Montway Auto Transport

Montway Auto Transport was very good and helpful with the entire process. A carrier, Uber Haul Logistics, was found right away for my pickup date and the estimated pickup was met. The delivery estimated date was also met. The only issue was that the carrier was not exactly door to door. I had to meet the carrier at a specific location to pickup car and also had to meet at another location for car to be delivered. Each location was not walking distance and I had to find my own way of getting to and from the specified locations.

Purchased a new vehicle in Alabama and had it shipped by enclosed carrier to Philadelphia. I made several inquires with several other shipping companies, but decided to go with Montway Auto Transport. They were recommended by the dealership and by far the best price. I don't regret the decision as there was a timely pickup and delivery, great communication and most importantly, my new car showed up in perfect condition. I would highly recommend using Montway Auto Transport for you shipping needs. You won't be disappointed.

This is my 2nd time using Montway Auto Transport. My 1st time was for a vehicle down in Florida and now Missouri. They are very courteous on the phone and work to try to get you the best shipping rates possible.

Both of my driver's were helpful, friendly and delivered my car's very quickly. Yes, it give's you a box above and I posted they arrived dirty. However, given the weather and time of year on an open transport, that comes with the territory.

It is "NO" reflection on them or their driver's since nobody can control the weather. If you want your vehicle delivered in detailed perfection than choose their enclosed services. To me, nothing a simple run through a touch less car wash can't handle until you can get back to hand wash and wax your new toy!

Will I use Montway again? You bet! Their feedback is growing very quickly with 100% rating. Clearly they are doing something right. They follow up with a phone call too after delivery to make sure all is well. A nice added bonus!

One word of advice if you have never shipped or had a vehicle picked up. Make it easy for the driver to load and unload in an area that they can move their trucks around in and out quickly. If you work with them, they will certainly go out of their way to work with you!

I decided at the last minute to ship my car rather than make the drive. After searching on Google, I found this company, which was highly rated and gave the best price. I was worried about timing, as I only had a small window for pickup and dropoff. I immediately heard back from them, and they gave me a step-by-step process of how things would work. They scheduled the pickup right away, and then the driver called me to let me know the exact time of pickup. He was extremely courteous, showed up on time. I expected delivery to take 3-5 days, but he ended up going straight through and made it in one day. The car was in perfect condition. In summary, a terrific process at a good price. It couldn't have gone better and I would recommend them highly.

First time user of auto transport services and I was very pleased dealing with Montway Auto Transport. The representatives of the company were helpful in making sure I understood the process and kept me informed of the status of the move during the time it was in process. The vehicle was picked up within the time frame stated, the time from pick up to arrival was fast, only 3 days from Phoenix to Lincoln. Driver contacted me during transport and provided an very accurate ETA. He arrived at our appointed location a bit earlier than anticipated with was great. He was very careful in his treatment of the vehicles on the truck and mine. No damage was incurred in transport. I would use Montway again if I have a need.
