Always answered the telephone promptly. They used a local trucking company to make the final delivery, and would call that company, each time I would call,  to get status and exact date and time of delivery.
The local company that made the final delivery in Los Angeles, CFR Line/Green Trucking LLC, was very responsive to both myself and to Montway Auto Transport.
The Driver for CFR called me an hour and half before delivery and actually arrived a little early. The driver was very polite and efficient. There was no problem with the driver waiting 20 minutes for me to arrive at the drop off place. 
If I needed to delay delivery, CFR said I could store the car at CFR up to 3 days without charge, after that only $7.00 a day. I did not need to store the car.
CFR used a 32 foot auto transport trailer for carrying my car, so it was protected from any damage.

I was completely satisfied with my experience using Montway.  I recently moved from NC to CA and had to ship my car home. The driver was professional and prompt. This is the second time I have used the company to ship my car from coast to coast and have no complaints. I have recommended the company to a couple friends who have also used the company as well with positive results, and will continue to recommend the company to others who need a reliable car shipping company.

Montway arranged for Fern Transport to deliver my car across the country.  I found Montway by doing a google search and seeing all the positive reviews they had,.  I also found that their price was cheaper than other companies I had looked at, and the price, coupled with the positive reviews and A BBB rating is why I chose that company.  The driver's company had a representative to call me along the way with updates and to answer any questions I had.  The delivery was on time, with good email updates along the way.  The driver was nice, experienced, and professional.

Montway Auto Transport handled my transportation transaction from start to finish.  They were economical, professional, and easy to reach.  Transporting a vehicle is not an easy process or an exact science.  We had questions that were answered fully during a chat session on Montway Auto Transport's website - www.montway.com  We were confident from the start that Montway was the way to go.  They dispatched two prompt, professional drivers, paper work was necessary but easy, truck was loaded safely and they were on their way.  Our truck was delivered in two days.  High five, Montway!

I expected this to be a very difficult move to arrange: an inoperable 1946 Dodge pickup truck that had to be moved from Southern Minnesota to South Florida. Montway obviously has connections..they got the job done immediately and for a very reasonable price. I was astonished when they found a trucker with a flatbed that would do this job within several days after I signed up with them. Communication during the process was excellent and there were absolutely no surprises.

In the end, everything was fine. The contracted carrier (Big Box Trucking) was teriffic. My issue with Montway is communication. The initial rep. I spoke with told me it would be no problem for car to be picked up by the end of the week, probably on Thursday if it would be ready, I pushed the process for this reason. Myself nor the seller heard anything else until the weekend, when I recieved an email saying there had been delays with finding a carrier. The car was picked up Monday PM and delivered Tuesday night. I do understand the fine print and possible issues, but my initial call was for an estimate and possible timelime, and that is what I committed to. Better communication would be greatly appreciated, and don't mislead with an estimate.

The order was thru Montway with transport and delivery by Fastlane Auto Transport LLC. Fastlane impressed me with his professionalism and excellent communication; I wish Montway could have been as good at communication/clear instructions, etc. With a door-to-door pickup and delivery with both vehicles in undamaged condition, careful loading and unloading, I was convinced that he really cared about the job he delivered. I would gladly seek the services of Fastlane for any future moves. .

I have being very skeptical to transport my suv from San antonio to il.  I had cancelled  all communications with another company. one  day I just googled list of auto transport in il, then Montay auto transport pooped up. I called then and Chris did my quote but I was still skeptical but he politely gave to me thier DOT number and politey told me that he will give to me some time to think about it. The next day I called and spoke with Rafael, he politely told me the same thing to think about it and whenever I was ready I should call back and make the neccesary arrangement. Then finallly, I called and arrangement made. This is a professional company, simpy, honest and warded. My car arrived as scheduled. I wil use them again and wil recommend them. The driver Mr Turner was awesome as well. My special thanjs to him. Happy holidays.

The one thing that has stood out about Montway is that they are a real company with infrastructure.  I was unavailable for a couple of hours before delivery and their staff patiently and repeatedly attempted to reach out to me to make sure everything would go smoothly.  They were polite, left contact info and were committed to follow up.  The driver and group that were subcontracted were also extremely helpful.  I called the driver immediately after pickup and he alerted me to potential problems with the vehicle so that I could be prepared with an alternate delivery location to an automotive service group.  Extremely helpful.  Was an all around peace of mind experience for me regarding the transport of my vehicle.

I was pleased to hear pickup was smooth from my parents home in California. My driver kept me in the loop for all dates and times. He was very polite. He told me he'd be able to meet me between 8am-10am Sunday for drop off but I'd need to meet him because it is hard to reach my area of Pittsburgh. I understood and chose a location outside the city (9 miles away). After waiting for an hour he calls and tells me he's unable to meet me due to road closures and has me drive another 5 miles out to meet him on the side of the freeway. Now almost noon, I had to walk on the side of the freeway to have my car unloaded on the shoulder. I understand door-to-door is sometimes not possible, but I was very dissatisfied with having to track him down for drop off.

I looked all over before settling with Montway and looked at reviews and I am so glad this is who I chose. Very polite from the start, there were no stupid questions which made it nice for me and very accommodating. Very quick call back and quick delivery, driver was super nice.
I would deffinately use them again.
I had a truck that was super important to me and the Trany didn't work so I was very concerned about the loading and traveling etc.. Everyone made me very comfortable and truck got there in one piece in great shape.
There was constant contact with myself and other person on the other end.
Price was a tad higher than some people who quoted me but it was well worth it in the end to have the quality transport and peace of mind that I got.

I have driven cross country 6 times. I did not feel like making it a 7th. I don't trust people, but my driver ken was top notch. He gave me updates: called and texted. Communicated very well and picked my vehicle up on my first available date. The car had some dust on it, but a quick wash will do the trick. No dents. No dings. I am very particular about my car's condition. I will absolutely request ken again! He was efficient and precise (when I watched him pull the truck off the trailer). I could not be more pleased and I am glad I didn't try and save $70 to go with a company I couldn't learn much about. Thanks ken!

My experience was very good using Montway. They called and informed me the first trucker they found claimed that large trucks were unable to get to the pickup location. That was a false statement, and the Montway representative agreed with me when I told him that. Two days later they found another trucker, Nathan, and he was great. Nathan called several time in the 4 days he had my car to let me know where they were and when they expected to arrive. Other than the tremendous amount of dirt that was coating my car the transport went better than I expected. Just allow a lot of time to clean your car if you put it on an open transport.

We were very happy with the service of the company even tho they got caught in heavy traffic in Portland, Oregon and were a couple of hours late getting to Salem. We would recommend them again. Kept us informed all the way here and very polite and helpful. We would use them if we had to again. With the bad weather between Michigan and here we thought it would take more than a week to get here . Our thanks to the company and the drivers for getting it here in good time and condition. We would recommend Montway auto transport to anyone that asks.

Everything went well. They kept me informed when pickup and delivery would occur. Even though I paid for open transport, the transporter used was enclosed. They were very careful with loading and unloading my car which has a very low-to-the-ground front spoiler. The time from pick up to delivery was only 4 days, which was ahead of schedule. I would have no problem using them again. I am running out of things to say now but this review service demands that the review be at least 350 characters long. I hope I have enough now.
