Nationwide Transport Services

I found them online and they were about $200 cheaper than other movers. There was a small deposit and then a final payment when my truck arrived. My truck was moved from San Jose CA to Greenfield OH. I was very happy with all aspects of the moved. The move occurred exactly on schedule. The moving truck showed up on-time as schedule and arrived on schedule. There were no issues. Communication was good as they quickly responded to my emails and phone calls. They kept me informed of each step. I would definitely use them again.

Service cost: $1600

Body damage on 3 out of 4 sides of my car. Then carrier tried to repair my car with BONDO and spray paint! Who does that?? BEWARE! Nationwide has done nothing to help me file a claim or find carriers insurance information. It has been two weeks and I still have no reply from them. Carrier was AB AUTO Trans, Artak Barakezyan DOT # 2023001. Do not let him transport your car! Nationwide has been a huge disappointment!

Car was delivered to me at 7:30pm, but scheduled to deliver at 9:00am. He must have needed some extra time to repair my crashed car. He came with a full trailer, and I was first car that was being unloaded. He unloaded my car, the most filthy car I’ve ever seen, which is what appears to be planned as so I would not see damage. The other cars on trailer were not as dirty but some were definitely very damaged. He pulled my car off trailer and quickly tried to get me to sign. I said I would be inspecting this myself and started walking around drivers side of car. I noticed damage #1 immediately. There was a dime size hole to the bare metal on side of rear panel. The paint is cracked around it and ready to flake. I moved to back of car to find second area of damage, rear end damage had occurred, and he fixed it himself with BONDO and spray paint. Over spray from white spray paint is on my chrome exhaust pipe. When we pushed the damaged area in, BONDO was still wet from not completely drying. There is fresh BONDO left on areas of bumper that weren’t fixed or painted. I moved to front of car to see 3rd area damaged, very deep marks imbedded into bumper. After further examination I was on ground looking under car to see the under carriage had been damaged. Bumper had been ripped off plastic cover and finished portion of bumper is badly damaged with little paint left on it. Needless to say, I didn’t want to pay him and he wouldn’t give me my keys. After two hours, and 4 police officers, he agreed to give me insurance info if I paid him. So I paid him and got my keys. When I went to turn into his insurance the next day, I found out he only had liability insurance and Nationwide has been no help in any of this!! I am left with over $3,000 worth of body damage and still no answers! Click attachment for pictures of damage..

I spoke with Eddie L and he assured me after I gave him my credit card information that he would wait to hear from me regarding car pickup before hitting my card for $124 deposit. The very next morning I discover the card had been charged $124 overnight without permission. Feeling took but not wanting a hassle, I was going to still use Nationwide until the car sale fell through later that day and I had no need for a transport co. Now Eddie says tough luck. We will charge back with the credit card co(lots of wasted phone calls and hold times) just because Nationwide wants to see if I will give up on my $124 or make them refund it(lots of companies seem to count on you not wanting to spend the time to fight). Please DO NOT give up your credit card info to Nationwide because once they have it, they will do as they please.

I don't usually write reviews but I just feel it necessary to complement this company all around! I spoke with Kim who was such a pleasure to to talk with & also pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process which these days, is hard to come-by she just made me feel comfortable with shipping my brand new Mercedes across the country! The truck driver James, was very considerate of my very restricted time frame where I'm actually available & and I do & will highly recommend this service with Nationwide Transport Services to anyone needing their cars moved.

I entered into an auto shipping agreement last Dec. With Nationwide Transport Services. My circumstances changed and had to cancel. Ray assured me they could hold on to my deposit and apply it when I was able to ship. So, 5 months later, I was ready. I contacted Ray again. I could not be more pleased with the customer service I received. He responded quickly to every question, making my experience as seamless as possible. I would ship again with Ray anytime the need arises. Thanks Ray!

I had the pleasure of trusting Nationwide Transport to transport my Maserati Ghibli and it was all due to David Jones. He was great at speaking with me over the phone and letting me know he was able to transport my vehicle during the time period I needed. And he was able to do this with a pandemic going on and me having to travel out of state to meet the driver. He gave me a quote for both open and enclosed and assured me he would get me the best price. He was great at communicating with me throughout the process (even answering my calls by greeting me by name) and responded to all of my texts and emails. He found a reputable company with a professional driver to transport my vehicle. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. I have transported vehicles cross-country before and feel David and Nationwide Transport exceeded my expectations. My car was picked up a day early and delivered before the estimated time. I will continue to use David for my future transport needs and highly recommend Nationwide Transport to others. Thank you so much David!!

This company is unethical. I have never felt compelled to write a negative review before. I wish I could put zero stars. Problems:1. Took over ten days to pick up the car.2. Did not return phone calls or e-mails.3. After they took possession of the car they raised the agreed contracted price.4. Would not deliver car unless I agree in writing to the new price that is about $300 more than the contracted price.5. Car arrived damaged6. BBB rates them a C although their web-site claims an "A"This is the worst experience I have every had with a company. You have now been warned.

I was a bit nervous when choosing a transport company after reading horrible reviews about transport companies online. Before hiring Nationwide Transport Services I contacted few other companies, but I knew Nationwide is what I really want.  For 2 major reasons: 1. They quoted an affordable rate from Oregon to NYC than all other companies.  2. I spoke to Julian and she assured me that my car will be shipped in time and for some reason she made me feel absolutely comfortable.  Driver arrived at exact time quoted, made a quick inspection and picked my vehicle quite quickly and delivered it much faster than I expected. I am very happy with their service and in-charge person who was prompt and in constant communication.   I highly recommend Nationwide Car Shipping to everyone who was nervous just like I was after reading the reviews online about transport companies! :).

This company was unable to fulfill my route, they said they could not find a driver for my "Hard Route", and they kept my $100. The right thing to do was to refund. The owner is a fraud and you have no idea of knowing if they actually put effort into finding a driver. You will however experience a lack of communication (even when you are the one to initiate it). Pulling teeth is easier than getting a hold of these people after you have booked a shipment and I am not a dentist :) They got paid $100 for not doing there job, sound like something you want to mess with? Forget about trying to due a CC charge back because there carefully crafted terms and conditions protects them from getting in trouble with these thief like tactics.Adriel G, went out of his way to make sure he keeps my hard earned money.

I transported my Honda Civic from OR to MN and I am happy I used Nationwide Transport Services. This was the most affordable and reliable company I spoke with when searching for a transport company. I dealt with alot of companies that had very bad vibes! After talking to janelle about the transport and how everything goes I felt alot better about the whole thing. After dispatching a carrier a day later it was picked up and delivered in no time. I was more than happy with the speedy process and the work janelle provided. I plan to transport another vehicle soon and I will only be using Nationwide Transport services to transport anything in the future. Best company on the market.

First time transporting a vehicle and it went as smooth as I expected it to. I researched my company thoroughly before I handed over $1080 as I would expect others would do. I found nothing but positive remarks about them.. This is actually why I am leaving a positive review in a few area .. I usually do not care for positive reviews considering that it's the reason I choose companies I do business with. ( their reputation).. So I feel it is unnecessary but seeing so many great remarks and stories about them, I felt obligated to today.. 
 
The overall experience was just plain SIMPLE and EFFECTIVE. I shipped a 2012 BMW 328 from Wilmington NC to San Francisco, CA.  They needed a contract once they scheduled my car to my exact preferences. The driver was American and arrived in a large open transport hauler with an additional 2 vehicles. He inspected my vehicle and gave me a receipt. (2nd receipt of transaction). I was not obligated to hand anything else with the vehicle other than my Keys and ID to verify.
 
Transport took 9 days and driver was in contact constantly updating me every few days by text as I approved this method of contact. On arrival the vehicle was quite dirty as I expected. I was nervous about not seeing any damages as I needed to sign a "Bill of Lading" (damage inspection report). The driver was confident and kind enough to allow me to write on receipt that I could not inspect properly therefor waiving inspection if I found something once cleaned (he did have a video of vehicle condition at the pick up location).
 
My overall experience was what I expected. Rate was average and customer service was above average. Responsiveness and never had an issue with any requests and all my needs were met in a timely fashion. Updated frequently with solid responses. Not the average company, they are above average.

Natiowide Transport services responded to a request for bids to transport a vehicle from New Hampshire to Michigan.  I accepted their bid that they emailed to me and spoke to the sales agent Pete on the phone.  I had not heard back from him.  when I spoke to him again he admitted he could not transport the vehicle for the price quoted.  I tried to be understanding and agreed to pay $100.00 more. When the vehicle arrived, we paid the driver.  He told us it was $100.00 more.I said "I know, that is the new amount"  "No" he said it was to be $100 more than that amount.  When I contacted Pete, he said I had misunderstood.  I told him that he was lying and that we had agreed to an amount $100.00 less than that. By the way, the driver was not going to deliver the car unless we paid the additional $100.00. I did not misunderstand anything.  Pete was tring to pull a fast one and I think the driver was in on it. The service from this company is poor.  They are dishonest.  Avoid this transport company at all costs.

Donald agreed to a price for both my vehicles, one of which was non operable. Driver showed up without a winch to load the non operable vehicle. Donald said no problem, he'd get someone else in a few days for it. We're now closing in on over two weeks, many of which Donald has ignored my texts and calls for updates, a manager he claimed would call but never did, and he's now saying he can't find a driver with a winch. Strange since I see so many trucks with winches. They just don't want to pay the price and keep to what thr agreed rate would be. Long story short, after making me wait weeks, he says he can't find anyone. So, I'm stuck looking for another driver, paying more because I no longer have the second vehicle as a bonus, and it's been two wasted weeks. Don't go with these guys unless you want a company that can't honor their own prices and value their customers time.

I highly recommend finding another broker. This company has no idea what they are doing and they fail to do their job consistently. At the very least, refuse to work with ADAM.

We are a carrier. We were going to take a load (empty trailer) from MN to CA. When we arrived to pick up the trailer, it was not DOT compliant. I called Adam so he could inform their customer and see what they wanted us to do. Adam asked me if I had called the customer. He said that he didn't know what to do and that we needed to deal with the customer. I have NEVER had a broker tell me to deal with the customer directly. That is the broker's job and I told him so. I asked him to get ahold of the customer and find out what their customer wanted.

Toward the end of the day, after sitting and waiting for hours, I called Adam back. He had not called the customer and still had no idea what to do. I told him that we can't take this load. We can't move it, not even to a storage facility or trailer repair shop. It's illegal. He proceeded to say, "well, I don't know what to do. Either you can take it tomorrow or I can send you the paperwork to refuse the load." I told him to send me the paperwork. I waited for 3-4 days and never received the paperwork. I emailed him and refused the load as well as sent the inspection report.

We still have never heard from him. He's a horrible broker. He knows nothing and does nothing. He refuses to do his job.

We will never work with this company again.

This is the worse company that any one can deal with it, carriers they would lie to you, don't believe anything at all, no email, no conversations, you won't get paid. And customer they would lie to you also, asking you a high price to paid the people that do the real job pennies and they keeping the big ball just to do a phone call, they are not professional at all and the are pure and train scammers, they negligence and be careful a engry carrier must keep your property because this POS company don't paid them..

JUST DONT USE THEM
DONT WAIST YOUR TIME AND SAVE THE HEADACHE.

I had contracted Nationwide to move a CAT D-4 from Kansas to Virginia. The communication between Brian, logistics coordinator was excellent. He kept me informed on a daily basis of the progress of the move and of the delivery date. My dozer was delivered one day ahead of schedule with zero problems. My total experience with Nationwide Transport Services was excellent. I would certainly use them again in the future, and I recommend them to anyone who wishes to have a reliable and responsible company handle their transports in a safe, timely, and cost effective manner.
