Excellent Service.

Over all the Experience was great. DOOR to DOOR service was the best and the time I wanted my car to be picked up and delivered was the exact dates and there was no delay.

The Drive was in contact all the way and got constant updates from the drive about the location. My car arrived as-is with no damages.

Quote to delivery was provided by the company as promised and I would definitely recommend this company for your car shipment.

Vehicle Shipping.

Great company, very helpful and pick up and delivery went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend them for vehicle movement. My vehicle was delivered undamaged and on time. The whole process from ordering my vehicle pick up to its ultimate delivery went smoothly and each step of the process was followed up with confirming emails. Montway is the only way to have a vehicle shipped.

Excellent Service.

Excellent service. Some things are just important to me and communication is one. I was able to receive communications from the driver regarding his location and estimated delivery time. He was professional and courteous and suggested that I contact the company if I had any concerns or wanted to know his location during the week. I was extremely nervous about shipping my car and I will definitely use their services again and would recommend. Price was great as well. I didn't go with a cheaper service as I really felt a connection from the first time I conversed with MONTWAY.

Good transport faculty with timely delivery.

I shipped my car on 27th feb and was told that my car will reach on 1st March and it did. They stick to their words.
Couple of follow ups were needed but that's fine. Overall happy with their service.
Also, they have a very good customer service.
I called in a couple of times and they responded me with whatever details I needed from them. It would recommend Montway to my friends as well.

Car transport.

Montway did a great and quick job setting up my transport. Driver was very courteous and friendly. Montway kept me advised of all the steps, the contracted driver called and let me know his progress so we could make sure we were available when he came into town. Very competitive prices. Contract company Montway used was Mapletree Transportation and the driver was Robert Smith. Like I said, Robert was incredibly courteous and friendly, along with his wife. Our 1947 Chevy street rod arrived safely and sound, even when I optioned on open transport instead of enclosed. I would not hesitate to use either company again for my transport needs, and would recommend them to friends.

Highly Competent Car Transport.

This company obviously knows how to transport cars across the country and does it reliably. They contacted me exactly as promised and arranged for the pickup location, which was difficult in my case because of narrow streets and overhanging branches. The process of inspecting and loading the car was done without any stress and was over quickly. The car arrived when promised and in excellent condition. I was very happy with the entire procedure.

Auto transport.

My car was picked up as promised and delivered one day earlier than proposed. Thhe car was wrapped in plastic wrap to protect the paint from any dust or grime that may accumulate and the car was very clean. The driver and his assistant were very friendly and helpful and had the car unloaded in a very short time.
All in all, a great experience. I will certainly use Montway again when I need a transport.

Great service.

Montway was very flexible with me concerning pickup time and the person was extremely professional and curteous. The company communcated with us at every stage of the transport and were very easy to work with as far as payment was concerned. We were able to get an appointment quickly and our vehicle areived at its destination ahead of schedule. It arrived in the same condition it was in when it left.

Delivery was great, dispatch process needs work.

I used Montway Auto Transport to arrange vehicle shipment from a dealership in Houston TX to Los Angeles CA. The quoting and dispatch process needs work, but the delivery and transport process went smoothly due to the communication from the assigned driver.

I made the reservation over the phone with a Montway rep who contacted me after I made an online quote. The Montway rep told me I could lock in a lower price by paying a deposit and the rest in cash to the driver. However they could only do this by placing my order reservation over the phone but assured me the deposit of $199 would not be charged until I confirm my pickup date (I was still negotiating with the dealership so I did not have a firm date). However they asked for my card number and a preliminary pickup date anyway. I insisted that they do not charge my card the $199 deposit until I was sure I was buying the car and the dealership confirmed a pickup date. The Montway rep said not to worry.

A few days later, my car ends up being charged $305 (more than the deposit quoted by the rep) and a notification that a dispatcher was on the way without me having confirmed the pickup date. Due to ongoing negotiation with the dealership, the car would not be ready for pickup on that date so I had to frantically call Montway to try to reschedule the pickup. After cancelling the initial dispatch, it took another 3 days for Montway to find another available dispatch to pick up the vehicle.

However, once dispatched, the car transport was handled excellently by the company sent to pick up the vehicle. The driver was in contact with me and ended up delivering the car earlier than I expected. The car was in an enclosed trailer, but was still wet/dirty when it arrived but no damage.

Despite the dispatch issues and miscommunication on the deposit/pickup date arrangements, I would use Montway again for their competitive prices.

Car Transport.

I used Montway Auto Transport to ship my car from Salt Lake City UT to Orange CA. They Picked it up on Friday and was delivered on Monday morning. Fast friendly and very professional. Answered all my questions and concerns.

Porcupine Transport LLC was the company that actually took my truck from UT to CA. I had a good experience. I highly recommend.
