Both the dispatcher, Julia, and the driver, Zeff, were kind and polite and extremely respectful. Thank you for making this experience so easy. I contacted them on Friday and the car was picked up on Saturday. They delivered it two thirds of the way across the country in two days.

Scammers

This company told me they had someone to pick up my vehicle, but like other posters here the "driver" texted me he was in an accident and wouldn't be able to pick up the vehicle. They then started calling me demanding substantially more to ship the vehicle. Avoid this company, as they do not honor their commitments and seek to charge customers substantially more than the agreed-upon price.

Contracted Drivers Will Cancel

Olivia was the best. I had a last minute cancellation from one of the drivers who was going to ship my car. Olivia got right into finding me a replacement in a very short amount of time. The only thing I disliked was that the quote came out $500 higher than what I was originally quoted for a few weeks prior. The new driver she found delivered my car in 3 days, and it was a cross country delivery! Thank you so much.

Pride Car Shipping was fantastic to work with! Alice Terry got in touch with me with a quote and within just a few minutes she had a driver for me for the next day. The driver delivered my vehicle within less than 24 hours and I couldn't be happier. Honestly, I was a little nervous to have my car shipped because I wasn't sure if I would end up receiving it at the price that was agreed upon, but with Alice and Pride Shipping, I didn't need to worry. I loved how Alice explained the process and kept in touch with me via text throughout the entire shipment. The price was affordable and the people we worked with were professional and efficient.

1st Time Car Relocation

I had never had a car moved across country but when our Daughter decided it was time for a change of scenery, we just didn't feel safe allowing her to drive 3500 miles from WA to FL. I had no idea what to expect when I clicked on Pride Car Shipping but when Olivia Williams began explaining to me in detail what was to be expected I couldn't have been more relieved, it sounded so easy and it was. Olivia was very professional, informative and kept in contact with me daily on what progress she was having locating a Carrier for our car. We were also very pleased with the quote to move the car that distance, very reasonable for the amount of leg work Olivia had to do for us. When the carrier was booked, they picked up the car next day and delivered it 4 days later 3500 miles away. Service Satisfaction is an understatement. Fast Transport

Great service, needed transport from MD to TX with little notice. Pride Car Shipping responded quickly and at an affordable rate, spoke with Taylor White who set up pick up and delivery and followed up to see how it was going and if vehicle had been delivered. There was a delay and she contacted the carrier to see what was going on and when delivery would be. Again constant communication makes for a great experience. Would use again if needed.
