Easy move and responsive service

The company rep was responsive and accurate when I had to change drop off site. I was informed right away that my contract had been picked up, but I did have to call in to confirm pick up. The company reps were always there and gave me the information I needed. The driver who had my contract was very responsive and kept me updated -- handled the car well. Very positive experience.

Montway handled transporting our vehicle from Michigan to California. Being the first time using a transport service, I felt comfortable with the communication from Montway and the carrier to explain the process. My vehicle arrived in good condition and on time as promised.

Paint tarnished on the trunk door

My car was delivered a couple of days late, which is ok. But, we later found some of the paint on the trunk door had spots. This was due to the oil or fluid leaking from the car above in the car carrier. Unfortunately, the spots are permanent in spite of washing and polishing the area.

Everything is perfect except expensive

I placed an online order to ship a car from my brother at CA to me at NJ. After a confirmation call in minutes, the order was filled immediately. The car was picked up in 2hrs and was delivered to me in 7 days. I did some study but was surprised to know it’s a custom to pay shipper in cash at delivery. This was noticed from email so I was prepared for this. Overall experience was perfect except a little expensive.

The service was professional and outstanding. The vehicles were shipped in an enclosed transport,, so I couldn't ask for anything more..

I was on a very tight schedule, so the only negative was it cost an additional 50% for a guaranteed pickup day. The driver was extremely professional and delivery was perfect and on time. He took the time to look over each vehicle with me. No issues with any vehicle.
