I have had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. My car wasn’t picked up until 5 days after my requested pick up date, which was incredibly inconvenient. I shipped the vehicle with a full tank of fuel, but somehow there was 1/4 tank missing when it arrived. Montway was never helpful in determining when the car would be shipped.. or arrive, and when it did arrive, I had to drive an hour out of my way, only to find that the driver of the transport was going to charge me an extra $25!! No chance will I ever use this company again!!

I had an 'emergency' move to transport my Audi TT from LA to DC -- I had short notice, and very specific and tight requirements for pickup day. I had called and booked other carrier but they were bad in communication and guaranteeing pickup on specific day, so I dropped them and called Montway.

From the beginning sales agent and booking confirmation -- with guaranteed pickup day -- and all the the way through the service, communication was the BEST.

On pickup day I was getting text messages + phone call from the Driver and he even apologized for being 15 minutes late. Montway central service dept was also in regular communication. They picked up exactly as had been agreed to.

The cross-country trip was quick -- only matter of few days, and I got update and ETA approx. 1 day in advance of delivery.

The load and unload was efficient and they took great care of the car.

At the end, checkout/delivery was a breeze with their mobile app.

I would HIGHLY recommend Montway, and will definitely use them again!

My BMW was transported professionally and expertly.

The customer service was excellent.

The transport driver was amazing (Driver-Ali Muhammad).

I had my 2020 BMW transported from Maryland to Arizona.

The car arrived in perfect condition minus the dirt from the open air transport.

I would highly recommend Montway Auto Transport.

The overall Montway car transportation reservation, pickup, and delivery (from Arizona-Northern California ) was remarkable - Wednesday to Friday - a day earlier delivery than expected and parked car in front of home. In this day and age we have become so use to expect the unexpected with service and cost, but not often in the most positive ways. This was very special service! Great cost options, fantastic communication with Montway people, and safety practiced throughout transport. So pleased with service, I called the driver the day of delivery and Montway office the next day to express profound gratitude for service.

Excellent experience from first contact all the way through drop off. Alex got me set up via LIVE CHAT!! He was very police and professional. He walked me through the whole set up process!!

My driver, RYAN provided excellent communication. He arrived to pick up my vehicle within 5 minutes of his estimated arrival time. Ryan drove over 400 miles to our drop off location. AND he arrived within minutes of his estimated arrival time!! Ryan was professional, polite and RIGHT ON TIME!! Ryan communicated directly with my husband at pick up. Then Ryan communicated directly with me to coordinate the drop off time! We probably drove the poor man crazy!! Through it all RYAN was a terrific guy!!

Thank you Montway for transporting my three vehicles from California to Texas. The entire step by step process was flawless on all accounts. The fees were reasonable with no updated prices change I experienced with the moving company of my personal items. The father-son duo were very professional and took care with loading and unloading of my vehicles. I was giving contact information to reach the driver at anytime. I was told the date of my delivery which ultimately arrived a day earlier. Thanks Montway. I shared my happiness with a friend who should be contacting your company soon.

Montway Auto Transportation Company provided great customer service, and my truck was picked up on the same day I called to make reservations. The driver was very nice, courteous, and professional. He took pictures of my truck, and gave me a receipt. My truck made it to my hometown safe, with no scratches, or damages. I picked up my truck just the way I dropped it off to the drover. Their previous online ratings and customer reviews are exactly what it says…RELIABLE and TRUSTWORTHY!!!!! If I had to do it all over again Montway is the company I’d go with no doubt!!!!

I shipped my car from Washington state to Missouri. I requested a dedicated pickup date as well as a top-load option. The initial pickup by the local company went well. I never received any update on my vehicle during transit and when I called to inquire I was told I'd get an email update which never arrived. When my vehicle arrived it was FILTHY - I found out that the vehicle was NOT on a top load. To add to the frustration the truck driver used dry paper towels to wipe my vehicle in multiple areas undoubtedly causing scratches. When I confronted the driver he simply said "what's the matter? Just wash the car!" Can you believe it? How unprofessional and arrogant! How Montway can allow these types of carriers to partner with them in unbelievable. Now Montway says they are not liable for any damages and I have to file with the carrier - Wasn't Montway the initial carrier??

Highly disappointed with this so-called "premium" service. Although customer service is generally responsive I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

My car arrived on the date that was given to me. The car was in great shape. The driver was very helpful and friendly. I have no complaints on your company and the transport cross country. The only thing that was inconvenient for me was the pick up in New York. The driver didn't get to my house till 1am. The driver was very nice and polite and felt bad about the late hour. I didn't get any notification that the pickup was going to be that late. I would have liked to had better communication.

MONTWAY Auto Transportation company was excellent. If you are looking for a cross-country transportation company. MONTWAY is the company for you. Our 2019 car was transported from North Carolina to CA this April 2021 with no problems. Everyone involved with this process was just wonderful. Even the dispatchers was great and very knowledgeable. I have already recommended this company to a friend and will use them again myself in the near future. The driver was able to pick up our car earlier than scheduled, which was great for us. They did everything they promised. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MONTWAY

I shipped my car 3/25 to AZ from MS and it arrived 3/28. It was so fast, I wasn’t expecting it. 3/25 was my first date available and my flight wasn’t until the 30th so my car got there before me, but it wasn’t an issue. They booked my driver super quick, i think it took 2 days? my ONLY issue (not really an issue) was the driver didn’t contact me, i had to text him and ask what day/time. he told me “hey we’re picking up 3/25, i’ll call you 3/24” but he didn’t call me. he called me on 3/25 and said hey we will be there around noon, (i think it was 8am when he called) but other than that, the driver had a lot of contact to let me know every step and when my boyfriend was picking up the car. it was in perfect condition, i would recommend this company. the customer service is the BEST.

The booking process with Montway was very easy. Montway staff were consistently very professional, helpful and supportive when we encountered several pick-up and delivery transport delays. I encourage more closely vetting transport contractors to ensure rigs are maintained in good operational condition and drivers understand the importance of maintaining accurate updates with customers. I contacted Montway numerous times for intervention assistance and they were understanding, fast to troubleshoot, and responded with updates in a timely manner.

Montway was very customer service oriented and I like that. I always got a live human being when calling and found them to be very knowledgeable and polite. The price Montway quoted me was very reasonable. They called me with an approximate date when they would pick up my car and approximately when it would be delivered. Everything worked out perfect. They picked my car up from Illinois and delivered as promised to Arizona. I would definitely recommend Montway and may be using them again if I decide to move again. Their customer service is the best, thank you, Montway!

I bought my barn find, 59 year old convertible at an auction that was held over 10 1/2 hours from my home. Montway made arrangements to pick up my prize and bring it home. I was not aware that the "prize" had Flat tires, seized up breaks, and a top that would blow off far earlier than highway speed. None the less, the driver that was contracted visited my prize, assessed the situation, made recommendations for the transport, and returned in two days to pick up the vehicle and bring it from North Carolina to Indiana. I can not say how thankful I am to my driver, Mark Krikov owner operator for i & i Transport LLC, and to Montway Auto Transport for putting him in the position to help me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could give a minus I absolutely would. Our bike sat two hours away from us but was not being delivered.

Montway had zero communication with us and or with the third party subcontractor even though we were chasing them to find out when our bike would be delivered.

We were always told, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, my colleague made a mistake, we’ll have a supervisor call you, it’s not our fault it’s the third party contractors fault.

Do not waste your time. You will get more information out of a brick wall.

We are still waiting on multiple call backs which still haven’t happened.

There Moto is fast, reliable hahaha what a joke. It’s been the biggest headache.

They wouldn’t even tell us where our bike was until we threatened to call the police to report our bike stolen.

Turns out our bike had been two hours away from our home for 12 days.

We decided to pick up our bike ourselves.

Never ever again, after finding out we are not the only ones this has happened too, I will NEVER trust their service. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews they have - it has to be their friends and family because there appalling service is intentional.
