24/7 Logistic Services are the worst movers I have ever used. Initially spoke with Edward Elia who assured me he would be my point person for the whole move, but as soon as I'd signed the paper work, he became unreachable. I then had to negotiate with Elizabeth who at best was far from helpful and at worst was outright rude, at one point telling me to "calm down", when I asked if we were to expect any moving delays due to the evolving pandemic situation (April 2020).

They damaged so many of our belongings due to their poor packing. They packed wine glasses at the bottom of boxes of plates (no wonder they broke), completely destroyed my record player by not wrapping it at all, and threw my guitar into a box without its case.

On top of this, they failed to quote me accurately despite doing a video walk through with Edward, the price jumping by an additional $2k when they had packed our belongings.

I could go on and on about the miscommunications and the huge headache these movers were. I would highly recommend you use any other company over this one.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $7238

We were looking to move an entire house full of goods collected over 30 years of residence. I spent a lot of time searching and interviewing moving companies and did virtual walk-throughs with 3 of them. Selected 24/7 and they did great.

The packing crew arrived on time and worked for 4.5 hours to move and pack over 300 pieces; 1 flight up and one flight down. The volume was within 10% of the final estimate. They were courteous and professional and handled our goods with great care. We had them hold the goods for 6 days so we could start arranging the new house, 800 miles away.

Delivery was as professional as the original packing job. Another crew arrived on time, placed the items where directed (and moved them when we changed our mind). After 4 hours, we ended up with all our goods delivered with only one scratch on a second floor banister.

The communication throughout the process was timely, accurate and professional. The office staff, and on-site personnel were easy to deal with and treated us with respect and courtesy. I would recommend them for your move without any reservation.

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $4500

WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. Seth was our coordinator. He gave us his number and said it was direct to him if we had any questions/concerns. That was the company number and we were NEVER able to speak to him again after he quoted us the moving price and we signed the contract. He stated that the price included insurance from 24/7 Logisitics and it was $10,000 coverage. That was an outright lie. That insurance coverage was if the truck was completely destroyed with our contents in it. We found out this information after the fact. The day of the move, the mover had us very quickly sign a number of forms and one included signing that we WAIVE the Full Replacement level of protection.

Huge chunks were taken out of our TV cabinet, kg size footboard, sofa table (all Thomasville furniture). The end edge of our Thomasville dining room table looked like someone picked it up and dropped it into a graveled driveway. Just about every furniture item was deeply scratched or scrapped.

They paid 60 cents per pound which amounted to $182.00 TOTAL for everything they damaged.

I have never written a review in my life so this was a terrible experience.

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $7945

Buyer Beware of 24 7 Logistic Services! The amount of money you may be quoted for moving an x amount of items as stated in their "Binding Moving Estimate" is only an estimate. 2-3 days before pickup date you'll receive a call from another representative to go over the items to be shipped and 'ensure the inventory' is accurate.

For reasons unknown to me the exact same size of home and exact same number of items now required a higher amount of cubic feet in the truck, and obviously more money to ship. The original estimate (bogus) determined I was going to use 543 cubic feet. The second and final estimate determined I was moving 949 cubic feet. The initial estimate was for $3553, and the second estimate was for $5,849.

To refuse paying the extra money would've meant loosing my deposit. To be able to cancel and request a full refund needs to be done "10 or more days prior to the scheduled move". If services are cancelled less than 7 business days prior the scheduled move "the customer shall forfeit prepaid deposits". I'm quoting from their agreement papers.

The original estimate is only binding in your mind, not in theirs. They do not consider the figures final. "The BINDING estimate is based upon the specific items to be moved". That's in their Estimate Agreement, and apparently on the original calculation items had much smaller sizes. On the second calculation items grew in size and accordingly the space they'd occupy in a truck was going to be also larger.

In the end you pay what they want you to pay and if you refuse you loose deposit money and get nothing for it. 24/7 Logistic Services transactions are not transparent. The company is not to be trusted. In the end I paid whatever they they would charge me. To do otherwise would've meant forfeiting my $1600 deposit and then forking out even more money with another mover, and possibly incurring penalties with missed deadlines for other reservations.

The home moving business is thriving in the US. Thieves rule and customers pay.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5849

Wish i could give -100 stars. This company is extremely deceitful and baits people with low prices but holds your belongings hostage in the end. We moved from California to South Carolina and were told that they'd be "driving there with us" when we left. A month later, our stuff is still sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped meanwhile we're sleeping on the floor in our new home. The truck arrives finally and they say it's too large to park on the road so they throw in a $700 fee. Lo and behold a giant moving truck arrives. We're completely missing several priceless family photos, 2 entire book shelves, and several other miscellaneous items. Boxes labeled "FRAGILE" and completely smashed down halfway full of broken dishes. I watch as antique furniture is hastily thrown on its side causing is to crack wood. Some stuff brought into our home wasn't even ours. They had confused furniture and boxes with others that were moving because they had 3 families belongings on one truck. Some stuff wasn't labeled at all with our moving order and they had us going through things on the truck asking if it was ours. Imagine if we just said yes...

This company should be put out of business. They are criminals.

Why did I pay to have my stuff shipped but not get it or completely broken when delivered? I'm mostly upset about very personal and priceless things simply disappearing. I imagine they were delivered to another family and they're just as disappointed as I am. I want my money back. I should get a full refund for this. Anybody who's reading this and considering using this moving company should take a look at the Better Business Bureau site and see the complaints and horror stories about this company.

They will lie to you to get your business. I explained the whole situation to Edward the day before the move, that I needed my stuff to go with me the same day. They showed up on 9/25 with two huge trucks and told me MY STUFF WOULD BE PLACED IN STORAGE FOR A WEEK IN Los Angeles! Where I could get roaches, bed bugs, stolen merchanize, etc. etc. I immediately cancelled. They said they would return my deposit and did not. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Victoria C. Attorney at Law. I had to find another mover which took an extra day of me searching on-line but I did find someone HONEST who moved me THE SAME DAY TO PHOENIX!!!

Our experience with 24/7 Logistic Services was nothing short of a blessing.

I can’t believe anyone can have less than a 5-star experience with this company. Since the beginning of our move to FL, 24/7 has been informative, helpful, responsive, tentative, professional, and hardworking. Our representative was Charles and he was extremely knowledgeable. He informed us about EVERYTHING. He informed us of all the services available, took our inventory, and let us know about things to look out for. We felt extremely confident in 24/7 and our confidence was not misplaced.

The driver (John) and his team arrived in the window that we were promised and did a wonderful job wrapping and packing all of our furniture and boxes. They were very careful with our goods and John was very pleasant. My family stayed in a hotel while we waited for delivery. We called for an update and talked with Elizabeth and she let us know that they would call us as soon as they had an update. We got a call from Elizabeth a few days later letting us know that delivery will be the next day and that unfortunately we need a shuttle. We knew it was a possibility from Charles as we discussed it, so it was not a problem, just a bit more expensive.

The delivery (can’t remember name) and his crew were amazing as well. The unloaded our furniture with care and set up everything that was disassembled. The only hiccup we can think of was the shuttle, but we knew that it was a possibility.

Overall, 5 stars. A+. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who is moving. They are honest and worth the cost.
