Worked with John, and he helped get me fixed up on a weekend. He was able to located a driver and then negotiate a good price for the route at the time. The online BOL allowed us to follow the transport cross-country. We were promised a Thursday delivery and the car arrived two days early on Tuesday with great communication and coordination with the driver he used (Egor). The car arrived w/o incident and no issues. I know it's hard to understand the industry, but it's great to work with people who know what they're doing and source you a quality transporter.

DO NOT TALK WITH JULIA SHE'S MENTALLY ILL. AND ACTS OVERLY NICE.. Do NOT use this company.. She promised my 2 vehicles would be picked up on a certain day 10 days in advance. We communicated daily and reassured me they would be picked up on that day.. 2 days before the pickup day Nobody got in touch with me at all and nobody ever showed up!!. She never apologized and ever got back with me.. I lost so much money planning around this that never happened because I had to make other travel arrangements. She should be totally ashamed of herself.

I worked with John to ship our car from Michigan to California in Oct 2025 - the process was easy and the car arrived in 3 days (2 days sooner than quoted). The driver arrived early to our meeting spot (waited patiently) and communicated well throughout the journey. The final price was higher than the original quote but it was still in the estimated range they provided me. Communication from Neptune could have been better on the original day my car was to ship. The first assigned driver was going to arrive a day early (which did not work for me), then either him or a new driver had a breakdown and it wasn’t until early evening on the day of shipping that they told me we needed to reschedule for the following day with a new driver. It wasn’t an issue, but I was waiting around all day with little communication. Otherwise the process was smooth and our car made it with no issues.

After getting my truck back, it was realized the entire hood, and parts of the front side fenders had NEW scratches all over the place. The trucker took before and after photos, and it’s clear as day that they WERE NOT there before/at pickup, but damn sure arrived to me covered jn scratches. Wish to god I could leave photos on a review. To make matters worse, Neptune is now nowhere to be found when it comes to resolving the issues. Ridiculous. Lesson learned I guess for trying to save a few dollars and not using Montway or someone more reputable. Not to mention the truck carrier, Raptor, has awful reviews for miles on the web, yet that’s who Neptune thought would be a good idea to hire for this job? I absolutely implore any customer to avoid Neptune.

After the trucking company denied responsibility, even though THIER photos are impossible to dispute, Neptune also quit on me. So I pretty much paid damn near 2000, just for my truck to get to me with roughly 30-40 scratches. Your a fool if you dont heed my warning to avoid this company

From the moment I was contacted by Richard at Neptune Auto Transport, to the moment my car was dropped off the next day making the 225 mile journey from Atlànta to Thomasville, Ga, I cant imagine a more positive experience !! With Richard leading the way, the communication from the dispatcher and driver was professional and perfectly timed so that I was always in the "know" every step of the way.. Without hesitation, I will use Neptune for all of my auto transport needs in the future and I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best experience possible at a very competitive price.

Peter was awesome and straightforward with me. He did not beat around the bush and try to play games by quoting me super low then raise the price on delivery day. I was very skeptical as I was shipping two vehicles. Once he found a carrier at a reasonable price we locked in the deal and the rest was seamless. No transport horror stories over here. The carriers arrived timely, transported my car from Vegas to Little Rock in 3 days. If you are looking to have your vehicle transported then Neptune is the middle man to call.

There are so many transport brokers out there and you have to do your research to find a reputable one that uses reputable transporters. This is my third car from the west coast, she traveled almost 3000 miles to get to me. I chose Neptune based on their reviews I researched on multiple platforms. Fred was very communicative and always answered my calls. He picked up my car on Monday, the day he promised, the only issue was the transport company he chose for me delayed the second pickup from their yard for four days and my car would have been delayed by at least another four days or more for delivery. I alerted Fred and he found another transport that picked my car up from the other transport’s yard and still got my car to me on the following Tuesday, still a day earlier than Fred originally promised with the first transport. Fred took great care of me and my “new” one owner 2006 Corvette and I would trust him with any vehicle I needed transported. In his business there are a lot of other brokers that will say and promise deliveries and prices just to get your business. Fred was straight up and every move he made reassured me I made the best choice to transport the car of my dreams. My car arrived undamaged, and was loaded on top of the transport at my request. I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend Neptune Transport! Thank you Fred!

Rose sent me some information up front about how auto-shipping works (It's more complicated than you might think.) and cautioned me about authorizing payments or giving too much information without knowing who I was dealing with. I talked with several companies, but Rose was the one who understood my situation, found a way to make it work, and stuck with me throughout the process. I would definitely use Neptune again. They're the auto-shipping company I trust.

Excellent service and experience. The vehicle was promised to be delivered in a week but got delivered in about 4 days. Smooth and fast process even for the long distance (I transported my car from Ohio to CA). I was working with Richard who was very helpful and made sure to be available at any given time. His service commitment to the client is 10/10, he made sure to provide excellent service from pick up to drop off. The auto transporter was humble and helpful too. Overall it has been a great experience to do business with Neptune.

I was looking to move my car from San Diego, I used Neptune auto transport. Peter from Neptune auto transport gave me a very competitive quote and made the move very easy. Peter was in contact with me and kept me informed at every stage of the process starting from providing quote, connecting me to the driver, sharing a copy of the insurance from the trucking company, driver arrival and finally followed up at the end of the process after the car was delivered. The entire process was performed within the quote he provided and very important kept the timeline. He was available to answer questions over weekends too. I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Neptune Auto Transport, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this company due to their unprofessionalism, deceptive practices, and overall lack of integrity.

From the moment I contacted them, Neptune Auto Transport utilized high-pressure sales tactics that left me feeling coerced and manipulated. They initially quoted me a seemingly reasonable price, but once they had me hooked, they shamelessly raised the price, leaving me no choice but to pay more than expected. This bait-and-switch tactic is an outright scam and a complete breach of trust.

What's worse is that Neptune Auto Transport conveniently buried a requirement for a cash payment in their contract, despite initially accepting credit card payment. This unexpected demand for cash on delivery put me in an incredibly difficult position, as I was unprepared to provide the amount in cash. Their drivers showed up unreasonably late, at midnight, and insisted on cash or threatened to leave without delivering my car. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and showcases their lack of professionalism and respect for their customers.

Moreover, their inability to fulfill my request for closed transport, even though they quoted me a higher price for it, shows their sheer incompetence and disregard for customer preferences. They claimed they could only find open transport, yet attempted to negotiate the price down slightly as if it were some sort of favor to me. The overall lack of transparency and integrity throughout this entire ordeal left me feeling utterly betrayed and taken advantage of.

Communication with Neptune Auto Transport was an absolute nightmare. They consistently failed to respond to my text messages and emails, showing a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer inquiries. When I resorted to calling them, their demeanor was dismissive, uncooperative, and far from helpful. It was a frustrating experience trying to get any information or resolution from them.

In summary, Neptune Auto Transport is an untrustworthy and disreputable company that should be avoided at all costs. Their unprofessionalism, deceptive pricing practices, demand for cash payments, late delivery, and poor communication are indicative of their complete lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable auto transport company that actually cares about its customers. Neptune Auto Transport is simply not worth the trouble or the risk.
