Sonic auto transport

Having just bought a Miata in Mississippi and the need to move it to New Jersey became my newest quest. My first step was to Google on how to do it. I got bombarded with offers from all over the place with an amazing range of price quotes. I looked at all the offers , then started to narrow them down with research I did on everyone to see if they were legit. I picked Sonic Auto Transport and was assigned Judy Kats as my rep. She quickly verified the quote and prepared the contract. It took a day or two to locate a driver heading in my direction then I was given the driver's name and contact number. The only setback came when the driver ran out of time on his driver log and had to stop for the evening. We all agreed it was better to be safe. Three days later my Miata was delivered to my door safe and sound. Thank you, Judy.

I used Sonic to transfer a vehicle from Florida to Oregon. John Gardner was the representative I was dealing with. John was awesome! He talked with me from the initial set up all the way until my son received his car in Oregon. He was making sure I understood every step of the way. Even the driver who picked the vehicle up was awesome! This was actually my first time transporting a vehicle and I definitely would use the same EXACT guys again! Especially John Gardner. Great team work to all who was involved!

If I could give Judy Kats from Sonic a higher rating than an A+ I certainly would!

I signed my contract with Judy for a specific price and then when the time came for her to find a driver within my timeframe, fuel prices have risen and she was having a hard time finding a driver that would stay within my original quote.

She worked very, very hard for me and when she did finally find a driver that was within reason she discounted the extra charges that driver wanted so that my quote would remain the same!

Judy went above and beyond what she was required to do to make sure I was a 100% satisfied customer!

And I am!!!!

I recently moved from Arizona to Florida. I have never had to use a transportation company until now. From the beginning till the end, I had worked with a woman named (DANA CHAMBERS). She had given me the BEST customer service!! She was available ALL the time to either answer my questions or she got back to me within minutes even after work hours. Dana was ALWAYS on top of EVERYTHING!! She eased my mind and made the transition very easy for me. I REALLY APPRECIATE HER!!! I have a Mercedes so you know I was not only concerned but worried too that my car would get here to Florida with no damage,etc... IT DID! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!! I WOULD DEFINITELY GO THRU SONIC TRANSPORT AGAIN AND I ALSO TOLD MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT THEM!! THANKYOU DANA CHAMBERS!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE PERIOD!!! My experience with this company has been great. I wanted to ship my car from California to Florida and the service was amazing. The agent (Steve) was very nice and any time i called the number the same agent answered and explained the whole process. The drivers came to pick up the car, were super friendly and were updating me during the whole trip of where they were and even delivered it a day earlier than planned. They were flexible in receiving the money and they didn't demand cash like most companies. I used Zelle for the transaction which was convenient. I'd definitely use their services again.
