Montway Auto Transport

Overall, a satisfying experience.
The pickup was delayed by a day however they still adhered to the delivery time.
Frank who spoke to me inititally didn't make himself available once I made the initial payment even though there was a delay in pickup time that was committed to me. I tried calling him multiple times and left quite a few messages.
No damages / scratches to my car.
Driver who came to deliver the car was very impatient and showed a lot of resistance when I requested him to wait for 10-15 min so that I can withdraw cash from nearest ATM.

I had made my arrangements for the pickup and wanted to pay all up front. The salesman said I would be getting an e-mail to confirm my order.
I never received the e-mail. I then received a call from Montway stating the car was being picked up that day. They had the payment information wrong. They promptly corrected it.
The driver was right on time and very professional. He delivered the car a day early, wjich my daughter was extatic about.
I would DEFINITELY recommend this company.

This was my first experience having to find a shipping company to transport a vehicle. The whole industry is broker based and in that regard, there are no 'guarantees' as to timing and pricing but Montway was the most professional among all companies I had contacted. 
Montway is accurate with their pricing. While the price may still fluctuate from the quote and in my case it did slightly (by 60 dollars), this company does not 'bait and switch' clients as other shipping broker routinely do.  They will not lure you in with a rate that sounds too good to pass up, only to raise it by hundreds of dollars later. They do their best to give an accurate quote upfront and their communication from scheduling to delivery is excellent. The driver was on time and he communicated very well, there were no surprises.
Out of the sea of brokers that control this business, Montway is the only one I would trust with any future auto shipping.

Montway did a good job of transporting my car from the NW to the Midwest. As promised, they gave me a call to discuss what timeframe I would like my car to be picked up and delivered within and accordingly set me up with a third party auto transport carrier that was operating in that route in the timeframe that I had specified.

Montway did mention that I could load up to 100 lbs in my car that will be transported at no additional cost. However, the truck driver (third party auto transport company) was not too happy about this and asked me to pay $50 extra. He was a great guy otherwise and I wanted this done in time and smoothly so I did not argue with him and simply agreed to pay the extra $50 upon delivery of the car. Received the car within 5 days after pickup.

TIP: Make sure you save the cellphone number of the truck driver on your phone. This helps in coordinating the pickup and delivery.

I used Montway as my broker because of the on line reviews I read, and because for eveey negative review the owner responded with a reason, or a solution  They also knew what price to set the shipping at, so that a company would pick up the route rigbt away. Once I made rhe commitment to use them a company picked uo the route in less than 2 hours  Montway made sure  i had the drivers contact  info, and I received updates throughout the whole process. The company that pucked up the vehicle was UFC transport, and everything worked out great. I probably had 5 phone conversations with the driver, and was never worried about the transport. I will definitely use Montway again.

I was terrified about shipping my car across country. But Montway made the process easier to the pick up of the car where me and driver inspected it together to the delivery I received the car a week and few days later in same condition. Car was a little dirty but it was raining so I assumed it would be I liked how I can call and they let me know the location of my car. I was scared of leaving my items in the trunk because they might get stolen but everything was how I left it.

Mike the driver was excellent! He communicated extremely well before pickup and at dropoff. He picked up and dropped off right on the times he said he would. Communications between Montway sales on the original pickup time were different than dispatch and the vehicle was picked up almost a week later than what the salesperson said. Dispatch just gave their standard company response that delivery dates are not promised. Pricing was not the lowest but the star ratings from Yelp and Uship for Montway were very high which was the reason to go with the Montway to get better service. If it wasn't for the miscommunication with the pickup date, the delay to get delivery and the frustration speaking with dispatch, I would have provided a 5 star rating.

Very prompt and courtious with on time pick up and early delivery. Great communication and very competitive rates. I will definitely Hire again for my next haul. These guys are the best I have used to date and I do this alot. These guys made a long haul in record time and delivered my car as promised despite terrible weather. Very professional service and great communication all along the route. They called me as requested and advised me of their arrival time to the minute, fantastic service, I just can't say enough good things and how satisfied I am with their service and care they showed. They will definitely haul my next car for me, I am sold!! If you value your car or possesions, then these guys are for you. The best I have ever used. AAA.

I appreciate the level of service and the communication throughout the process.  The initial call was answered by a polite and knowledgeable representative, he provided me with a very quick and competitive quote, at a very reasonable amount.  I initially had called another provider who was a little bit higher, but I intended on calling 3 companies before deciding.  The representative who answered the call was pretty adamant about obtaining my business and asked what he could do to earn my business right then.  We discussed my situation and he placed me on hold to speak with his supervisor and when he came back he provided me with an option that suited my individual need.  It was a pleasure to work with him and I really was quite pleased to say the least.  He confirmed everything we spoke about with I believe 3 followup emails, which was very reassuring considering this was my first time working with this company.  Everything he quoted was carried out exactly as he advised.  I received followup emails at every stage in the process from pickup of my vehicle to when the vehicle was in route.  I was not able to meet the driver but someone who works with me was there to receive the vehicle and I later inspected the vehicle and everything appeared to be just fine with its delivery.  This was a pleasurable transaction that I would not hesitate to initiate again, should my company need transportation services from this area.  I certainly cannot speak for everyone's experience, but my experience left me satisfied.  If you are wondering whether or not to use this company, please allow my experience to be a factor in your consideration as this company acted professionally and communicated efficiently in our transaction.  I wish them the best.

I contacted multiple companies for bids and finally decided on this company. They offered the lowest price and yet still had good reviews.  The salesman was honest about how the process works and the range of dates available for pick up.  On the last day of the date range I was contacted and asked if I would be willing to pay an additonal $75 to have it picked up that day which I did not like, but the company explained to me that was a request from a driver and I was free to say "no" which I did.  The next day I was contacted and the car picked up at the precise time they said the driver would come and for the price of the original quote.  The car was delivered as scheduled.  Would definitely use this company again.  .

Outstanding service from Montway Transportation. Very courteous employees (Rubin) and delivery of car was on time. Travis (driver) keep us well informed as to their arrival time and date and was very cautious when moving vehicle. Travis was very professional and courteous. We have used Montway transportation in the past and will continue to use this company again in the future and high recommend Montway Transportation to anyone looking for professional and reliable service.
