Montway Auto Transport

We had contracted with another autoshipper three weeks in advance of our move to have two of our cars shipped from MN to CA. We arranged pick up for about a week before we were flying ourselves. The other shipper never picked up our cars. I called Montway and explained the situation. Less than 24 hours after I called, their shipper was out in front of my house picking up our cars. The cars stayed with a single truck for the duration of the trip and were delivered in perfect condition EARLIER than projected! Montway is a very dependable and professional company. I'd use them to ship cars again.

Montway did what they said. Once the truck was dispatched pickup was quick, and delivery happened a couple of days before it was predicted. They were quick to call when they received the bid, and continued in contact until delivery was made. It was delayed over new years, but they called and explained the delay. Good service. 350 words? Getting a quote for transporting my car was fast and easy. The company replied within 30 minutes, perhaps even within 15 minutes (to my surprise) and even had someone call me to talk about the details. He was kind enough to send me both quotes for covered and uncovered transportation, and from there you literally just click through the link provided and pay. Confirmation/receipt of your request is sent to your e-mail, with the contact number for your trucker driver. For any questions that I had, customer service was friendly and helpful—same with the truck driver. I was stuck in traffic while on the way to meet the driver Dan, and even though he had no choice but to wait for me to arrive, his attitude was still pleasant when I met him 45 minutes late! He goes over the condition of the car with you, and answers any questions you may have. Overall, I had a great experience! Their quote is reasonable, and much cheaper than other quotes I've gotten to ship a car from Florida to Southern California. I would highly recommend!

Montway is outstanding. When considering the low level customer service provided today all Montway staff members where wonderful. The contractor they selected to transport my Cadillac provided me with up to date notifications as to the current location and the anticipated time of delivery of my car. Which I might add was a full day early. I've had vehicles transported on a number of occasions without customer service being even close to comparison. I highly recommend the nervous shipper send their "babies" using Montway Auto Transport.

They picked my car up 2 days after I placed my order and it arrived earlier than expected. While I know they are just a broker, the communication was great and they obviously work with reputable drivers. This was my first transport experience and I heard all kinds of horror stories. I'm glad mine wasn't one of those. The only negative was a little oil dripped on my car from the one above it. Nothing a car wash and a little windex couldn't take care of.
