My experience with Montway Auto Transport was excellent! The scheduling was quick and painless, the operator that processed my order was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable (unfortunately, I can’t remember her name). The driver (Mikail) stayed in touch reporting his progress and ETA and it only took him 4 days to come over 2600 miles, even with several other stops ahead of mine. I would absolutely use them again if I need a transporter!

From MN to TX!!

Montway was recommended to me by my dealership, and they did not disappoint. Their contract company was especially amazing, and went out of their way to resolve a misunderstanding about the project which could have cause my pickup to be cancelled. Instead, they picked up my car in MN quickly, and delivered it to me on Texas within a couple of days. Their driver was very competent and efficient, and was super conscientious in making sure the car was in excellent condition and that we were happy with his work. Definitely recommend them!

From the beginning, Montway was great. I received my quote, they sent me a simple email detailing the process. The dates were exactly on time, and they delivered my baby with issue. The trucking company that accepted delivery was communicative and careful. During the delivery, I received updates from the carrier. The carrier was also very accommodating with drop-off and easy to deal with.

Montway followed up with me after the delivery so I could leave this review. I would definitely recommend them to ship ANY vehicle!

The best communication and service.

After 25 years in he military, I have a lot of experience with auto transport. Montway is # 1 in my experience. They quote exact, they communicate frequently and honestly, and they deliver as promised, with the vehicle in great condition. And this was on a non-operational vehicle! In closing, I must accentuate the very best part of this company: HONESTY!

Terrific job from start to finish

Montway was excellent at keeping me informed throughout the shipping process. In addition, they picked up my car in Arizona within the original shipping window and delivered it to New Jersey within the original shipping window, which means they're reliable as well as professional.

Try though I might, I can't think of anything negative to say about my Montway experience. The driver even handled a slight hiccup on the delivery end without issue. My sister was originally supposed to receive my car in New Jersey, but she was unavailable at the last minute, and so was her husband (the backup). My brother (who lives around the corner from my sister) agreed to take delivery instead. I texted this info to the driver and he said no problem. And it wasn't.

Montway did such a great job shipping my car from AZ to NJ in December 2021, I plan to use them again to ship my van in February 2022 when I move east permanently.

Feel comfortable in trusting you car to these guys. We were a little anxious but didn’t need to be. Straight forward estimate with no surprises and no money down until car picked up. Communication is excellent. Be prepared to suggest a pickup site that a huge truck can negotiate if you live in an area with narrow streets. Our only complaint was that the car got there 4 days before estimated delivery date … before the check arrived to our pick up contact. (how the. h. did they get from Cape Cod to LA in 3 days!) So reviews that list them as the # 1 US car transporter are probably right.

Fast and Cost Effective

The service was not only fast but it was high quality and low cost. The pickup was a breeze. The driver was careful loading and treated my vehicle with care. The delivery was equally as good with no issues whatsoever. Actually, the vehicle arrived sooner than I expected, which in my case was a very good thing. Hired Montway to move a SUV from Phoenix to St. Louis.

The overall experience was good as loading process was quick and safe. The SUV was delivered the next night so was impressed with the quick delivery. Initial pick ran behind several hours, but it was not that much of a problem.
