I was in a real jam when my truck broke down in Texas on a Friday night on the way back to South Carolina. I had to be back to work by Monday, but no shop could fix it before Monday, and towing it would cost several thousand dollars because of State Permits. So I put out a broadcast online for a transport service, and received almost 100 responses, many of which were scams offering prices anywhere from $400 to $1600. But Jordan Bryan at Neptune said he had a confirmed driver (which many claimed) for $800 that was waiting to come get my truck. I was scared to provide my Credit Card info without verifying, so I asked for the driver's name and number. He could not give them to me, but instead provided me screenshots of his conversation with the driver. That convinced me and earned my trust. He sent me the contract, I signed, and 2 hours later the best transport company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with came and picked up my truck, TBN Express LLC. If you need a vehicle transported a long distance, reach out to Neptune and ask for Jordan, and ask if he can get you TBN Express as the driver. Saved my butt.

I needed my car shipped from MN to FL. I went on Google and entered my information and dates available. Then the flood of emails, texts and phone calls came from numerous companies and brokers. They all wanted to promise me the lowest price only to switch the price at the last second to 2 or 3x what they orginally said. James from Neptune Auto gave me a fair price and did not waver on his quote! The communication was clear and I felt that my car was in good hands the whole way. I safely recieved my car, did not over pay and was treated with respect throught the process! I hope you read this review because this will save you a lot of time and aggravation. We were using another shipping company for the past four years about four or five shipments a year, but he retired and we were looking for a new company to start with. We started shopping and we’re inundated with calls and e-mails from people throwing fake numbers out just to get you to sign a contract then come back with $3-400 additional fees. Then you check their rating and you can see why you do NOT want to do business with them.

BUT then I received a text from John Carol of Neptune Auto transport. I am going to save you time and aggravation and tell you to check their reviews and just place your trust and business with Neptune. Straight “fair” pricing for both parties. No NOT the cheapest but also not the most expensive. If you’ve been doing this like I have, and if you check the prices, you try to be fair and that’s how you could build a good relationship. You also probably don’t want to Trust your prized possession to the “cheapest” carrier!!

David returned my initial phone call immediately and was able to arrange for the transport of my vehicle from New York to North Carolina within about a half hour. The paperwork was emailed within about an hour and my car was picked up the next day. I was given the name and phone number of the driver as well as the phone number of his dispatcher. The driver called us two days later when he was a half hour from our home. The delivery was quick and efficient and the driver was friendly and wanted us to take as long as we needed to look at the car before he left. I was very pleased with the entire process and have no reservations in recommending Neptune Auto Transport.
