Sonic auto transport

First time utilizing vehicle transportation services. Purchased a new vehicle from a dealership in TX online that needed to be delivered to me in GA. Overwhelmed by the many car hauling businesses to select from I chose Sonic based on the reviews. I can say Sonic did not disappoint. Bianca, the rep with Sonic made the process easy and put my anxiousness at ease with great communication. Price quoted was reasonable. Bianca provided me the name, contact info, & MC # of the carrier the was scheduled. I was initially told the vehicle would be delivered in 2 days. My vehicle was delivered a day early by Mora’s Hauling LLC. I was currently working the day of delivery due to expecting the vehicle to be delivered the next day. Mora’s Hauling LLC was so kind to delivery my vehicle after I got off of work. Thank you broker and carrier for great service. I would highly recommend Sonic.

I am writing this review in behalf of Jay Goode at Sonic Transport who is my broker for this company. She has taken care of me on three occasions for the transport of my vehicle from Rochester New York to Bonita Springs Florida. On all occasions the vehicle is been picked up on time, delivered on time and without damage. Jay is always available for my needs and answers my request via text messages and emails 24/7. I will continue to use Jay for all my transport needs.

We used Sonic Auto Transport recently to ship our vehicle from Upstate New York to Phoenix, Arizona. This was our first time shopping a vehicle and from start to finish we knew we picked the best company to ship with. At first our contact was Sophie and Sophie was great to deal with. She gave us a reasonable quote and was very responsive. Then we were assigned Bianca when Sophie had an emergency. Bianca picked right up from where Sophie left off. She helped us find a driver even with the gas price increases and not being a popular route. Our first driver canceled on us because the cars weren’t ready from a dealership he was picking up from so Bianca had to find a replacement driver on short notice. We were worried that our vehicle wouldn’t make it to it’s destination in time but even with all the delays and extra issues our vehicle got there when we asked for it to arrive. Bianca kept checking in with me and made sure to answer any questions or concerns I had. I definitely recommend using Sonic Auto and hopefully you get a rep like Bianca and Sophie.

I was moving out of state in about 11 days so needed my car shipped by the end of 10. Thea Morris from Sonic was one of the many brokers that reached out to me the day I was searching and she gave me a very affordable price. To ease my suspicions, I did some reading on Sonic and they seemed to be reputable so I took the chance. I signed the contract and had a carrier (Green Light) assigned to me about 7 days later. They ended up taking my car 1 day earlier than expected but this was not an issue as it was WITHIN the timeframe I submitted to Thea to have my car picked up before my flight. The car took about 3 days to go across the country from the midwest (expected 5-7 days, also NOTE that this transport took place in early-April with no storms happening in the country). I was also able to have several pieces of luggage transported with my car, thus saving me in tons of overall moving costs. The car arrived in the same condition it was given with no items stolen. Overall, a very stream-lined, efficient process. I would recommend Thea and would absolutely work with her again if I had another major move. She really helped me save money. Thanks again!
