Great movers

I had to call them for a last-minute move yesterday, and I can’t say enough good things! I Was stressed but their responsive and genuine ways were helpful. Considering how quickly everything needed to happen, their price was totally worth it. I’d absolutely work with them again, highly recommend!

Best decision

While shopping online for a reliable moving company, I came across 3 Brothers. I needed to move out quickly, and they made it happen! With around 20 boxes, 2 beds, and a large sofa, they handled everything with care. I highly recommend them if you're looking for great value and quality movers!

Bait and switch

They take your money and then farm out the job to a very low rate mover. Once they take your money, they do not answer their phones. We are very displeased and have filed a complaint with the Florida AG.

This is a company you can trust. They are careful with your stuff and go above and beyond to ensure a smooth move. They gave me the best price and luckily the best service I have ever had include packing & unpacking. I have a lot of antiques and fragile items and everything went smooth. Thank you again. A job well done.

Never Recommend them.

We were communication with him. When I did not hear back from him, we called to see if he was scheduled to do our move today. He was extremely unprofessional and rude to my husband on the phone. To say the least based on our experience with him, we DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM!

Trashy company. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!

Do not hire! They have no clue how to handle your items. Did a lot of damage to the items and the house. After calling him he said “yea we didn’t do it, goodbye” and blocked my phone number. The bill was way higher than what I signed on the paper. Trashy company. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!

Never sign up with this company. They quoted a price 3 months before my move and then 5 days from my actual move they changed the price by $3,000. They blamed a representative that they had fired. That was not my problem and they could have cared less!

Thieves

Original quote was 8,000$. At the end of the day it came to 20,000$ to move a 1500sq foot townhouse from Denver to Spokane. Downright sinful. They don't reply to messages. They totally destroyed my retirement. I have filed a complaint with Florida Attorney General office. Hopefully they will close them down!

Total Nightmare…TotalB.S….Not a moving company…They are moving brokers

I just wanted to let you know that this move was complete joke. I want to say your come across as a genuine, honest and likable person. Which all may be true but with all the things we talked about which was mostly the price and it seems like I was scammed. Mr.Smooth Talker. First, On the detailed list of items that you sent was completely inaccurate. After the additional talks, we had updated the list and what we talked about wasn’t updated..Even with the additional items that we added you said Iwas still below the total sqft and would be good to go. Therefore, the movers showed up at my moms house and didn’t pack anything for over 3-4 hours (it seemed.I wasn’t looking at a watch) before they packed anything up because they had to go over all the items that were supposed to be moved. Since the list was not complete and or wrong . During that time I called your customer service and talked to Sarah, She was an awesome person to work with even with my pissed off demeanor. The whole thing was so upsetting and when the dust cleared I got a whole $75 off. And after 9 hours they were finally done packing up the truck. Which in my mind it should have taken 2-3 hours I’m guessing. There wasn’t that many items…maybe less than a 1 bedroom apartment . Wow…so when the movers were finally finished I Ended up leaving behind my moms living room furniture (was a sectional and a round loveseat and ottoman) that I wanted (For sentimental reasons). The movers said that the furniture was over 300 sqft by itself. The artwork which we talked about wasn’t on the list so we had to reduce that by over half to even fit in the truck. Because of the amount of room they had on the truck. Which was full when they got to my moms house. They had to remove another customers items out of the truck and they put it on the outside on the back of the truck wrapped in tarps and strap so they could fit outside. The movers said they drop off our items in a warehouse until they have enough items going north to us. Which means the chances of getting something broke increases significantly. You mentioned too that wasn’t the case and you said the whole process takes 5-7 days. Today is day 11 and they said it could be another day . I asked you multiple times about the price you gave me and promised that it would only change if it was over the 302 sqft. (recall my couch/loveseat/ottoman were 300 by itself) I was charged over $400 for packing materials and wrapping which was never talked about. We did talk about the $5.50 additional price per sqft. Which I thought was going to happen because I didn’t know what was all there. All in all I’m paying over $1000 more for the delivery of my Moms items that we agreed on and I don’t even get to take half of the furniture on the list back home. We also talked about the payments and I paid $500 via Venmo and the rest was Zelle. I got a call today saying I need cash or postal money order to get my things otherwise they were not going to deliver. The Actual movers said that you can’t believe what the brokers say. This whole process is a huge nightmare. When your dealing with a lose of a parent and the emotions that go along with that, you expect everyone to be on your side. I also had to sign multiple documents at my Moms that you need a lawyer to go over because half of the things pertain to the moving industry. It would have been nice to be notified how the process works and what was expected of me during the move so stuff like this doesn’t happen. I also know that this was a unusual situation with us being 1200 miles away and that’s why I was so adamant about the sqft and price when we talked many times. Couple more things…I can’t wait to see what was damaged tomorrow when the things get delivered and lastly, I don’t know how you guys call yourselves a moving company when you guys are just brokers.
