The process was quick and easy. The website was easy to use and explained things well on the events that would occur. The service was outstanding as my car was delivered the very next day. I tried prior using a different company and it had poor communication and my car was never picked up So the fact that Montway process was so easy I have to give it 5 stars for it process and service.    Thanks again for keeping things simple and making the transition happen easily. I have had very bad experiences with car transport companys in the past.  Recently I needed to get my car from Texas to Maryland and I was unable to drive it myself.  I found Montway auto transport was rated very high by the BBB and gave them a call.  A guy named Eddie answered righ away and was so friendly and knowledgable.  It took longer to order a pizza last week then for him to set up my car transport.  The quote I got online was honored and never changed and was the cheapest I found anywhere.  The driver (Geno) who came to pick up my vehicle was early, called hours before and asked ME what a good time was becuase I was working.  He was so nice and made me laugh during this stressful time.  He made sure I was comfortable with everything and explained the next few steps of his journey with my car.  I had direct contact with Geno the whole time and he actually answered when I called lol. When he arrived in Maryland, he found a way to get his truck right up to my parents driveway (not an easy road to travel on)  so my mom did not have to walk down the street.  My mom called me after he left and said he was one of the nicest people she ever met.  I would definatly use Montway and Geno again without a doubt and If I could give them 100 stars I would..  and no I do not work for them :) i believe that outstanding customer service should be noted especially in todays technology driven world. .

Professional job: the driver was nice and seemed very sensitive of his work. I would refer them to anybody that needs to move a vehicle that is precious to them. The overal price was very competitive at 1250 usd. The driver ran into bad weather and was a day late but he kept me posted on the new time of delivery. The driver was also very patient with me because I was an hour late on meeti g him due to the change of delivery date. Again, I will definitely use their services in the near future. Thanks again!

Despite my vehicle being in a difficult, out of the way location, Montway found a driver willing and able to take on the job. The time frame they provided me was adhered to perfectly both for pickup and delivery, and the driver was professional and capable. 
The cost was perfectly reasonable considering how far they had to drive.
I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone moving their vehicle. My 1966 Volvo P1800 arrived without a scratch and ready to drive!

This is the second time I have used Montway. I was trying to get a lower price on this move, so I originally signed with another transport company (Creative Rides). This company promised pick up and delivery in the time framed that I needed. However, they never picked up the car!  I than called Eddie at Montway and he was professional and honest regarding a reasonable time frame to get a car from MA to MN. Eddie kept me updated at to the new pick up date and time. It cost a bit more, but at I knew what to expect and when to expect it.  I will always use Montway because of their professionalism and honesty. They are worth the few extra dollars!!

Montway Auto Transport quoted a price of $1,400 to transport out 2009 Chevy HHR from Atlanta, Georgia to Seattle, Washington. This quote included guaranteed pickup on the day before we flew to Seattle, and top loading. On the day the truck was due to pick our car up, Montlake called us and said they were having a hard time finding a local transporter to do the job. They were concerned and assured us they were exploring several ways to solve the problem, They were very professional and kept in communication with us.  Finally, they called and said they had found someone. I am certain they had to pay the man more than they had hoped, and were making very little money on the deal. We were nervous about shipping our car-we had never done this-but the man who arrived and did the job was so professional, we  stopped worrying. He kept in touch with us as he crossed the country, and our car arrived in fine condition. It's nice when people do what they tell you they're going to do.

I moved from TX to VA. I was looking for a shipping company. I googled it. Found lots of them. Majority of those were very expensive. I could not afford. I talked with 'Montway'. They told me a very cheap rate. As a software engineer, I was aware of the SPAM, and other fradulant behavior. So, I did not believe it. I again googled it to know if they are spam. I did not find anything. Few days before that, my friend was talking about some robbers who take cars to Mexico. I was very nervous. Anyway, I convinced myself to take a risk. I placed an order. I did not put real credit card number. It was a virtual card number with maximum amount limit and customized expirary date. My friend handed over the key to the driver. I asked him if the driver gave him any document. He confirmed me Yes. So, my car was on the way. I started calling the Montway frequently for tracking it. I was told that they are ready to deliver the car before expected day. I was happy. I got the car at one o'clock at night. I asked the driving- 'Sir, could I have a look at the car?' He replied - 'why not?' It was mid night. I just looked if any big damage was there. Seemed to be OK. I paid him and he left. Next morning- I started to look minutely. No damage, no stealing, nothing! I am fully convinced that 'ALL CHEAP THINGS ONLINE ARE NOT SPAM.' Looking for a car-shipping company? Why don't you go for 'Montway'? Give a try today!! Montway will give you driver's number. You will be able to track your car. .

Despite my fear, the company met all deadlines at the price they quoted despite other transportation companies stating there was no way at that price.

Picked up and delivered vehicle with no problems. Was able to stay in touch with driver each day to find out progress.

Typing this part to meet the minimum 350 characters requirement. Because apparently this system thinks I cannot express my opinion in less than 350 characters. Some of us are short and to the point.

Montway Auto Transport nicely and safely got my Honda from Las Vegas to the Rio Grande Valley within 4 days. It's quite difficult to find a transport company or even a broker willing to deal with this particular area, the Rio Grande Valley. I originially went with a broker on uship.com that was trying to rip me off and force me to pick up my car in Houston!! Desperate, I tried to find a carrier only company to take the job. Through transportreviews.com I found Montway, which is both a carrier and broker. Intially I was very skeptical, but if it wasn't for the straightforward, honest and constant communication I had with Matt and Brandon at Montway, I wouldn't have my car. The car definitely had to be brokered out and transport schedules were non existant but Brandon cleverly thought outside of the box by negotiating a price for a transporter to come down to the Rio Grande Valley. Awesome job, Montway!  .

Montway is a dispatch service that contracts out to individual truckers. As a dispatch company they get 5 starts for their customer service, reliablity, and no worries about add-on fees etc. The reason they didn't get a 5 star for everything is that the trucker they disptached to was not great about communication. They told me a car would be picked up, I took a day off of work to do it, only to find out past mid-day that they wouldn't pick it up until the next day, and then I had to take off of work again. On arrival, they called me with a 30min warning, and I was not near my home. Then after rushing home, the car didn't arrive for another 1.5hrs. Other than that it was hassle free. .

This was my first experience with an auto transport company and positive results. The car was delivered in the same good condition as loaded on to the truck. The truck and trailer were also in good condition along with the tires. The side curtins protection was not damaged or ripped which gave good protection to my car. The The driver was positive and kind when communicating with me. He was very cautious when loading and unloading not to damage the vehicle. All truck equipment was in good working condition. My only concern is that the infromation on the arrival of the car be more clearly established at an earlier time. I will use them again for my future transport requirements.

My experience with montway was very positive. The team was friendly and responsive, keeping me in the loop throughout the process. I also found, after vetting several companies, that the price was competitive. They were also very accomodative when I made several changes to my order like the pickup location and additional personal items. The car arrived on the date that they said it would, without any damage or stolen items. Overall, I couldn't have asked for any more from this experience. I would use montway again and advise my friends and family to do so as well.

I scheduled my Honda Civic shipping from NJ to Houston, TX. 
As I moved to Houston without my car, I had to fly to NJ to send my car. I have only a couple of days available to send my car, sales agent assisted me to set up for my ideal pickup date. I was able to send my car on the date that I desired. 
 
Delivery service man (I could not ask his name) was very kind and polite. When my car was delivered, my car battery was out. So it was very frustrating but he was willing to assist me to start my car again. He was very helpful and I want to recognize all the efforts and responsibilities he made and took. 
 
The condition of my car was perfect. No damage at all. Price was also very reasonable. If there is anyone considers to ship their car, I would highly recommend  Montway Auto Transport.

Great timing, fast and easy process, I had no problems what so ever with this company. I have had to work with other companies which took longer to pick up and deliver in short distances provided. I highly recommend you picking this company for any moving needs. I will be a returning customer for sure!.
 
I was surprised at how they were able to move my car from California in connecitcut in such a quick timing. Infact I had originally been told the process would take up to 7 days however it ony took 5 days. .

This was the first experience for me shipping my vehicle across country so I hired Montway to find a driver that could do the job.  Montway worked with me from the beginning ensuring that this would go smooth.  Read the reviews so I was a bit nervous at first but as promised when the deposit was given Montway immediately assigned a driver Rece Glick.  Rece was on point from the beginning with excellent communication and was so fast even with winter weather threatening.  Rece is the man!! and thank you Montway for providing such great service!!  I will use Montway again and hopefully Rece !!
