As is always the case with these transports it is difficult to pin down a precise time for pick up and delivery. Nature of the beast.
Our car was delivered in a reasonable time frame and undamaged, but created a major inconvenience trying to arrange a person to accept the drop off because the time frame didn't allow for us to be on both ends of the transport.

I don't quite know how this happened but they got my car from NY to Las Vegas in about 4 days.  Insanely happy they worked with my to get my pickup on time and delivery super fast.  No damage either.  Paid about 1400 total but well worth it.  My driver worker with me to pickup on Saturday, the first day of the window since I was leaving sunday.  had some stuff in the backseat/trunk.  Didnt charge me extra.  Had the car to me early Wednesday with me expecting it Friday.  Really good driver. .

For my wife's 60th birthday we had been looking for a new car - for 5 months!  Finally figured out the exact car she wanted, the price we wanted (cash only), and could only find it all the way across the country. So - first time using an auto transport company.  It was suprisingly easy!  Montway was super easy to work with and always responsive to my calls.  It arrived last night - I met the truck 5 minutes away at a shopping center parking lot.  The transaction took 5 minutes and I had the car in hand!  Thanks Montway - you made what could be a stressful transaction super easy and stress free!

Montway was great, but the subcontractor they used attempted to negotiate an additional charge with me, asking over the phone for my personal information and credit card number so they could charge me.  This was not welcomed, and, while Montway did resolve this problem, it was a hassle and disappointing.  The threat of non-delivery was made, and the contents in the trunk were messed with.  I understand the risk of having my personal belongings searched in transit, but the shippers actually played around with all of my stuff.  Very unprofessional and gives what might have been a great experience a disappointing conclusion.  Montway, good job.  Sub contractor, seriously?  .

The service provided by Montway was excellent.  From placing the order to delivery of the vehicle, the process was easy and efficient.  The Monway representative quoted a reasonable price up front that did not change, and there were no hidden fees of costs.  The drivers were courteous and on time.  I found the whole experience to much easier and more efficient than I had originally anticipated.  I found Montway through a Google search, but I would recommend them to anyone who is shipping their vehicle across the country.

Montway was courteous/informative regarding the pickup and delivery of my vehicle ( Lexus Ls600HL). Initially, the car had been poorly serviced/diagnosed by two different Lexus dealerships in Atlanta. The later shop (Nalley Lexus Roswell), flat-lined my Hybrid System which caused the car to go from operable to inoperable by which caused me to have it shipped to a reputable Lexus service department in Wisconsin (900 miles away). Although, my driver (John) experienced a breakdown/mechanical failures from repeated bad service in Atlanta, he immediately advised me of his mechanical failures and assured me that my car was safe and unharmed.
Montway staff kept me informed with ETA status and gave me direct contact to my driver. If I ever need to transport anything covered by their services, I will not hesitate to call!

I have used Montway Auto Transport twice when buying a car out of state.  Both times they handled all of the shipping needs leaving me to enjoy my new purchase.  A few simple clicks on the computer and they take care of the rest.  They did a great job of keeping me informed of the pickup, details while in transit, and then when the car would arrive.  Both of my deliveries have been made on an open trailer with no problem.  I will continue to use Montway in the future.

Montway dispatcher called to notify me that the driver will be available to pick up my vehicle on Saturday from Colorado with a delivery to Arizona of Monday or Tuesday. The driver called and gave us his arrival time, we discuss a meeting place since the truck will is too long to come to our street. We met, the driver was cordial. He picked the vehicle and secured it. He told us he will delivered it slightly ahead of time. He fulfill his promise. The vehicle was delivered on Monday night.

I had a very good experience with Montway. The team was really aggressive in sending the shipment at the earliest possible time. From the day they received the order and the support people are really wonderful and very much helpful. I should talk about Brandon who was the dispatch supervisor for my order and he was really patient with me all the time. We discussed about the order and made sure I would get the best price that I could ship my car. I would definitely recommend Montway for your car shipping needs.

I was naturally hesitant and un-trusting that I was getting the best deal.  But after researching it became clear that the quote was within market rates.  Then it was how quick can this group execute and get my car picked up and delivered.  Within 10 minutes of my initial call for an estimate and my acceptance of the quote, I received a communication that gave me the exact time and the exact person that would be picking up and delivering my car.  This was last minute and I needed it to happen quickly.  The driver met me in a safe open place and loaded my car onto what I thought was a nice car carrier that kept the car covered and away from elements the entire ride thru.  Great Job and Thank You for a great experience!

The salesman was honest and explained everything in detail.The pick up was promised with 5 days and hence I choose Montway as I had time restriction as I am moving. . They assigned a trucker and confirmed the pick up date with in 5 days and took the payment from my card. 5 hours later I received an email that my order had been reassigned and they are still working on the order. Received a call the next day that they will assign a driver to pick up but for additional payment.. Finally the pick up was done on the 6 th day which is almost my last day at the pick up location and I had no backup. However the delivery was smoother though the delivery date was also delayed,Received the car on 11 th day. Overall the experience was ok though had some hiccups on the pick update and delivery date.

Convenient easy website. Great professional customer service that answers quickly and pulls up your info from caller ID. Friendly and accommodating delivery driver. Fast and safe delivery. Economical. Worry-free. Everything was in order. Happy customer. Will use again and recommend to others. Five stars! The only slight issue is that this third party review service requires its reviews to be 350 characters minimum and that can be a bit of a challenge to find that many words for this simple transaction and smooth experience.
