Excellent Rep at Pride Car Shipping

I was looking to ship my car a long distance. After speaking and reviewing roughly 8 different ccompanies,I found Olivia at Pride Car Shipping. She gave me a competitive price quote and I ended using her service to move the car. Price stayed the same and the move was great. There were couple times where the pick up got cancelled due to unforeseen reasons, Olivia was there to help to locate another driver after one day pickup delay. I am very happy to have found Olivia and the company she works for and will contact her or refer her servive to anyone.

Great Customer Service with Olivia

There was a little snafu with the original pickup the day of and Olivia was able to get a new driver for the next day. The price was more than the original quote (because it was so last minute), but when looking at other car shipping services, I was quoted around $800 to $1,000 more. Olivia was able to work some kind of magic to get the price way more reasonable.

Great customer service and delivery

We had a minivan and golf cart that needed to be sent from FL to NY. Olivia offered us a great price and followed that up with great service. And the cost was excellent considering no money was required up front to ‘hold a reservation’ as some companies demand.

Hurricane Ian disrupted our original plans but Oliva worked with us and was able to find us a very qualified and professional driver for the right price.

Vehicles delivered on time, and the recipient was thrilled with the driver and the service provided.

We will call Olivia and Pride next time we have vehicle shipping needs. We highly recommend Olivia and Pride!

Worked with Chris Peters from Pride Car to ship my car from New Hampshire to Washington State. It was convenient to get a hold of them through text and they are very responsive. My car was picked up a day later than scheduled and dropped off a day later than planned but other than that they were accommodating with address changes and pick up locations. Would use the service again. Just make sure you have wiggle room for your pick up and drop off date

I hired Pride Car Shipping to transport my truck and SUV from Louisiana to California. There was a slight glitch that occurred when the original driver could not do the job, but Tiffany got right on it and got me another driver. It did cost me more than the original bid and the vehicles were picked up earlier and delivered later than the original dates given. But all things considered it was seamless. The vehicles arrived in the same condition they were in when loaded and I'm a happy woman

Best Deal

It was Christmas time and I was shipping my Honda Civic from AZ to TX. Pride Car Shipping got me the best offer in the market. But unfortunately the driver cancelled the pickup on the day of shipping because he got stuck at some dealership. I called them and they arranged a new driver right away. Again this time, they got me the best deal I could get. Finally my car got picked and was shipped in 2 days. I would like to thank Olivia Williams from Pride Car Shipping. She was lighting fast in helping me out when my driver had cancelled. She's very knowledgeable, communicative, professional and friendly. Would ship with them again.

They came through, picked up my car on very short notice because the previous car transport company couldn't pick up and deliver as promised. Two years prior to this, I was promised pick up and delivery by even another company, and yet to be let down, causing huge problems and expense. Top Notch – call Pride FIRST! We had an out-of-the-way car transportation need after a personal injury. Sam W and Sheila M stuck with us until the job was complete! We use pride shipping company to transport our vehicle from Ohio to Virginia. Olivia was the coordinator who set this up for us and she got us a great deal and got it there in a really quick time period.

There was a small snag where the original driver had some sort of mechanical issue and was not able to pick up our vehicle, Olivia worked hard to find us another driver at the same price point.

I will definitely use them again if we have to ship our vehicle in the future, and I will be asking for Olivia.

If I could give NO STARS I would. We worked with Liam. We secured our contract to ship our son's car from PA to FL almost 2 months before our shipment date. We were assured, time and time again, that we would have it shipped by a certain date. The week before we needed our car shipped, we were told there is a 4 day window of when it would be picked up and to be ready with car. We called daily during this window to get the latest updates. We were told there was a freight truck picking up 3 other cars in the area and just figuring out logistics. Then we were told the day it was supposed to be picked up that they had not secured a transport truck and that they didn't know when it would ship. They told us if we paid more money they could guarantee the shipment, but then they told us they didn't have a truck regardless. My husband and son had to drive which caused a lot of unnecessary stress at the last minute. No money is worth the stress!!!! Pay for a better service!

Contracted Drivers Will Cancel

Olivia was the best. I had a last minute cancellation from one of the drivers who was going to ship my car. Olivia got right into finding me a replacement in a very short amount of time. The only thing I disliked was that the quote came out $500 higher than what I was originally quoted for a few weeks prior. The new driver she found delivered my car in 3 days, and it was a cross country delivery! Thank you so much.

This company told me they had someone to pick up my vehicle, but like other posters here the "driver" texted me he was in an accident and wouldn't be able to pick up the vehicle. They then started calling me demanding substantially more to ship the vehicle. Avoid this company, as they do not honor their commitments and seek to charge customers substantially more than the agreed-upon price.

The driver delivered my vehicle within less than 24 hours and I couldn't be happier. Honestly, I was a little nervous to have my car shipped because I wasn't sure if I would end up receiving it at the price that was agreed upon, but with Alice and Pride Shipping, I didn't need to worry. I loved how Alice explained the process and kept in touch with me via text throughout the entire shipment. The price was affordable and the people we worked with were professional and efficient.
