R! I had my friend on the phone listening to the call on 3-way so she could hear how I was being treated! I don’t know if Stephan knows Friday to Monday is 72 hours so they’re STILL AT FAULT! I didn’t even know who the carrier was until Friday I thought the carrier was Alex and that Mark is the broker and that they do business together because this is what Mark told me. Alex ended up delivering my car Sunday June 15th on Father’s Day which I knew was going to happen because they didn’t want to have to give me that degrading $50 discount! Alex wouldn’t even give me my keys to my car until I gave him the remaining money owed! I got no apologies, no empathy, or explanation from him just a have a good day! This place treats you like crap! The disrespect and lack of communication is something I wouldn’t give to my worst enemy. Stay away from these racist male chauvinist people! They have their contract made up so they’re not at fault for anything they can pick up your car and drop it off whenever they want to and don’t have ti tell you anything! They all cover for each other when in my case the customer was right! They have no remorse and I truly believe all of these good reviews are lies or are from men or people they know that made these reviews up! I know people in this business and was even told they are liable and their truck breaking down is their fault and all customers should’ve been compensated! If you’re a woman and if this is your first time DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! If you do and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT, they are going to ask you if this is your first time DO NOT SAY YES!!!!

Colibri Auto Transport - Look for Charley as your broker

After conducting an extensive search for reliable transporters, I came across Colibri Auto Transport. They have excellent reviews, and Charley is the broker with the most positive feedback. I spoke with Charley on Jan 3rd, expressing my interest in transporting my car on Jan 12th and requested a quote of $800. However, on the day of the transport, the driver canceled at the last minute. When I informed Charley about the situation, he promptly apologized and assured me that he would find another driver for my car.

Within two days, on Jan 15th, Charley successfully secured a new driver to transport my car from Florida to California. The initial quote was $800, but due to the last-minute change, the revised quote was $1,300. Charley, after consulting with his manager, managed to lower the cost to $1,050.

I highly recommend Charley as a broker for car transport due to his strong work ethic and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure my car reached its destination. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again for future car transports.

SCAM ARTISTS

Worst experience ever! They damaged my car then demanded payment without any resolution. The police even had to get involved. Not to mention, they try to scam you and say they can’t find a driver the night your car is due. They charged me an extra $200 which I found out later was just their brokers fee. You WILL pay more here, go to an honest service instead and don’t have any headaches.

Felix is amazing!

Felix helped exponentially in finding me a good deal for the service required and when my driver canceled he found me another one for a similar price same day! I reached out to him about any issues I had and he handled them immediately and answered all my questions with urgency. Phenomenal service 10/10. Will continue to reach out to Felix Mayer when I need to transport my cars from now on.

Amazing service from Charley

Charley is amazing. We needed our inoperable vehicle transported back to our home two hours away. I'd never dealt with something like this before. Within an hour he'd reached out to me personally, located closest towing company & negotiated rate below any other competitors. My car was delivered within 6 hrs from start to finish. He even followed up to make sure delivery went smoothly. Would definitely recommend going to him for any vehicle transportation needs.

Charley Stevens assisted in transporting my vehicle across th country.

This was my first time transporting my vehicle across the country. Charley from Colibri Auto Transport assisted me with this service. I am greatly satisfy with the service. I would recommend this company to anyone who would like to transport their vehicle. The pick up and delivery time is reasonable. They are very professional. The price is affordable.

Great experience

Overall. It was a great experience. Charlie helped me find a transporter to transport my car from SC to MD. The car was in my driveway the next day. Charlie stayed in communications with me from the time the car was picked up to the time it was delivered.

We definitely recommend Colibri Auto Transport. Felix provided excellent service. The company our son initially contacted, although highly rated, operated with no integrity and didn't pick up his car as expected. After explaining the situation to Felix and the urgency to get the car to our son, he worked with us to quickly deliver the car. He communicated regularly which was appreciated. The driver was professional. He arrived earlier than his expected pickup and delivery times. The car was delivered with no problem. We look forward to working with Colibri Auto Transport again and will definitely request Felix.
