I had a loss in my family back east during the holiday season and needed to get my vehicle across the country from NV to TN. I only had 3 days to secure a transport company before I took my flight. Honestly, I didn’t have much confidence since I had never done it before. Of course, once I put my request out there, I got tons of calls, texts and emails which was overwhelming!!

Luckily, I found Sonic Transport and after doing research on the company and reading reviews, I reached out to Erik Lange at Sonic Transport who patiently walked me through the process, found a driver, sent the electronic contracts and got my vehicle on a truck in 48 hours AND with a competitive price!! I was extremely pleased for a number of reasons: no one from Sonic Transport was pushy, nor did they spam me. Also, Erik Lange made me feel very confident that my vehicle was safe, before, during, and after my vehicle arrived at its destination. Not only did it arrive safely, but 2 days ahead of schedule!!

Joshua (the guy with the accent) who answers the phone is fantastic too! The truck transport driver was super cool, very nice and extremely professional too! My 4th time around using Sonic and their team and I’m still impressed with their dedication and above and beyond service . I had the pleasure of working with Allison this time around. She was always on point. Followed up and genuinely cared about my concerns. When life happens and things did get dicey and didn’t go as planned. She was empathetic and heard me and acted in my best interest. Even after her office hours. She always reached out to find out how things went or didn’t , as the case may be. She made sure I got what I needed. When she wasn’t available. I had the pleasure of working with Robert, who also helped make my transactions efficient and enjoyable. Thank you Team Sonic. For being there. I highly recommend Sonic . They live up to there name . FYI No one paid me to do this . The point being there are many different people all trying to work together for us the customer. Each of us with our own expectations. It’s not easy but working with Sonic things always work out well for me . So feel free to give them a chance.

In December, Sonic helped eliminate the concerns about transporting my car during my move from TX to GA. They were considerate, kind & professional. The cost was low and although I was nervous about how legit this process would be, they remained in contact and was available for any and all questions I had in a timely manner. The cost ended up being $200 more than the quote but it was still hundreds of dollars less than any other transportation broker I found! I would totally recommend them.
