I had an 'emergency' move to transport my Audi TT from LA to DC -- I had short notice, and very specific and tight requirements for pickup day. I had called and booked other carrier but they were bad in communication and guaranteeing pickup on specific day, so I dropped them and called Montway.

From the beginning sales agent and booking confirmation -- with guaranteed pickup day -- and all the the way through the service, communication was the BEST.

On pickup day I was getting text messages + phone call from the Driver and he even apologized for being 15 minutes late. Montway central service dept was also in regular communication. They picked up exactly as had been agreed to.

The cross-country trip was quick -- only matter of few days, and I got update and ETA approx. 1 day in advance of delivery.

The load and unload was efficient and they took great care of the car.

At the end, checkout/delivery was a breeze with their mobile app.

I would HIGHLY recommend Montway, and will definitely use them again!

I was unsure of the process of shipping a car (in this case from CA to NC). What I discovered was there is no direct contact with any transport company. There are many broker companies out there, ALL persistent and at times annoying. Once I chose MONTWAY, the process was smooth. They explained the process and everything happened as described. The timely updates throughout the process were very helpful. The driver was good to work with. Car delivered without problems and in same condition as picked up. I would recommend MONTWAY for anyone seeking shipping car services.

Absolutely a seven star service ! After multiple disappointments from 2 auto shipping companies , I finally reached out to Montway Auto Transport . They picked up my daughter's car, a medical student at UCSF a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander launch edition from Gaithersburg MD to San Francisco CA . The vehicle was picked up on time as scheduled and delivered on time as scheduled without stories or inconvenience . Communication was great . Mr. Eric, the dispatcher was particularly helpful, always available to give updates unlike the initial company that disappeared into thin air never heard back from them for more than 2 weeks after taking my order . I will highly recommend Montway Auto Transport to anyone and l look forward to using the again.

This is my first time moving out-of-state. I was hesitated and confused which auto transport to sign up for due to different good and bad comments from other people’s experience with different company. Based on the reviews I narrowed down the list on which one is important and came across with Montway Auto Transport. Montway employees are very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful, and even provided me discount during the process of scheduling of my auto transport. They work closely with clients and make they are well informed and updated before pickup and delivery. The driver name Gabe who pickup and deliver my auto from California to Washington was very nice, professional and accommodating, and called an hour before pickup and delivery. The driver is always on time. I had very great experience with Montway employees in auto transport and I highly recommend them in your move.

This was my first time shipping a car across the country, and my experience with Montway was surprisingly great. The quote process is simple and was completed online without talking to a human (a huge plus). The rate was really reasonable and I liked that Montway had a lot of customer reviews. Montway subcontracted my shipment with SOS Transport, and my car was picked up in Chicago and shipped to SoCal. The experience was smooth, and I was assigned a driver a week before pick up, and my car was picked up on the 2nd day after the 1st available ship day. The pick up process was smooth, and my driver seemed to know what he was doing, and provided me a lot of details on how my car would be moved, and how long I can expect my shipment to take. My car arrived in California in about 9 days, and a driver at the destination called me to coordinate delivery. My car had an open transport, and aside from it arriving a bit dirty, there were no issues. The drivers on both ends were courteous and friendly, and I really have no complaints. I hope to never have to ship a car or move across the country again, but if I do, I will definitely use Montway again.

Talked to Harry regarding how it all works and quickly filled out the forms - no obligation and no money up front. The car was picked up the committed date and delivered before committed date to the destination. Driver texted/called along the way so we knew exactly where our car was and when to expect delivery. I would definitely recommend Montway to anyone shipping their vehicle. Driver also very friendly. He used to give updates frequently till the car delivered day. MONTWAY Auto Transportation company was excellent. If you are looking for a cross-country transportation company. MONTWAY is the company for you. Our 2019 car was transported from North Carolina to CA this April 2021 with no problems. Everyone involved with this process was just wonderful. Even the dispatchers was great and very knowledgeable. I have already recommended this company to a friend and will use them again myself in the near future. The driver was able to pick up our car earlier than scheduled, which was great for us. They did everything they promised. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MONTWAY

I shipped my car 3/25 to AZ from MS and it arrived 3/28. It was so fast, I wasn’t expecting it. 3/25 was my first date available and my flight wasn’t until the 30th so my car got there before me, but it wasn’t an issue. They booked my driver super quick, i think it took 2 days? my ONLY issue (not really an issue) was the driver didn’t contact me, i had to text him and ask what day/time. he told me “hey we’re picking up 3/25, i’ll call you 3/24” but he didn’t call me. he called me on 3/25 and said hey we will be there around noon, (i think it was 8am when he called) but other than that, the driver had a lot of contact to let me know every step and when my boyfriend was picking up the car. it was in perfect condition, i would recommend this company. the customer service is the BEST.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could give a minus I absolutely would. Our bike sat two hours away from us but was not being delivered.

Montway had zero communication with us and or with the third party subcontractor even though we were chasing them to find out when our bike would be delivered.

We were always told, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, my colleague made a mistake, we’ll have a supervisor call you, it’s not our fault it’s the third party contractors fault.

Do not waste your time. You will get more information out of a brick wall.

We are still waiting on multiple call backs which still haven’t happened.

There Moto is fast, reliable hahaha what a joke. It’s been the biggest headache.

They wouldn’t even tell us where our bike was until we threatened to call the police to report our bike stolen.

Turns out our bike had been two hours away from our home for 12 days.

We decided to pick up our bike ourselves.

Never ever again, after finding out we are not the only ones this has happened too, I will NEVER trust their service. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews they have - it has to be their friends and family because there appalling service is intentional.

The booking process with Montway was very easy. Montway staff were consistently very professional, helpful and supportive when we encountered several pick-up and delivery transport delays. I encourage more closely vetting transport contractors to ensure rigs are maintained in good operational condition and drivers understand the importance of maintaining accurate updates with customers. I contacted Montway numerous times for intervention assistance and they were understanding, fast to troubleshoot, and responded with updates in a timely manner.

Montway was very customer service oriented and I like that. I always got a live human being when calling and found them to be very knowledgeable and polite. The price Montway quoted me was very reasonable. They called me with an approximate date when they would pick up my car and approximately when it would be delivered. Everything worked out perfect. They picked my car up from Illinois and delivered as promised to Arizona. I would definitely recommend Montway and may be using them again if I decide to move again. Their customer service is the best, thank you, Montway!
