Sonic auto transport

Great customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The driver picked up my car from a caliber collision center without me being present because I was stuck in another state. They deliver my car in a public place, and left the keys in the gas tank because I couldn’t get off work. They took pictures and send everything to me, everything was done on time, great communication. I cannot say enough good things about this company, they really went above and beyond to help me and to make it a lot easier. This worth as stress-free and affordable as you can get.

I used Sonic Transportation to transport my 2004 F-150 and frankly, it was the first time I needed this service. When you put your name out there, you get an avalanche of texts, emails and phone calls. I initially chose Sonic based on price, not the lowest but about in the middle. I can't recommend Sonic Transportation enough! My representative, Christian, bent over backwards and worked overtime to get my vehicle back safely. Christian was in contact regularly during the process and was very responsive to my requests. Thank you Christian and Sonic Transportation!

Overall, Sonic transportation met our vehicle shipping needs from Brunswick, GA to Alexandria, LA. Initial price was quoted at 660.00 dollars and the final price ended up being 800.00. I would like to thank Bianca for her customer service and support. She worked very hard to ensure my vehicle was delivered safely and followed up with me via text to confirm delivery. The only issue I had was dealing with the contracted driver with Greenway LLC. The driver did not speak English and actually delivered the truck to the wrong hotel. Luckily, I called the owner and he was able to communicate with the driver of the correct location. I would encourage Sonic Transportation to seek out drivers who are at least bilingual. It could have been a larger issue, but thankfully I was able to receive my vehicle. Again, this not meant to be negative but just recommended room for improvement. Thank you again Bianca! You were so pleasant and courteous with me!

Driver Adilkhan did a great job! Driving over 700 miles He was very friendly and delivered the car safe and with a smile ? now I get to do the most important thing by getting to work on it!!
