Delivery.

From the time I accepted the bid till the time the truck was delivered, I was kept in the loop by Montway. Either by phone or email. The truck arrived safe and sound in the appointed time frame. The team that the delivered the truck were very nice. I would do business with them again. The process was very easy to do. I highly recommend Montway Auto Transport.

Auto Shipment.

Outstanding service, communication and care of my 1979 Chevy Monte Carlo and my 1974 Cadillac Eldorado convertible. Military moves can be stressful, but Montway made my vehicle transport experience a breeze. Their easy communication accommodated my pickup from San Antonio, Texas and delivery to Holly Springs, Mississippi needs. Driver showed up on time and delivered earlier than expected. A++.

Great Price & Even Better Service.

I had to ship my 2011 Audi TT Roadster from Phoenix to VA. It was a very easy process and the least stressful part of my move. My car is my baby so I can't trust her to just anyone! They were very accommodating and right on time. Car arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this company.
They will definitely beat out the competitor prices. Don't be fooled, their service is equal to or better than the ones charging almost double.

Shipping of corvette.

The drivers and dispatch people were professional and polite - called me as instructed when they were 1 hr away - I would absolutely use this company again! This is the first time I have used a shipping company and was pleasantly surprised by how efficient they were. My car arrived on time and in perfect condition. This company was listed on Ebay as a good company to deal with - I would highly recommend them to anyone who has shipping needs.

Great moving company.

This is my third time using Montway Auto Transport in just one month. And they have been great Load my cars in timely manner and great pricing also .. PK auto I purchase cars on copart and I had only best experience with Montway Auto Transport I would highly recommend these guys to anyone that tried other companies and had bad experiences.. Give Montway a try you will notice a difference..

Transporting my car across country.

When I called to arrange a move the gentleman explained the whole process. During my wait time I hadn't heard from the actual mover. I called the Montway and he confirmed that the driver will call two days before. Sure enough he did and arranged the pick up while I wasn't present. I couldn't be there. The driver took a video of the cars condition. The video was not great. It was dark and too close. I called to assure the car was picked up. Maybe a call from driver as he left would have helped me. Montway returned my call regarding the pick up. The car arrived at 10:00pm. That made it too dark to check the car; scratches, dents a or just marks. The next day the car was fine. The experience was good.

Auto Transport.

I had a Land Rover LR4 shipped from Houston Texas, to my driveway in Palm Springs California and it only took 3 days for pickup and delivery. I was surprised at how fast the vehicle was delivered and everything arrived in the expected condition. There was a small issue with the driver not understanding how the uShip payment codes work, but he figured it out after a phone call. No other issues to report. Montway has great service, speed and affordability; I will use them again.

Car transport.

Was one of my lowest quotes to ship a car from California to Ohio. Called on Wednesday. And requested service. They found a driver within 20 mins. Gave my deposit and they said my car would get picked up Friday and delivered the following Wednesday. The car got to me Monday night. When researching transportation of a car everyone tell you there are tons of scams but Montway is cheap and is the real deal.

Quick, polite service.

We were referred by the car dealership. I appreciated that the transport company called to advise us of where we were in the process. My daughter, who received the car in Connecticut., stated they were very pleasant and helpful. Courteous at all times and Great service. Car arrived one time frame we were given in perfect condition. This was a perfect solution to our transport of the car. We had no idea how to even go about doing this. Easy and great service all along the way.

Montway.

Driver arrived on time for the pick-up of my car - on the date I had requested for. The transport was from New Jersey to Texas. He said it would get delivered in 3 days and as promised, the car did arrive in Texas on the 3rd day. Very quick delivery time of 3 days from New Jersey to Texas. The driver was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend their service. Only minus - the driver spoke little english.

1991 Mazda Miata.

When I marked dirty condition, it was the exterior of the car was very dirty which is understandable considering it was an open truck and the amount of rain we've had lately. In my opinion, Montway Transport was very professional from beginning to end. They prepared you for pickup with helpful information, including a through explanation of the bill of lading. The initial down payment was not charged until the car was picked up. A & S Cargo Transport did the actual hauling. Both companies used very good communications keeping me informed in advance when the car would be picked up, how long the estimate was for delivery and ahead of the actual delivery. The driver was very courteous too. This was my first time experience having a car transported and I just have to say.

Fast delivery.

My car was picked up on a Friday from Virginia and arrived in California Wednesday it arrived 4 days earlier than what they said. They really cared that I needed my car ASAP and they did a awesome job. Would recommend them to anyone who needs car shipping . Only thing was my car was dirty on the outside when it arrived . Very fast service but car arrived dirty on the outside.

Everything went smoothly no problems. It seems that Montway hands off the deal to a local subcontractor hauler. No problem with that.  The drop off was at 9pm which was OK but I had to cancel an appointment because of it. Still everything went well, the driver was great, the car was not damaged and now I have my new toy!

Transport from Houston to texas.

The driver was VERY professional, accommodating, this is my second time using Montway to ship a vehicle. The second time around there was a slight change in their policies and I was a little concern when the dispatcher called me with a shorter notice this time than I anticipated but the driver was helpful an accommodating in settling my fears immediately. My vehicle was picked up and delivered as scheduled.

Very good experience.

Willing to share my positive experience with Minteay. On top of things. They Provided the drivers number and got me the car 2 days early! They also seemed like an experienced service center who arranged the shipment. I would use again and would recommend to anyone looking to ship a vehicle. I found them by searching reviews online and they turned out to be accurate. They also gave me one of the better shipping estimated.

Well Brokered.

I contacted Montway online for a quote to pick up a purchase car for delivery to me near Albany.
Montway quoted, gave me the time to finalize the deal, coordinated with the dealer to arrange pick up, didn't charge me until they had arranged trucking with an operator, notified me of pick up, who had the vehicle including company name, driver name and phone numbers for both. They projected delivery two days after pick up.
The driver called me the next day and we met at the delivery point I suggested near my home so actual trucking time was half of what Montway suggested.
Did I mention that I ship personal vehicles occasionally since my work sometimes requires nationwide moves? I had budgeted a time and a price for this activity. Montway and the contractor they brokered, AB Hotshot Services beat both my budget number and my timeline handily.
Recommend either? You betcha.
Call Montway next time? Absolutely.

Excellent Service and On-time delivery.

Montway Auto-Transport sub-contracted the auto-transport to another mover called M&N Trans. Montway provided excellent service and on-time delivery. They really exceeded my expectations by delivering my car on-time, and at the best price compared with other carriers. The driver provided wonderful response on follow-ups and he was very friendly. Experience with Montway Auto Transport.

Hi - I was very pleased with the service from time of my "chat" with an online representative, to pick up and ultimate delivery.
I would recommend Montway to any one of my friends or family members. It was the most pleasant experience I've ever had. The driver was punctual and kept me informed of their p/u time the night before and another follow-up call the next morning. My vehicle was delivered 3 days earlier than expected! Again, great service and I would definitely use them again.

Classic Car.

They did an excellent job! The operators were very helpful. The car was picked up within two days and delivered within its stated time frame. The driver was very polite and no damage was done to the car. They took very good care of the car. My father was extremely pleased and so am I. I would totally recommend Montway Auto Transport. I personally will use them again in the future! Their price was by far the best price out there, I called and recieved quotes from several different companies. :).

Vehicle Delievery.

The car got picked up from my home in Nj and delivered at my home in Texas. It was a good moving experience and a big help since I shipped the car instead of driving. Nazar was very kind and friendly and very accommodating. it was a good decision to do business with these guys. I would have appreciated if the car was put plastic wrap for weather damages, but no worries. Highly recommend.

Respected broker. Central dispatch was professional and responsive. Purchased a 1970 Mercedes online from dealer. Montway won my shipping bid on uShip. Called immediately to work out details. Called couple days later to update me on the status. They contracted to a hauler that was prompt, courteous, and flexible. I would recommend their services to a friend. .

Auto transport.

It was first time for me shipping a car. I had put my request for shipping on Uship and I got responses from a huge number of companies. Of them, Montway Auto transport offered me the lowest quote and true to the word, they held to that cost till the delivery. There was no hidden costs, no extra charges. The manger was very helpful and courteous in answering all my questions. He explained me the whole process and responded to my calls and inquiries promptly. I finalized on the deal with Montway Auto transport a week before actual shipping date and the whole process went on smoothly. Vehicle was picked up on time and delivered in the same condition as promised. I would recommend Montway Auto transport if you are looking for cost effective and a great service for your auto shipping needs.

Montway does not honor its promises.

I engaged Montway to ship my car from Alabama to Washington state. While on route, the truck shipping my car was involved in an accident. The accident was bad enough that the truck had to offload my car and transfer it to a new truck. I spoke to numerous Montway representatives about the accident. I was assured multiple times that Montway would pay for an inspection of the car by a car dealership to make sure there was no internal damage to the car as a result of the accident. I was just informed by Montway claims that they were rejecting my claim for reimbursement of the cost of this inspection. I was told that they have recordings of all of the calls I had with Montway representatives but they will not release those calls to me. Those calls will show that Montway promised to reimburse me for the cost of the inspection. Montway does not honor the promises of their customer service representatives. They are a dishonest and disreputable company. Do not do business with them.

Convertible Tops NOT covered beware.

I hired Montway transport, they hired safeport Inc.transport,
I ordered an inclosed trailer, it held 6 cars, the driver put a car above mine that dripped oil on the cloth convertible top, after filing a claim I was told I had to sign a release form saying I would not leave negative feedback on social media regarding my experience if I wanted my money. ( I call it hush money) I did not take the money and I'm leaving bad feedback, When I filed the claim, they worked really hard with the other transport company to get them to cover the costs, and when I refused to sign the release form and filed a claim with BBB , they got nasty beware!
Safeport Inc. does not cover convertible tops at all beware!

Faster than I could ever expect, great driver.

Placed the order on Tuesday vehicle picked-up next day and delivered that Saturday. From MN to CT. Driver was in contact from pickup to delivery. Car arrived in perfect condition. The whole experience far exceeded my expectations. Would not hesitate to recommend Montway for anyone's vehicle moving needs. Alex, the driver was great.
