Long-distance move from Monroe, NC to Terre Haute, IN

Moved My 1962 Skyliner Convertable

I bought my barn find, 59 year old convertible at an auction that was held over 10 1/2 hours from my home. Montway made arrangements to pick up my prize and bring it home. I was not aware that the "prize" had Flat tires, seized up breaks, and a top that would blow off far earlier than highway speed. None the less, the driver that was contracted visited my prize, assessed the situation, made recommendations for the transport, and returned in two days to pick up the vehicle and bring it from North Carolina to Indiana. I can not say how thankful I am to my driver, Mark Krikov owner operator for i & i Transport LLC, and to Montway Auto Transport for putting him in the position to help me.

Used Montway service twice

I have nothing but wonderful experience to write. I’ve used Montway twice. First time moving from Cali to DC and from DC to Dallas. It’s a hassle free, very trustworthy management team that works to your convenience. And if they cannot, they will reciprocate to make sure it is not an inconvenience to us in anyway. The price is standard, calculated and is very detailed. They will not negotiate because their price from rest of the auto transport companies come at a very affordable range. You would not need to negotiate either, you’ll find their prices very reasonable! Their Drivers are wonderful at communicating, letting you know when they’ve picked up, they’ve arrived and will confirm that you or someone on your end is available for delivery. They’re flexible on dates of pickup and delivery too! Both times, I received my car scratch proof and clean. They are very careful with loading and unloading!

I will absolutely recommend Montway to anyone who reads this review! I’m hoping I wouldn’t need to move again but if I did, Montway is my to go to for auto transport!

Great Vehicle Transportation

Montway picked up my vehicle at the arranged day at the designated hotel in which I was staying at. at. I was given a call before they arrived. They were very thorough with taking pictures. My car was delivered on the specified date and was in excellent shape. All employees involved were professional and polite. I would absolutely use Montway's service again.

S2000 transport from WA to IL

The delivery time was quicker than estimated, the Honda S2000 was well taken care of, and the driver very polite. The price was very competitive with other companies, but for the service and white glove treatment of the S2000 I'm glad I chose Montway. Of all of the transport companies used in the past, Montway has been the superior automobile transport company.

Great experience

This was a great company to work with. They picked up my car in North Carolina within the days stated and helped find a good place to load. My car arrived in Florida at a great time for us definitely within the allotted time. The price was good and we were happy. First time we needed to use a car carrier and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again with same company.

Montway was a great company because they always had real people aanswering the phone. They had people cheerfully answering all my questions and took multiple callbacks from me with no aggravation. Their price wasn’t the cheapest but very reasonable. Most of the prices I got were much higher. They explained how the process works so that I felt secure . And they did exactly what they said they would do. The truckers who worked for them were also equally reliable and contactable. Thank you for making a stressful time easier

Best company for transport of vehicles

Exceptional in transport of my vehicle from California to Texas. The contractor, Viktor, provided communication at the highest level as he showed up on time, very professional and made the process so easy. My car arrived exactly when he said it would in Texas and was the easiest part of my entire moving process. I wouldn’t use any other company as this was superior customer service from start to finish.

The timing was excellent. Communication between me and the truck driver needed a little help. My car was picked up at originating site. I never received notification from Montway or the trucker. Just the dealership. Also I was a bit confused by the original bid and the change in price once I booked the transport. However, the truck driver was terrific once we met up. The overall transport went very well considering the distance and responsibilities.

Long-distance move from Utah to Washington

Not drivable vehicles beware

The experience was fantastic overall. The driver kept us informed and updated. The only reason for a four star review instead of five was that I was told since my vehicle didn’t run, the driver would extract it from the garage and put it back in the garage at its final destination. As it turned out, when the driver came to pick up the car, he said he could only pick up and drop off in the street. I had to find another source at the destination to move it from the street to the garage. Would have made other arrangements beforehand if I had known.

Montway did an excellent job in Transporting our car. They were quick, efficient and nice to work with. I had several questions and they were nice and friendly helping me with the process. The pick up driver was professional and handled the car wonderfully. I felt comfortable knowing it was in safe hands. I would happily use them again, snd will recommend them to others.

Great experience

With so many choices to move vehicles from state to state, I really didn't know where to start. After narrowing it down to Montway, based on the fact they didn't send me loads of harassing emails and texts, we were very happy with the service. Pick up and delivery was very smooth and the dates were accurate. Payment on the delivery end was easy and my husband's Jeep arrived without any problems. Highly recommend this company and would use them again.

My GTO was treated wonderfully!

Last month I purchased a car from North Carolina, I live in Florida and just thinking about towing a trailer up there, the gas, hotels and well, just the time involved, I decided to find a transport company. I had several friends suggest Montway. Best decision I ever made! The driver was outstanding, he called me on a Sunday afternoon saying he could be at my house within the hour. Unfortunately I was in Detroit at the Airport waiting to board a plane home to Florida. I told him I would not be home until 1130 that night. He told me, no problem, I will be there! As I pulled up to my house, there on the trailer sat my beloved 1969 GTO! I couldn't be more pleased! I was like an 8 year old on Christmas morning ! Now, when I hear the name, Montway, I get a big smile on my face! Thank you Montway, you made my day, I will always recommend Montway to anyone who requires transport service!

Excellence with a side of waiting

How to write a review while sounding both positive and showing appreciation while helping others know what might happen...

In order to move my car from CA to NV I signed up initially on a Monday, looking for transport one week in the future, now I know I should schedule with two or maybe three weeks advanced notice.

The driver who picked up the car did an outstanding job, treating my car as if it were their own, not rushing anything and making sure everything was configured the best way possible. It's nice when you see someone who handles your property with the care and attention that the owner would.

I'll definitely be using Montway in the future, just be sure to give enough time :-)

Long-distance move from New Haven, CT to Nashville, TN

Reliable Car Transport

I used Montway to ship my car from Connecticut to Tennessee in August. To my full satisfaction, both the pickup and delivery were on time and within three days as they promised. The whole transport process was transparent and trackable and done professionally. My car arrived in the same condition as it was picked up from the pictures taken before and after the delivery. The trucking driver who transported my car was polite, responsible, and pleasant to talk to. I had nothing more to desire from this service. I will certainly use Montway again for future transport needs.

As a comparison, I also contacted another big auto transport company before Montway. They did everything they could to get the order but when I submitted the paperwork for my order, they became elusive and avoided answering any questions for tracking details. I considered myself lucky not to go with that company!

The overall Montway car transportation reservation, pickup, and delivery (from Arizona-Northern California ) was remarkable - Wednesday to Friday - a day earlier delivery than expected and parked car in front of home. In this day and age we have become so use to expect the unexpected with service and cost, but not often in the most positive ways. This was very special service! Great cost options, fantastic communication with Montway people, and safety practiced throughout transport. So pleased with service, I called the driver the day of delivery and Montway office the next day to express profound gratitude for service.
