495 Movers

My experience with 495 Movers was extraordinary from beginning to end. I moved twice in one year! The first moving team was very professional and courteous. My belongings were moved to their (495) storage facility, which was very clean, temperature controlled. Amazing!

6 months later another moving team was assigned to move my belongings to my new residence. For both moves I dealt with Dean. He was very upfront and transparent about the costs and told me I could stop by the next day to pick up packing materials (which there are no additional costs — all included!). I went several times to pick up moving boxes, wrapping paper, tape etc. On the second move I had Milton Contreras (Foreman) and his helpers Omar and Randolph. What a great team!! Very professional, they were AMAZING!!!I loved working with them. They were kind, funny, thorough and had an amazing attitude. I would recommend 495 movers to anyone and highly recommend Milton and crew. Thanks everyone!!!

The beginning to end was well organized by Dean. Milton and his men did a great job packing most things. The younger men that didn’t speak English didn’t understand me when I told them not to pack certain items. Unfortunately they packed things that had to be returned to buyer. Also Comcast boxes were packed away. This will cause a fee if I don’t get them returned. Fortunately when I got here we found the large Comcast receiver to return.

My tip to management would be to give employees a class on communication with their clients to completely understand their instructions.

Everything else went well as planned, they were very friendly and courteous.They arrived right on time. Boxes, paper packing and tape included free. I would highly recommend them to my friends or anyone asking for referral.

This was my third state to state and hands down my BEST one due to 495 Movers. The ENTIRE went smoothly from start to finish. Starting with Josh who was a pleasure to work with. He was straightforward with everything and truly focused on making my move as easy as possible. The price he quoted me was exactly the same the day of the move. Compared to other movers it was way more reasonable. Plus 495 Movers gives unlimited packing boxes and paper (you pick up at there warehouse) which was another big savings.

One of the biggest help was them packing my entire kitchen which was going to be a lot of me due to the short time frame of needing to move. Unfortunately, I don't recall the gentleman's name but he did a PHENOMENAL job packing my kitchen especially my delicate items that's been in the family for years.

The day of the move, to my pleasant surprise, five men showed up. Josh certainly sent his A team cause Walter, Edwin, Efri, Cesar, and Edwin (there's was two of them) came ready to work and worked hard non stop until the move was done and they finished couple hours ahead of schedule. They were true professionals and EVERYONE handled ALL my items with care. They also packed the 26ft truck well. They were several items I was suppose to pack myself but circumstances didn't allow me to have it done before the move. I was going to do it while they were moving.They told me don't worry about it. They packed and got it on the truck.

Victor and David arrived promptly at 8 a.m. with a friendly greeting and smile there face the scheduled day for unloading. Both unloaded the truck putting all my items exactly where they belong and made sure I was satisfied. My fridge was too big to get through the doorway. Josh and Victor didn't stop trying to figure out a way until they got it inside. They had to disassemble all the doors and put it back together. They never complained or acted as if it was a bother. Even with this challenge and assembling my other furniture Josh and Victor also finished ahead of schedule.

All the guys are AMAZING!!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I HIGHLY recommend 495 movers for all your moving and/or packing needs. I can't say enough about them.

Truth be told I so wish they were in my new state as I need them again when I move into my permanent home. I'm still trying to figure how I can possible give

Setting this up was easy; Jacob was very informative and answered all my questions. I appreciated his calling me the day before the move to confirm.

The movers did a great job. The were quick and efficient, and made sure to protect my stuff. The only issue is that they arrived an hour later than I expected. They did call me after they were 20 minutes late. But considering their great work with my move, I can easily overlook the tardiness.

I highly recommend 495 movers to anyone who wants a reasonably-priced, professional and low-stress move. I will definitely use them in my future relocations.

We recently used 495 movers for our move from Rockville  MD to Teneck New Jersy. Jacob, the General Manager who helped us with our moving reservation, was very courtious and professional and gave us the confidance to choose 495 movers over a few other reputable moving companies in our area. The team arrived at our doorfront on time with all the neccessary matiriales as promissed, they covered our furnitures and protected our fragile items in the most respectfull manner. Even though the trip out there was not easy, as we have discided to move on a Friday when trafic was heavy, they managed to finish their work as esstimated. I was very setisfied and I would highly recommened 495 Movers for any body who is looking for quality long distance moving services. Thank you so much for going beyond our expectations. JP.

I was so stressed about the move and I was so happy to find this company. The costumer service guided me through the process and reassured me that they include everything in the price. After reading so many horror stories about the moving industry, that was a huge relief. Then on the day of the move, they came on time and they were great. The men were super quick and handled my things with great respect. Before I even knew it the move was done. They even bit the estimate by half an hour. I truly recommend to use their services if you need to move. They sure made my move look easy and the experiences was far less stressful than what you imagine.

I found 495Movers on another review site and am very glad that I used them.  I moved across several states in the northeast and they were punctual, very professional and overall great to work with.  They made sure that my furniture was wrapped & padded appropriately and taped boxes if they weren't packed to their safety standards by me.  I had no problems in the setup process, in the move when they picked up my stuff at 9am or when they delivered it at 3pm.  Tom was very reachable by phone and email and helped answer any of my questions very promptly.  I'm really glad that I used 495Movers!
