Peter was in contact with me and kept me informed at every stage of the process starting from providing quote, connecting me to the driver, sharing a copy of the insurance from the trucking company, driver arrival and finally followed up at the end of the process after the car was delivered. The entire process was performed within the quote he provided and very important kept the timeline. He was available to answer questions over weekends too. They initially quoted me a seemingly reasonable price, but once they had me hooked, they shamelessly raised the price, leaving me no choice but to pay more than expected. This bait-and-switch tactic is an outright scam and a complete breach of trust.

What's worse is that Neptune Auto Transport conveniently buried a requirement for a cash payment in their contract, despite initially accepting credit card payment. This unexpected demand for cash on delivery put me in an incredibly difficult position, as I was unprepared to provide the amount in cash. Their drivers showed up unreasonably late, at midnight, and insisted on cash or threatened to leave without delivering my car. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and showcases their lack of professionalism and respect for their customers.

Moreover, their inability to fulfill my request for closed transport, even though they quoted me a higher price for it, shows their sheer incompetence and disregard for customer preferences. They claimed they could only find open transport, yet attempted to negotiate the price down slightly as if it were some sort of favor to me. The overall lack of transparency and integrity throughout this entire ordeal left me feeling utterly betrayed and taken advantage of.

They consistently failed to respond to my text messages and emails, showing a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer inquiries. I was in a real jam when my truck broke down in Texas on a Friday night on the way back to South Carolina. I had to be back to work by Monday, but no shop could fix it before Monday, and towing it would cost several thousand dollars because of State Permits. So I put out a broadcast online for a transport service, and received almost 100 responses, many of which were scams offering prices anywhere from $400 to $1600. But Jordan Bryan at Neptune said he had a confirmed driver (which many claimed) for $800 that was waiting to come get my truck. I was scared to provide my Credit Card info without verifying, so I asked for the driver's name and number. He could not give them to me, but instead provided me screenshots of his conversation with the driver. That convinced me and earned my trust. He sent me the contract, I signed, and 2 hours later the best transport company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with came and picked up my truck, TBN Express LLC. If you need a vehicle transported a long distance, reach out to Neptune and ask for Jordan, and ask if he can get you TBN Express as the driver. Saved my butt.
