Moved 2 cars from California to Florida. Despite Roberto being delayed in the pickup due to a previous pickup hiccup (not his fault), our pickup went smoothly and the cars were both delivered earlier than expected in perfect condition. Roberto was professional and provided professional service.

Easy to navigate. We were given updates regularly and provided phone numbers.. Really nice and friendly delivery driver. He gave regular updates when he was closer to our area.

Quick efficient cost effective

I'll give five star review cuz I got what I asked for. I just wanted something quick and cost effective. There maybe some things that can be lacking like polite customer care, quick response and efficient follow-up, but I wasn't looking for them either.

Vincent was on tinker, efficient, careful with the auto, picked up the car and delivered (-2-days Memphis you Phoenix) on time, flexible to make both easier, communicated well on the way in and on the way to drop off. Excellent service.

Picked up the cars on the date and time promised and dropped off the cars in a timely manner and with zero problems or issues. Very easy to setup the car moves and very easy to work with. Would definitely use them again.

Do not consider Montway

Didn't get the car transported in time, even though we paid for it in full 3 months ago! No communication. Extorted for $100 to retrieve our suitcase from shady truck driver. Scary and stressful!

Hello, we apologize for any confusion. Auto logistics is a very complex and complicated process. Montway is a broker and contracts motor carriers vetted through our 20+ point inspection process to transport customer shipments.

All shipments are subject to our terms and conditions. Which we provide in our emails and on our website at https://www.montway.com/terms-and-conditions. In which we specifically state that all dates are estimated. This is especially true with ocean shipments for vehicles. Which are subject to even more limitations and restrictions. No items are allowed in the vehicle for port shipments per our terms. As the port will reject the shipment. Due to items being in the vehicle, the shipment was delayed further.

It was a very professional service. The trucking company picked by Montway, Kotermak Auto Transport was awesome. My car went into the trailer smoothly and was never moved from the spot until it was delivered at destination. The Trucker, Walter was very curteous and polite. Estimated time of delivery was the 20th and arrived 4 days earlier. Clarence our driver took the extra the time to use seat covers and floor mat to protect the car. And they were the cheapest!
