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks guys - love your work!

Punctual, professional and efficient.

Truck 71, Nihad and his team were excellent. They were punctual, professional and very efficient. Despite working almost 12 hours on our job they didn't loose steam. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to carry out all our requests no matter how big or small. I would highly recommend AAA City Removals to my friends and family.

Don’t waste your time or money

Almost 1,500.00 to move a one bedroom apartment. Took 3 of their guys over 8 hours. We moved 23km away from a 3rd floor apartment with a lift to a 3rd floor apartment. Total joke.

We sincerely apologise if the service did not met your expectations. Due to LGA lockdowns, most professional removalists were in lockdown areas and not permitted to work. AVOID AT ALL COST

This company is an absolute SCAM. They have done nothing but lie and demand thousands more for the job than was originally quoted because of their ineptitude. Took ages to do the job, an inventory list was provided yet they claim to have never seen one, despite us having email correspondence with them to confirm it. They damaged furniture, property and worst of all, conned a poor elderly woman into believing they were going to look after her and her belongings. When we spoke to David, he kept telling us he was a God fearing man. Well he should fear God, because he knows exactly what David and his men have done. DO NOT USE! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

The removalist were fast and efficient I couldn’t be any happy with this company from my quote the sales agent in the office did an amazing job and listen tomy concerns and did everything in there power to exceed my expectations as a customer. When the Removalist arrived they communicated to me throughout the whole process to keep me at ease. 100% recommend.

Nightmare move followed by threats

Posting this review late because of safety concerns.

After complaining and leaving reviews, the phone call I received instead of an apology started with "I know who you are, I know where you studied, I know what you do" and was then threatened with a defamation lawsuit for a negative review.

The movers scratched walls and floorboards and a bubble-wrapped mirror frame. When installing a dryer, they tried to bang and smash it into place instead of lifting it as instructed, which bent one of the dryer's legs.

When we let the company know of the damage, the removalists threatened to leave with our belongings in the truck and handed us the phone to lie to their supervisor that there was no damage.

After they left we complained once again, but never heard back. I only heard back once I left multiple reviews, which ended with the phone call mentioned above as well as a discussion involving threats of legal action and telling me they had researched me personally. When that didn't work, offered to have a talk with the removalists on the condition that the reviews are removed. In their last communication to me, they offered us $250 on the condition that they don't admit any fault and we can't share our experience and leave any reviews.

It feels like intimidation and bribery is their way to skew online reviews as some reviews mentioned similar thing happened to them.

A 2-bed (no sofa or dining furniture) move 6mins away took them 9 hours (paid $1568). We moved many times across Sydney and this is by far the longest move we had. We recently moved with more furniture and an hour away with the move taking under 6. They didn't connect appliances or assembled furniture and we had the dining set and sofa delivered to new address, so it was very light for 2-bed apartment. Our original quote was $588.

The bubble wrap insurance was voided because the removalists had left without unwrapping and checking the wrapped furniture. Very incompetent.

Please read the reviews carefully before you book, be cautious, get a support person who can help you if things go south and carefully record everything because you might need it. Also, don't forget to read your contract and be aware of the extra fees.

BE AWARE

Be very careful and read everything they send you. I got a quote originally for 4 hours 2 men at $1208.00. Detailed quote then added on extra steps if they park a certain distance ( their choice) any stairs you are charged per step, $748 EXTRA for Long Distance additional hours, Toll and fuel levy ( there was a fixed Travel cost as well which I assumed meant all travel costs are included). Total cost $2545.00. Extra hours were charged at a higher rate. Used lots of removalists but these costs were the worst. The actual guys doing the work could not be faulted. Pity about the management's greedy charges. Why give me the original quote when they knew it was long distance and then add all the extras???

Excellent Professional and Safe

Danny and Michael on Truck 57 were just fantastic! Careful on time great communication and transported our precious items across three NSW locations starting in Surry Hills. Parking is very difficult in the city and during rain but they handled it perfectly

Relocation of furniture

I have used AAA City Removals for the second time. I am very impressed with the guys who relocated my furniture to 2 different locations. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was wrapped properly and no piece was damaged. I will be using AAA again without doubt. Thank you again.

On time and friendly

Was not able to fit all my furniture into their largest truck and had to leave the furniture behind in a rental property that needed to be picked up and taken to tge tip at extra cost to me.

So quick and efficient!

We moved from Syd to melbourne on a backload, shared with other movers. The guys were super quick and efficient! They didn’t waste any time and there was no damage. We will definitely be using them again in the near future and recommending them.

Overcharging

This company overcharged my friend more than double the original quote. They also broek furniture and refused to compenate her for it. They then refused to discuss teh issues unless my friend took down their negative review. This removalist is shonky, avoid!
