Perfect transport.

Despite my fear, the company met all deadlines at the price they quoted despite other transportation companies stating there was no way at that price.

Picked up and delivered vehicle with no problems. Was able to stay in touch with driver each day to find out progress.

Typing this part to meet the minimum 350 characters requirement. Because apparently this system thinks I cannot express my opinion in less than 350 characters. Some of us are short and to the point.

Excellent Service.

Monetary performed a great job contracting my car shipment to UAT. The Montway customer service representatives were always professional to me. My driver was very courteous and expedient in getting my car from California to Florida in no time. Montway did a great job in finding a driver that would accommodate my requests. I would definitely recommend Montway and UAT again!

Prompt Delivery! Intelligent Brokers!

Montway Auto Transport nicely and safely got my Honda from Las Vegas to the Rio Grande Valley within 4 days. It's quite difficult to find a transport company or even a broker willing to deal with this particular area, the Rio Grande Valley. I originially went with a broker on uship.com that was trying to rip me off and force me to pick up my car in Houston!! Desperate, I tried to find a carrier only company to take the job. Through transportreviews.com I found Montway, which is both a carrier and broker. Intially I was very skeptical, but if it wasn't for the straightforward, honest and constant communication I had with Matt and Brandon at Montway, I wouldn't have my car. The car definitely had to be brokered out and transport schedules were non existant but Brandon cleverly thought outside of the box by negotiating a price for a transporter to come down to the Rio Grande Valley. Awesome job, Montway!  .

Montway Auto.

Montway is a dispatch service that contracts out to individual truckers. As a dispatch company they get 5 starts for their customer service, reliablity, and no worries about add-on fees etc. The reason they didn't get a 5 star for everything is that the trucker they disptached to was not great about communication. They told me a car would be picked up, I took a day off of work to do it, only to find out past mid-day that they wouldn't pick it up until the next day, and then I had to take off of work again. On arrival, they called me with a 30min warning, and I was not near my home. Then after rushing home, the car didn't arrive for another 1.5hrs. Other than that it was hassle free. .

Car Delivery Experience.

This was my first experience with an auto transport company and positive results. The car was delivered in the same good condition as loaded on to the truck. The truck and trailer were also in good condition along with the tires. The side curtins protection was not damaged or ripped which gave good protection to my car. The The driver was positive and kind when communicating with me. He was very cautious when loading and unloading not to damage the vehicle. All truck equipment was in good working condition. My only concern is that the infromation on the arrival of the car be more clearly established at an earlier time. I will use them again for my future transport requirements.

Vehicle Shipment.

Montway found a great hauler with excellent communication on my shipment from TX to FL. They found a truck within 2 days that could ship the vehicle within my small window. The driver was very communicative and even accommodated my request to hold off on loading the vehicle for about 24 hours so I could use it while visiting Austin which is where I bought the vehicle. The vehicle arrived in just 3 days in perfect condition.

Long-distance move from Kansas to Nevada

After Long Wait, They Delivered.

It was frustrating to have to wait for a dispatch of our car as we were moving from Kansas to Nevada. We went two days past our pickup window and had to leave our car with a neighbor as we were scheduled to move. After my initial frustration, they found a driver and the car got to us in great shape. The personal care was great and we really appreciate how well they communciated. Thanks!!

Delivery of Saturn Vue from Florida to California.

Despite waiting a few extra days for the pick up date for my car, the delivery of the car was surprisingly early. The drivers for Elite Truckng were polite and professional. There was obvious concern for the cars that were loaded on the truck.   I was shocked and thrilled that the car made it all the way to California in such a short time. Thank you, the original hope of the car being delivered by the July 4th weekend actually happpend.

Car arrived in great condition.

Montway had a hard time finding an enclosed trailer for our car. It took 2 weeks before they were able to schedule one in. Once they scheduled it, everything went smoothly and it was picked up and dropped off within the time frame given and we were happy with the condition of the car when it arrived. If you are willing to wait for an enclosed trailer, I would recommend them. They were great at responding to emails or phone calls.

Montway Auto Transport.

Montway Auto Transport handled arranging auto transport with a professional trucking company and communication with me in a professional manner. Trucker picked up and delivered car as promised. Car was delivered in good condition. Driver called to let me know when delivery would occur. The trucking company selected by Montway, Philly Express Group, performed well. I would use both companies for a future move. .
