Montway Auto Transport

I don't quite know how this happened but they got my car from NY to Las Vegas in about 4 days.  Insanely happy they worked with my to get my pickup on time and delivery super fast.  No damage either.  Paid about 1400 total but well worth it.  My driver worker with me to pickup on Saturday, the first day of the window since I was leaving sunday.  had some stuff in the backseat/trunk.  Didnt charge me extra.  Had the car to me early Wednesday with me expecting it Friday.  Really good driver. .

For my wife's 60th birthday we had been looking for a new car - for 5 months!  Finally figured out the exact car she wanted, the price we wanted (cash only), and could only find it all the way across the country. So - first time using an auto transport company.  It was suprisingly easy!  Montway was super easy to work with and always responsive to my calls.  It arrived last night - I met the truck 5 minutes away at a shopping center parking lot.  The transaction took 5 minutes and I had the car in hand!  Thanks Montway - you made what could be a stressful transaction super easy and stress free!

Montway was great, but the subcontractor they used attempted to negotiate an additional charge with me, asking over the phone for my personal information and credit card number so they could charge me.  This was not welcomed, and, while Montway did resolve this problem, it was a hassle and disappointing.  The threat of non-delivery was made, and the contents in the trunk were messed with.  I understand the risk of having my personal belongings searched in transit, but the shippers actually played around with all of my stuff.  Very unprofessional and gives what might have been a great experience a disappointing conclusion.  Montway, good job.  Sub contractor, seriously?  .

The service provided by Montway was excellent.  From placing the order to delivery of the vehicle, the process was easy and efficient.  The Monway representative quoted a reasonable price up front that did not change, and there were no hidden fees of costs.  The drivers were courteous and on time.  I found the whole experience to much easier and more efficient than I had originally anticipated.  I found Montway through a Google search, but I would recommend them to anyone who is shipping their vehicle across the country.

Montway was courteous/informative regarding the pickup and delivery of my vehicle ( Lexus Ls600HL). Initially, the car had been poorly serviced/diagnosed by two different Lexus dealerships in Atlanta. The later shop (Nalley Lexus Roswell), flat-lined my Hybrid System which caused the car to go from operable to inoperable by which caused me to have it shipped to a reputable Lexus service department in Wisconsin (900 miles away). Although, my driver (John) experienced a breakdown/mechanical failures from repeated bad service in Atlanta, he immediately advised me of his mechanical failures and assured me that my car was safe and unharmed.
Montway staff kept me informed with ETA status and gave me direct contact to my driver. If I ever need to transport anything covered by their services, I will not hesitate to call!
